Abstract

The Sea Toll is a form of transportation development policy in support of the government's development policy direction, especially as an embodiment of the third axis of Indonesia's policy agenda as the world's maritime axis, namely prioritizing infrastructure development and maritime connectivity. The lagging development in the eastern region of Indonesia has its own relevance for the important role of the Sea Toll program. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Sea Toll program in order to support development in the Papua, Maluku and East Nusa Tenggara regions and analyze the economic impact on these three regions. This research uses a post-positivist paradigm. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach (mixed method) with a post-positivist paradigm. The data sources for this study consist of primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources come from interviews, observations, and surveys. The secondary data sources are in the form of document studies. The data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. In qualitative data analysis techniques, this study follows the Miles and Huberman model data analysis method. As for quantitative data analysis techniques, this study applies Results Chain Method adopted Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using Smart PLS software. The research results show that the Sea Toll policy can still have an economic impact both directly and indirectly. The implementation of the sea toll has a direct impact on the transportation sector but not yet optimal to have a work impact. In addition, the implementation of sea tolls also has an indirect impact on other economic sectors, but has not been able to contribute to the increase in taxes or regional revenue.

Abstract

Despite having many advances in video game control such as voice or gesture control, most video game console manufacturers still use a joystick as the main control for their console. Currently, the problem with video game manufacturers is that instead of using the joystick as the point of user interface design, they instead used a design from another device such as a computer or tv. The research will compare Xbox One and Steam OS user interface by using KLM-GOMS Model. Based on the calculation it is concluded that the overall Xbox One has a more efficient design compared to Steam.

Abstract

Abstract: The problems that cause public transportation are less desirable because the railway network is still very limited, public transportation services still need to be improved, full integration has not been realized and the development of Transit Oriented Development cannot be implemented. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the service model and public policy were successful, therefore the study used variables, namely; Perceived Quality; Trust; Passenger Satisfaction; Perceived Value; Passenger Preference; Passenger Loyalty, Behavior Intention to Purchase, and Transit Oriented Development as moderation and Passenger preference as intervening variables. Data analysis methods in this study include Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA), and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SMART PLS 4 program and this study used a sample of 400 respondents, namely train users. Based on the results of the analysis Perceived quality, Passenger satisfaction, Trust, Passenger preference, and Passenger loyalty can have a positive and significant influence on behavior intention to purchase but Perceived value does not have a significant influence on the development of transit-oriented development can have a significant influence on loyalty and behavior intention to purchase. In Important performance analysis to improve service performance, namely unhindered train travel, high reliability, integrated and single ticket system.

Abstract

This research explores the new strategy PT Angkasa Pura II (AP II) adopted as an airport operator to innovate to increase revenue through its subsidiary PT Angkasa Pura Kargo (APK) in the cargo business through a canvas model approach. This research identifies the potential for business development in cargo services, PT Angkasa Pura II through its subsidiary, namely PT Angkasa Pura Kargo (APK) so that it can run cargo business directly, especially at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. By improving cargo services, it is hoped to it will be directly proportional to increasing PT Non Aero's income. Angkasa Pura II This research carries out 2 stages of analysis, namely analyzing cargo estimates for the coming year and developing existing business models to create new business models that are opportunities to increase income using canvas business analysis. Based on the analysis results, it was found that the potential demand for cargo at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport shows an increasing trend of 4.67% per year. Based on this data, business opportunities to increase non-aero income through cargo business services can still be possible by carrying out business development carried out by PT APK.
