Abstract

   Bali as an agricultural area with most of the population works as farmers, but along with the development of tourism, the population starts working in the tourism sector. Since the beginning of its development, tourism in Bali has been declared a cultural tourism imbued with Hinduism. One of the tourist attraction areas in Bali which is famous for the development of cultural tourism is the Tanah Lot area, located in Tabanan Regency.   The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of working hours and work experience on the income of photographers in the Tanah Lot Tourism Object Area. The number of samples taken is 55 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. Simultaneous analysis results show that the variable hours of work and work experience significantly influence the income of photographers in the Tanah Lot Tourism Object Area. While the partial analysis results, variable hours of work and work experience significantly affect the income of photographers in the Tanah Lot Tourism Object Area. R Square = 0.856 which means 85.6 percent of the influence of the rise and fall of the photographer's income in the Tanah Lot Tourism Object Area is influenced by working hours and work experience, the remaining 14.4 percent is influenced by other variables not explained in this model.

Abstract

      This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of venture capital (X1), working hours (X2), and length of business (X3), on the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency (Y). Primary data is taken by questionnaire from a sample of 47 traders at Candikuning Market. Samples are taken using probability sampling techniques from various blocks. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that working capital, working hours, and length of business simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency. Working capital and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in the Candikuning Baturiti Market, Tabanan Regency. Meanwhile, the length of business does not affect the income of traders in Candikuning Market, Baturiti, Tabanan Regency

Abstract

The traditional market is the center of the economy where the lower middle class looks for needs and income. The purpose of this study was to determine the capital gap between traders in the Kediri Tabanan market before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to determine the income gap between traders in the Kediri Tabanan market before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.The method of determining the sample uses a simple random sampling technique, where the number of samples to be taken is 88 traders at the Kediri Tabanan Market. The data analysis technique used was paired t-test.Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the following results were obtained: (1) There were differences in the capital of traders at the Kediri Tabanan Market before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the value of t count was greater than t table or 23,018>1,988 and the significance value was less than 5% or 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a difference in income for traders at the Kediri Tabanan Market before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the value of t count is greater than  t table or 21,881 > 1,988 and the significance value is less than 5% or 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

Tabanan Regency is one of the regencies/cities in Bali Province which has great potential in the agricultural sector. The area of agricultural land in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency as a whole was recorded at 598 (Ha). Where it is divided into three subaks, namely: Subak Gubug I the land area is recorded at 189 (Ha) or 31.61% of the total land area, the land area for Subak Gubug II is recorded at 255 (Ha) or 42.64% of the total area. land as a whole. The land area for Subak Gubug III is 154 (Ha) or 25.75% of the total land area. The phenomenon of land area in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency, is the amount of agricultural land that is converted to the housing sector (property) which has an impact on the land area which is getting narrower every year.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of capital, labor, and land area on the rice production of farmers in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, either partially or simultaneously. Sampling in this study was carried out using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, as many as 95 farmers in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that capital, labor, and land area partially had a significant and positive effect on farmers' grain production in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District. Furthermore, capital, labor, and land area simultaneously significantly affect the grain production of farmers in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, with F count 169.15 > F table 2.705.

Abstract

Many factors can affect regional income in the Tabanan Regency Government, one of which is taxes, levies and other legitimate income, so in this study it will be examined about the effect of taxes, levies and other legitimate income on regional income in the Tabanan Regency Government. .Based on data analysis, the results obtained (1) tax has a positive and significant effect partially on regional income in the Tabanan Regency Government, because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (5.827 1.943) and the significance value is less than five percent (0.000 0.050 ), (2) retribution has a positive and significant effect partially on regional income in the Tabanan Regency Government, because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (2.971 1.943) and the significance value is less than five percent (0.000 0.050), ( 3) Other legitimate income has a positive and significant partial effect on regional income in the Tabanan Regency Government, because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (3.846 1.943) and the significance value is less than five percent (0.042 0.050) and (4) taxes, levies and other legitimate income have a significant simultaneous effect on regional income in the Taba Regency Government nan, because the calculated F value is greater than the table F value (34.009 4.760).To the Tabanan Regency government given the importance of regional income in carrying out regional development, it is hoped that the Tabanan Regency government should be able to optimize the potential of the region it has so that revenue from taxes, levies and other legitimate income can continue to increase in the future

Abstract

The Village Credit Institution (LPD) has a major role in managing village finances. So this institution must continue to be developed. There are many factors that affect the income of Village Credit Institutions in Kediri District, including the amount of credit, the amount of capital and the number of credit customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the amount of credit, the amount of capital and the number of credit customers on the operational income of the Village Credit Institution in Kediri District, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses three independent variables, namely the amount of credit (X1), the amount of capital (X2), and the number of credit customers (X3) and the dependent variable is operating income (Y) using quantitative analysis methods using linear regression analysis techniques. multiple. The results of this study are (1) the amount of credit has a real and partial significant effect on operational income at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Kediri District because t count is greater than t table or 3.643 > 1.739 and the significance is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.002 < 0.05. (2) The amount of capital has a significant and significant effect partially on operating income at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Kediri District because t count is greater than t table or 6.615 > 1.739 and the significance is smaller than 0.05, i.e. 0.000 < 0.05 . (3) The number of credit customers has a significant and significant effect partially on the operational income of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Kediri District because t count is greater than t table or 4.449 > 1.739 and the significance is smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 . (4) The amount of credit, the amount of capital and the number of credit customers simultaneously have a real and significant effect on the operational income of the Village Credit Institution in Kediri District because the F ratio is greater than F table or 355,046 > 3.20 and the significance is less than 0.05 ie 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the conclusions from the results of the study, it can be recommended to increase the amount of credit, the amount of capital, and the number of credit customers so that it continues to be increased while still paying attention and considering the principle of prudence, especially in providing loans and looking at the business processes of borrowing customers, so that non-performing loans can be minimized as much as possible. traffic jams), as well as more appropriate policies from the government to provide a more conducive climate for the development of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in the future.

Abstract

Understanding informatics logic is an important foundation in programming learning because it plays a role in shaping algorithmic and computational thinking patterns. However, various studies show that students often experience difficulties in understanding the concepts of propositional logic, inference, predicate logic, Boolean algebra, and their application in program control structures. This article aims to conduct a systematic literature review of related studies to obtain a comprehensive picture of the conceptual and practical challenges faced by students, as well as the learning strategies used to overcome them. The research method uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by analyzing relevant and open access articles published between 2017 and 2025. The results of the study indicate a gap between mastery of logic theory and its application in program code. Key findings include misconceptions in propositional logic, difficulties in simplifying Boolean algebra, limited representation skills through flowcharts and pseudocode, weak computational thinking, and recurring errors such as off-by-one errors and variable misconceptions. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating logic teaching with programming, a practice-based approach, and the use of visual media and interactive technology to improve student understanding.

Abstract

Livestock farming involves the breeding and cultivation of livestock to obtain benefits and results from these activities. Livestock farming, particularly broiler chicken farming, in the Kerambitan sub-district is one of the rapidly growing sectors. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of capital, labor, and duration of business on the income of broiler chicken farmers in the Kerambitan sub-district, Tabanan Regency. Both quantitative and qualitative data are utilized in this study. The data source for this research is primary data from the year 2023. The data analysis techniques employed in this study include classical assumption tests, multiple coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The research findings indicate that capital, labor, and business duration have a positive and significant partial effect on the income of broiler chicken farmers in the Kerambitan sub-district. The variables of capital, labor, and work hours collectively have a positive and significant influence on the income of broiler chicken farmers in the Kediri sub-district, Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

Cooperatives are growing and expanding throughout Indonesia, serving as economic organizations aimed at advocating for the economic interests of their members and the wider community, especially in areas with weaker economies. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial effects of the number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans provided to the community, and to understand the simultaneous effects of these variables on the net income of KUD Rejasa in the Penebel District, Tabanan Regency. The research findings indicate that the number of members (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the net income of KUD Rejasa, where t-value > t-table, i.e., 7.887 > 1.796. The amount of capital (X2) also has a positive and significant impact on the net income of KUD Rejasa, with t-value > t-table, i.e., 3.082 > 1.796. Similarly, the amount of loans (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the net income of KUD Rejasa, where t-value > t-table, i.e., 4.196 > 1.796. The number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans collectively have a significant simultaneous impact on the net income of KUD Rejasa, with F-value > F-table, i.e., 332.782 > 3.59. Therefore, the variables of the number of members, amount of capital, and amount of loans simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the net income of KUD Rejasa in the Penebel District, Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

Subak Guama, located in Desa Selanbawak, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan, has experienced fluctuations and declines in farmer incomes from 2020 to 2023. This study aims to analyze the effects of land area, harvest costs, and credit received by farmers, both partially and simultaneously, on the income of rice farmers in Subak Guama. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, with 84 rice farmers selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study show that land area has a significant and positive effect on the income of rice farmers in Subak Guama. Similarly, harvest costs and credit also have significant and positive impacts on farmer income. Simultaneous testing reveals that the variables of land area, harvest costs, and credit collectively have a significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Subak Guama, Desa Selanbawak, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan. These findings highlight the importance of these factors in influencing farmer income, suggesting that improvements in land management, efficient harvest costs, and access to credit could provide economic benefits to farmers.
