Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara efikasi diri dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa magister pendidikan agama islam di universitas islam sultan agung. design penelitian yang di gunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sample simple random sampling yang melibatkan 100 mahasiswa sebagai sample. data yang di kumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang di bagikan kepada responden. hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan nilai untuk variable efikasi diri sebesar 0,430, yang lebih besar di bandingkan dengan nilai  r tabel sebesar 0,256 , mengindikasikan adanya hubungan korelasi yang signifikan antara kedua variable tersebut. korelasi positif yang di temukan menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi efikasi diri mahasiswa, semakin rendah tingkat stres akademik yang mereka alami, sebaliknya, mahasiswa dengan efikasi diri rendah cenderung mengalami tingkat stres akademik yang lebih tinggi. berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat di simpulkan bahwa peningkatan efikasi diri dapat membantu mengurangi stres akademik. oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengembangkan strategy dan intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa untuk menciptakan lingkungan akademik yang lebih sehat dan mendukung.

Abstract

This study aims to determina the influence of social support and self efficacy on academic stress of islamic religion education master student class of 2024 who working on theses at Sultan Agung Islamic University, Semarang. The method used in this study is quantitatif with sample of 100 students. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire.The result of the T test showed that the significance value for sosial support (X1) was 0,000 and self eficacy (X2) was 0,001, both of which were less than 0,05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of both variables on academic stress. The T value for sosial support is 7,272 and for self efficacy is 3,239, which is greater than t table (1,98472), confirming the positive influence of both variables on academic stress. In addtion, the F test show that the significance value of 0,000 and the F value of 43,490 are greater than f table of 3,09, indicating that social support anda self efficacy simultaneously influence academic stress.

Abstract

This study examines the elements that contribute to academic stress among master's students in Islamic Education from the class of 2024 at Sultan Agung Islamic University. A quantitative study approach was utilised, involving a sample of 100 students, with data obtained using a questionnaire. The findings indicate that both internal and external variables substantially influence academic stress, albeit in differing degrees. Internally, self-confidence and time management skills were seen as critical variables, with 57% of respondents reporting that insufficient self-confidence exacerbated their academic stress, while 60% admitted that inadequate time management skills intensified academic strain. Nonetheless, learning motivation was shown to exert a little influence, as 79% of participants did not see poor motivation as a principal factor contributing to stress. Concerning external influences, social pressures were identified as the predominant driver, with 60% of respondents acknowledging that social expectations significantly influenced their academic stress. Conversely, 77% and 94% of respondents did not see physical and psychological environmental circumstances, together with familial pressure, as major factors. Most kids did not find high academic standards onerous, however others felt burdened. In conclusion, self-confidence and time management were recognised as the most impactful internal elements, but social expectations were seen as the most significant external component. This study's findings offer significant insights for educational institutions to formulate more effective measures to alleviate academic stress by addressing internal and external causes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social support on academic stress in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Masters students of Class of 2024 at Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through closed questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were selected randomly. The results of the partial test analysis (t-test) show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on academic stress, with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05) and a calculated t value of 3.300 which is greater than the t table of 1.98472. This indicates a positive influence between self-efficacy and academic stress. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R square) value of 0.316 indicates that 31% of the variation in academic stress can be explained by the self-efficacy variable, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The normality test using the Monte Carlo approach produced a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.249, which means that the data is normally distributed. Thus, this study confirms the importance of the role of self-efficacy and social support in reducing students' academic stress.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa program magister pendidikan agama islam angkatan 2024 universitas islam sultan agung. metode yang di gunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui angket tertutup kepada 100 responden. hasil analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi pearson menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikansi antara variable dukungan sosial dengan stres akademik. nilai korelasi sebesar 0,645 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan positif, serta lebih besar dari nilai r tabel (0,256). dengan demikin penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dukungan sosial memiliki korelasi positif yang kuat dengan stres akademik mahasiswa. hal tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya peran dukungan sosial dalam menghadapi tekanan akademik di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.
