Abstract

This research examines sexual exploitation in the perspective of the Qur'an which is explored through the analysis of Ashghar Ali Engineer's theology of women's liberation. The research method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach and content analysis techniques. QS. An-Nur/24: 33 contains principles that protect individual rights, justice, human equality, privacy rights, social welfare and respect for the dignity of women. This verse emphasizes that every human being is only a slave to Allah and not a slave to other humans and humans will be held accountable for the crimes they commit sexually to others. From the aspect of rejection of the status quo, this verse encourages Muslim communities to oppose the normalization of the weakening of women in a society or system that perpetuates cases of sexual exploitation in various lines such as political, legal, social, economic, or cultural. The value of QS. An-Nur/24: 33 regarding the release of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH against Musaikah and Umaimah and the fight against sexual exploitation can be an inspiration for the revitalization of the process of liberating sexual exploitation cases based on Islamic history.

Abstract

One thing that will not be separated from the understanding of Muslims is about the news of joy in the perspective of the Qur'an. Belief in the Islamic world about the existence of the news of gelmbira in the perspective of the Qur'an will demand the existence of relevant interpretation and deep understanding. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the contents of the Qur'an related to suluk suluk, as well as identify appropriate research methods to perform the interpretation of the Qur'an. This research is expected to provide a more mendai understanding. The method in this study uses the approach of the library (library research) and research tafsir Al-Qur'an. Literature research is carried out by collecting and analyzing various relevant literary sources, such as the books of tafsir Al-Qur'an by salaf and khalaf scholars, such as Tafsir Ibnul Jarir at-Tabari, Tafsir Jalalayn, Tafsir al-Qurtubi, Tafsir Ibnul Kathsir. The results showed that there are two groups in the context of Busyra, namely Muslims and kafirs. Muslims who obey Allah and do righteous deeds are promised good news (busyrâ) in the form of Allah'S Paradise. But those who disbelieve and do not worship Him will also be given the good news (bulsyrâ) berulpa punishment from Allah SWT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Heuristic Inquiry model Clark Moustakas sebagai metodologi kualitatif dalam rekonstruksi makna Al Quran, dengan fokus khusus pada kontribusinya bagi wacana moderasi beragama. Pendekatan heuristik mengintegrasikan pengalaman batin peneliti, rasionalitas ilmiah, dan dialog hermeneutik untuk menghasilkan ijtihad makna yang tidak hanya berbasis analisis tekstual, tetapi juga refleksi eksistensial terhadap realitas sosial keagamaan. Proses self inquiry diformalkan melalui tujuh tahap penelitian dari Initial Engagement hingga Validation yang memungkinkan penemuan makna baru secara intuitif spiritual yang tetap dapat diuji secara akademik. Studi kasus pada isu moderasi beragama menunjukkan efektivitas heuristik dalam merekonstruksi paradigma inklusif moderat melalui reinterpretasi konsep konsep kunci seperti waliy, la ikraha fi al din, dan rahmatan lil alamin. Strategi verifikasi berlapis melalui triangulasi data, metode, dan peneliti, serta integrasi kritik tekstual, menjamin objektivitas dan otoritas ilmiah temuan. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa heuristik tidak hanya dapat menjadi pendekatan inovatif dalam metodologi tafsir kontemporer, tetapi juga berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun epistemologi Qurani yang adaptif dan relevan dengan upaya penguatan moderasi beragama di Indonesia.

Abstract

Diversity is a necessity that should be run without rejection. In recent times, diversity comes with a variety of truth claims that lead to the recognition and arrogance of the existence of himself and his group, giving birth to an intolerant attitude. The trigger of the problem is a mistake in capturing the message of tolerance from religion so that its adherents appear with different faces. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in exploring how the interpretation of Ibn Kathir and M. Quraysh Shihab related religious tolerance as well as the implications of the socio-historical background of both on the interpretation. The approach used in this study is qualitative with comparative study method. The data collection technique in the form of literature and observation studies were analyzed in the data collection technique in the form of descriptive analysis with the method of comparative analysis (analytical-comparative method) as for the theory used to strengthen as a surgical research tool is the theory of genetic structuralism of Lucien Goldmann who explained that a work or text is the work of the author in this case the elements as the author of the text as well as historical facts that condition the emergence of such works or texts. The results showed that there are differences in the tendency of interpretation as well as interpretation between Ibn Kathir and M. Quraish Shihab. In general, both agree on how coercion in embracing religion is not allowed, it's just that Ibn Kathir directs the meaning of religious tolerance with applicable restrictions and conditions.
