Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the application of the concept of green or green concept in hotels. The desire to get a comfortable atmosphere is certainly supported by fresh air from nature in addition to other facilities such as cleanliness. In certain circumstances, hotel stays can be done in cities with high pollution levels. Green building concept hotel selection is certainly one of the considerations by some guests who indeed prioritize the comfortable atmosphere obtained from the fresh air. the same thing is more easily obtained at hotels located in mountainous areas or beaches, especially during a pandemic because of the covid 19. The research used descriptive research methods and survey methods were used through in-depth interviews. From the analysis of several hotels that claim to use the concept of green concept, the results obtained are not all hotels apply the concept of green concept entirely,even though the hotel is located in mountainous and coastal areas, whereas the green concept is very appropriate in using wisely and ensuring the continuity of the supply of natural resources and the environment in the future and maintaining air quality by optimizing air circulation and sunlight (CHSE standards). Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and capacity of business actors, institution managers, and the general public in effectively managing human resources in the era of digitalization. The rapid development of information technology demands significant changes in HR management strategies, including recruitment, training, communication, and performance management. Through educational programs in the form of seminars, interactive training, and group discussions, this activity provides practical insights into the use of digital technology to support human resource management. The materials presented include the implementation of human resource information system (HRIS) databases, the use of social media for recruitment, and the challenges of balancing technology with a human-centered approach. Evaluation results show that participants experienced an increase in understanding and motivation to implement team management strategies that are adaptive to changing times. Identified challenges include limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy, and resistance to change. This activity is expected to be a tangible contribution to improving the quality of human resource management at the local level, while also encouraging community readiness to face the challenges of globalization and digitalization.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet dan aktivitas marketplace di Indonesia terus menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Namun, dalam tiga tahun terakhir terjadi penurunan jumlah transaksi di kalangan generasi Z dan milenial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh ulasan pelanggan secara daring dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah generasi Z dan milenial yang telah melakukan pembelian melalui marketplace di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data dari 150 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling, sedangkan analisis data dengan teknik SEM dengan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulasan pelanggan secara daring berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Sementara itu, citra merek tidak berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun memberikan pengaruh positif secara tidak langsung melalui kepercayaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat pengaruh ulasan pelanggan secara daring dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Abstract: The problems that cause public transportation are less desirable because the railway network is still very limited, public transportation services still need to be improved, full integration has not been realized and the development of Transit Oriented Development cannot be implemented. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the service model and public policy were successful, therefore the study used variables, namely; Perceived Quality; Trust; Passenger Satisfaction; Perceived Value; Passenger Preference; Passenger Loyalty, Behavior Intention to Purchase, and Transit Oriented Development as moderation and Passenger preference as intervening variables. Data analysis methods in this study include Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA), and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SMART PLS 4 program and this study used a sample of 400 respondents, namely train users. Based on the results of the analysis Perceived quality, Passenger satisfaction, Trust, Passenger preference, and Passenger loyalty can have a positive and significant influence on behavior intention to purchase but Perceived value does not have a significant influence on the development of transit-oriented development can have a significant influence on loyalty and behavior intention to purchase. In Important performance analysis to improve service performance, namely unhindered train travel, high reliability, integrated and single ticket system.

Abstract

XYZ Shipping Company is engaged in the shipping line industry and is responsible for managing vessel scheduling with several shipping agents and internal departments in sea transportation operations. Some employees perceive that the lack of servant leadership practices has an impact on employee performance, thereby requiring further study to assess its influence. This research aims to analyze the effect of servant leadership and learning organization on employee performance through competence as a mediating variable at XYZ Shipping Company in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with 120 employee respondents. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that servant leadership and learning organization have a significant effect, both directly and indirectly through competence, on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing servant leadership to strengthen competence and develop a learning organization culture that contributes to improving employee performance in the maritime transportation sector.
