Abstract

The ability and creativity to create visual designs is very necessary in the current technological era. In fact, it is really needed in the world of work, such as in the fields of printing, advertising, multimedia, fashion and other creative industries. However, not all schools can facilitate tools and training to support students in designing as an effort to develop additional skills. So the aim of this service is to improve students' additional skills in graphic design with the sample being practiced is making a certificate using the professional application, Adobe Photoshop. The subjects in this activity were class X students, Department of Computer Network Engineering (TKJ), SMK Negeri 1 Meulaboh with 20 students involved. Socialization regarding this design is carried out using education, discussion and demonstration methods (direct practice). The final result achieved was that the students' understanding and ability to operate Photoshop and how to create certificates experienced a significant increase, this can be seen from the start of the activity to the production of four certificate designs as the final output of the activity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy for developing nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) farming in Kodeoha Kistrict, North Kolaka Regency. Determining the research location was carried using simple random sampling with a total of 52 respondents. The analytical tool used is SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). Based on the results of the study, the results of the coordinate point of the internal factor were 1.11 and the coordinate point of the external factor werw 1.78. It can be seen that the position of nutmeg farming is in quadrant I which shows that nutmeg farming is in a favorable situation. Pineapple farming has opportunities and strengths so that they can use their strengths and take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy. In quadrant I of the SO strategy, utilizes transportation facilities and infrastructure to expand the marketing area, maximize promotion of products that are already known and unitize government support to reduce competition for similar products

Abstract

Coaching is defined as a search for educational solutions, both formal and non-formal, which is carried out consciously, planned, directed, and responsible in order to advance, guide, and develop a balanced, intact, and harmonious introduction to personality, knowledge, and skills in accordance with talents. and its ability as a provision for later on its own initiative to add, improve and grow oneself, fellow humans and their environment towards the realization of a balanced human dignity, worth, and abilities as well as an independent personality. ' understand and develop knowledge in learning fiqh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of skipping training on the speed of pencak silat sickle kicks in students at State High School for Sports Talent. This research used an experimental method, the population in the research was all 190 State High School students with Sports Talent. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique, this technique was carried out based on considerations with certain criteria so that a research sample of 19 people was obtained. The test instrument used was a pencak silat sickle kick speed test, then skipping training was given with a training volume of 3 times for 18 meetings. The research data was analyzed using the t statistical test using SPSS version 25. Based on the analysis results, the pretest average was 14.21 and the posttest average was 18.32, this shows that the training carried out was able to bring about changes in the speed of the sickle kick compared to before the training was given. The results obtained from hypothesis testing show a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of skipping training on the speed of sickle kicks at the Bahteramas Sports Gifted High School, Southeast Sulawesi.
