Abstract

The Village Credit Institution (LPD) has a major role in managing village finances. So this institution must continue to be developed. There are many factors that affect the income of Village Credit Institutions in Kediri District, including the amount of credit, the amount of capital and the number of credit customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the amount of credit, the amount of capital and the number of credit customers on the operational income of the Village Credit Institution in Kediri District, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses three independent variables, namely the amount of credit (X1), the amount of capital (X2), and the number of credit customers (X3) and the dependent variable is operating income (Y) using quantitative analysis methods using linear regression analysis techniques. multiple. The results of this study are (1) the amount of credit has a real and partial significant effect on operational income at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Kediri District because t count is greater than t table or 3.643 > 1.739 and the significance is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.002 < 0.05. (2) The amount of capital has a significant and significant effect partially on operating income at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Kediri District because t count is greater than t table or 6.615 > 1.739 and the significance is smaller than 0.05, i.e. 0.000 < 0.05 . (3) The number of credit customers has a significant and significant effect partially on the operational income of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Kediri District because t count is greater than t table or 4.449 > 1.739 and the significance is smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 . (4) The amount of credit, the amount of capital and the number of credit customers simultaneously have a real and significant effect on the operational income of the Village Credit Institution in Kediri District because the F ratio is greater than F table or 355,046 > 3.20 and the significance is less than 0.05 ie 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the conclusions from the results of the study, it can be recommended to increase the amount of credit, the amount of capital, and the number of credit customers so that it continues to be increased while still paying attention and considering the principle of prudence, especially in providing loans and looking at the business processes of borrowing customers, so that non-performing loans can be minimized as much as possible. traffic jams), as well as more appropriate policies from the government to provide a more conducive climate for the development of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in the future.

Abstract

Catur Angga Batukau is one of The Cultural Landscape of Bali Province: The Subak System as a Manifestation of the Tri Hita Karana Philosophy, which has the widest coverage area that poses management challenges as well as local communities who do not know about the characteristics and important values of the world cultural heritage site Catur Angga Coughau. This problem is exacerbated by the lack of information that explains the characteristics and important values contained in the world cultural heritage site CaturAngga Coughau, making it very vulnerable to oblivion. Based on these problems, this research is very important to be carried out indescribing the characteristics and important values contained in the world cultural heritage site Catur Angga Coughau. The dataanalysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis, which will explain and describe the characteristics and important values contained in the cultural heritage of the Angga Coughau Chess world. The results of the data analysis explain that the culturalheritage of the Angga Coughau Chess world has characteristics based on the concept of mandala consisting of Pura Luhur Muncaksari, Pura Luhur Petali, Pura Luhur Besikalung, Pura Luhur Tambawaras and Pura Luhur Coughau and has important values in various fields, namely history, science, education, culture and religion.

Abstract

Livestock farming involves the breeding and cultivation of livestock to obtain benefits and results from these activities. Livestock farming, particularly broiler chicken farming, in the Kerambitan sub-district is one of the rapidly growing sectors. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of capital, labor, and duration of business on the income of broiler chicken farmers in the Kerambitan sub-district, Tabanan Regency. Both quantitative and qualitative data are utilized in this study. The data source for this research is primary data from the year 2023. The data analysis techniques employed in this study include classical assumption tests, multiple coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The research findings indicate that capital, labor, and business duration have a positive and significant partial effect on the income of broiler chicken farmers in the Kerambitan sub-district. The variables of capital, labor, and work hours collectively have a positive and significant influence on the income of broiler chicken farmers in the Kediri sub-district, Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

Cooperatives are growing and expanding throughout Indonesia, serving as economic organizations aimed at advocating for the economic interests of their members and the wider community, especially in areas with weaker economies. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial effects of the number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans provided to the community, and to understand the simultaneous effects of these variables on the net income of KUD Rejasa in the Penebel District, Tabanan Regency. The research findings indicate that the number of members (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the net income of KUD Rejasa, where t-value > t-table, i.e., 7.887 > 1.796. The amount of capital (X2) also has a positive and significant impact on the net income of KUD Rejasa, with t-value > t-table, i.e., 3.082 > 1.796. Similarly, the amount of loans (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the net income of KUD Rejasa, where t-value > t-table, i.e., 4.196 > 1.796. The number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans collectively have a significant simultaneous impact on the net income of KUD Rejasa, with F-value > F-table, i.e., 332.782 > 3.59. Therefore, the variables of the number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the net income of KUD Rejasa in the Penebel District, Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

Subak Guama, located in Desa Selanbawak, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan, has experienced fluctuations and declines in farmer incomes from 2020 to 2023. This study aims to analyze the effects of land area, harvest costs, and credit received by farmers, both partially and simultaneously, on the income of rice farmers in Subak Guama. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, with 84 rice farmers selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study show that land area has a significant and positive effect on the income of rice farmers in Subak Guama. Similarly, harvest costs and credit also have significant and positive impacts on farmer income. Simultaneous testing reveals that the variables of land area, harvest costs, and credit collectively have a significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Subak Guama, Desa Selanbawak, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan. These findings highlight the importance of these factors in influencing farmer income, suggesting that improvements in land management, efficient harvest costs, and access to credit could provide economic benefits to farmers.

Abstract

Cau Belayu Village, as one of 16 villages in Marga District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province, from 2018 to 2022 experienced a decline in rice production, resulting in a decrease in income which was influenced by many factors, including weather, season, pests, network factors. irrigation, land area, capital, labor and other factors. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of land area, capital and number of workers on the income of rice farmers in Cau Belayu village, Marga subdistrict, Tabanan district. The location of this research was carried out in Cau Belayu Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency using primary data sourced from rice farmers and secondary data sourced from Pekaseh Subak Cau Belayu, perbekel offices and other related parties, then processed and analyzed using regression analysis multiple linear. Based on the SPSS calculation results, the following results were obtained: (1) land area has a partially positive and significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Cau Belayu Village, Marga Subdistrict, Tabanan Regency, (2) capital has a partially positive and significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Cau Belayu Village, Subdistrict Marga, Tabanan Regency, (3) the number of workers has a negative but not partially significant effect on farmers' income in Cau Belayu Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency, (4) land area, capital and number of workers have a simultaneously significant effect on the income of rice farmers in the village Cau Belayu, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of multiple determination (R2) explain that the variation in income of rice farmers in Cau Belayu Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency is 89.40 percent influenced by land area, capital and number of workers and the remaining 10.60 percent is influenced by variables. other variables outside the model were not included in this study.
