Abstract

Work environment is everithing around of employee or official when they’re doing for the job, that is physical or nonphysical environment, that can influanced employee or official and their job. Physical environment in the office or company is the work condition to give an atmosphere and confortable work situation to get the destination of office and company.The work environment at Dinas Koperasi UMKM Perindustrian Perdagangan Kabupaten Agam is not so conducive, this is cause of the temperature is warm it’s about 25ºC- 33ºC, the room lighting is not equally it’s about 50 lux until 165 lux, the air circulation is no so fine, the noice because the room of all sector just bordered by partition it’s about 150 cm, the layout of the room is not so arranged, the room sanitation is not kept, and the proponent fasilities is not complete. Base on the data tabulation 6 variables of work environment (X1= room temperature, X2= room lighting, X3= room layout, X4= room noice, X5= air sirculation, dan X6= room sanitation) only one variable is gift the significant influance to the official performance, that is room temperature (X1) by the regression coeficient is 0,548, the meaning when the room temperature is adding about 0,548 then work environment give the significant inluance to the official performance is 0,548. So the head master office of Dinas Koperasi UMKM Perindustrian Perdagangan Kabupaten Agam have to repair and improvement the work environment especially the room temperature (X1) to make the conducive work enviroment

Abstract

Pandemi virus corona (Covid 19) saat ini telah melanda berbagai negara di belahan dunia. BadanKesehatan Dunia atau WHO serta Pusat Pengendalian dan Pencegahan Penyakit Amerika Serikat atau CDC punmengeluarkan imbauan mengenai hal yang harus dilakukan dalam mencegah corona jenis baru ini. Upaya yangbisa dilakukan adalah melakukan berbagai upaya pencegahan, salah satunya adalah mencuci tanganmenggunakan sabun atau yang sering kita dengar dengan istilah CTPS (Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun).Mencucitangan dengan sabun adalah salah satu tindakan sanitasi dengan membersihkan tangan dan jari jemarimenggunakan air dan sabunyi bersih dan memutuskan mata rantai kuman. Mencuci tangan dengan sabun(CTPS) dikenal juga sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan penyakit.Desain alat pencuci tangan dengan pedalsistem injak ini sudah didesain sedemikian rupa sehingga menghasilkan alat yang sesuai dengan rancangan yangpraktis dan ergonomis.Aspek teknis dari alat yang dirancang dengan dimensi teknik alat yang telah dibuat yaitu,dengan tinggi 70 x 60 cm, dengan kapasitas air 250 liter dan bisa digunakan oleh 363 orang.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation and analysis of energy management and efficiency in the context of industrial processes to enhance productivity. Drawing upon literature review on the fundamental concepts of energy management and best practices in industries, this research identifies strategies and methods that can be applied to optimize energy use in manufacturing environments. The research methodology involves gathering data from various sources to evaluate the practical implementation of energy management strategies in manufacturing industries, including pre- and post implementation data analysis. The findings provide deep insights into the effectiveness of specific measures in reducing energy consumption, improving operational efficiency, and their overall impact on productivity. The study also highlights challenges that may arise in implementing energy management strategies, such as initial costs, staff training needs, and technology integration. However, the long-term benefits of efficient energy management include reduced operational costs and environmental sustainability. By combining technical and managerial approaches, this research provides a foundation for better decision-making in adopting sustainable practices in the industrial sector.

Abstract

Potensi Usaha UMKM Kerupuk Jaring Rajo-Rajo adalah UMKM yang baru dibuat yang beranggotakan masyarakat yang berdomisil di Kampung Pondok Kota Padang, Produk Usaha kerupuk jengkol rajo-rajo telah banyak dinimati oleh konsumen bahkan dari negara tetangga yakni Malaysia dan Brunai Darussalam, dan Singapura. Urgensi permasalahan yang ada yaitu pengelolaan UMKM masih bersifat tradisional dengan manajemen manual atau dikelola dengan sederhana, sedangkan permintaan akan produksi kerupuk jengkol ini sangat banyak yaitu rata rata 10-15 kg /hari dipasaran lokal, sedangkan di pasar international, yaitu negara tetangga Malaysia dan Brunai Darussalam meminta ke UMKM ini untuk dikirimi kerupuk jengkol 1,2 Ton/ bulan jadi masih banyak potensi ini belum dipenuhi dengan tujuan khusus yang diharapkan adalah; 1. Meningkatkan keahlian wirausaha terhadap perkembangan UMKM Rajo rajo. 2) Meningkatkan strategi pemasaran terhadap UMKM Rajo rajo untuk Go International. 3) Meningkatkan pengaruh keahlian wirausaha, modal usaha untuk pengembangan UMKM Rajo rajo. Dengan terbatasnya keahlian yang ada oleh anggota UMKM, maka tujuan umum adalah untuk ; 1). Mewujudkan UMKM Kerupuk Jengkol Rajo Rajo Kampung pondok menjadi kelurahan produktif, mengelola potensi masyarakat dan daerah untuk mencapi keberhasilan finansial rumah tangga. 2). Meningkatkan keberdayaan masyarakat dan potensi UMKM kerupuk jengkol rajo rajo dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh warga. Dengan dukungan penuh Pemerintah Kota Padang, melalui Walikota Padang di Tingkat Kelurahan Kampung Pondok.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (Infocom) has led to significant advancements in business decision-making, particularly through the application of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This paper explores how these technologies are utilized to enhance business decision-making processes, providing organizations with valuable insights and predictive capabilities. Big Data refers to the vast amount of structured and unstructured data generated from various business activities, while AI leverages algorithms and machine learning techniques to analyze this data, uncover patterns, and make informed predictions. The integration of Big Data and AI enables businesses to improve efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and gain a competitive edge in a dynamic market environment. The paper discusses various applications, including predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and supply chain optimization, highlighting their impact on strategic and operational decision-making. Moreover, it addresses the challenges associated with the implementation of these technologies, such as data quality, privacy concerns, and the need for skilled professionals. Ultimately, the study emphasizes that the synergy between Big Data and AI, when effectively implemented, can drive data-driven business strategies and foster innovation.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease (CHD) remains one of the leading causes of death worldwide, often due to late diagnosis and inadequate early detection. Early risk prediction of CHD is crucial to improve patient outcomes and reduce mortality. This study aims to develop a predictive model for assessing the risk of coronary heart disease using a decision tree algorithm, based on structured patient medical records. The dataset used contains various clinical features, including age, gender, cholesterol level, blood pressure, blood sugar, ECG results, and exercise-induced angina. A decision tree classifier was selected for its interpretability, ease of implementation, and effectiveness in handling categorical and numerical data. Data preprocessing steps such as missing value handling, normalization, and feature selection were applied to improve model performance. The model was trained and validated using k-fold cross-validation to ensure reliability. Performance was evaluated based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results demonstrate that the decision tree algorithm achieved satisfactory performance in predicting CHD risk, making it a potentially valuable tool for supporting clinical decision-making. This study highlights the importance of integrating data mining techniques into healthcare to enable timely and accurate risk assessment of life-threatening diseases such as coronary heart disease.

Abstract

Identifikasi buah tropis berbasis citra digital menghadapi tantangan multidimensi akibat keragaman morfologi intra-kelas (seperti variasi tingkat kematangan pada pisang) dan kesamaan visual antar-kelas (misalnya kemiripan geometris antara mangga dan nanas), diperparah oleh kondisi lingkungan lapangan yang tidak terkontrol seperti pencahayaan dinamis dan latar belakang kompleks. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan strategi adaptasi spesifik domain pada arsitektur EfficientNetB0 melalui integrasi blok lapisan kustom yang terdiri dari Dense Layer 256-neuron dengan aktivasi swish, normalisasi lapisan (Layer Normalization), dan Spatial Dropout 0.3, serta mekanisme kalibrasi bertahap (gradual unfreezing) yang membuka lapisan konvolusional secara progresif. Dataset sebanyak 5.200 citra buah tropis Indonesia (pisang, mangga, nanas, durian, rambutan) diperkuat dengan teknik augmentasi dinamis berbasis domain knowledge, termasuk color jitter terarah dan random erasing untuk meniru variasi kondisi riil. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan pencapaian akurasi validasi 88.7% dan F1-score rata-rata 0.87, yang mengungguli kinerja MobileNetV2 sebesar 6.4% dalam uji komparatif. Implementasi operasional dalam sistem FruitScan-ID membuktikan efektivitas metode ini dengan mengurangi kesalahan identifikasi manual hingga 40%, menawarkan solusi komputasi tepi (edge-computing) yang hemat sumber daya untuk otomasi industri pertanian tropis.
