Abstract

Indikator utama yang membuat UMKM mengalami banyak kerugian hingga terjadi kebangkrutan, diantaranya permintaan konsumen terhadap produk tersebutu semakin berkurang, kemudian adanya peraturan dan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah tidak memberikan manfaat langsung dalam mengembangkan UMKM sehingg tidak ada dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat, terutama pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang harus tutup dengan waktu yang cukup lama. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisis Srategi Pemasaran Online dan Jaminan Perbankan dalam Mengurangi Kebangkrutan Pelaku UMKM di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Informativeness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jaminan perbankan. Jaminan perbankan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Jaminan perbankan sebagai variabel intervening memberikan dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengaruh Informativeness terhadap volume penjualan. Kata Kunci: Informativeness, jaminan perbankan dan volume penjualan.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi bisnis saat ini internet mendominasi kehidupan sehari-hari, promosi digital menjadi kunci bagi perusahaan dan individu untuk mencapai konsumen secara efektif. Pelaku UMKM bisa menjangkau konsumen dimanapun berada menggunakan berbagai sarana yang ada. Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sudirejo I Kecamatan Medan Kota sangat terbuka dengan adanya pelatihan menyangkut tentang digital marketing karena manfaatnya dapat digunakan untuk meluaskan pemasaran, meningkatkan kemampuan bisnis, mengendalikan biaya produksi, dan meningkatkan penjualan tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Secara garis besar penggunaan digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sudirejo I Kecamatan Medan Kota dapat menjadikan strategi kompetitif yang memaksimalkan kemampuan bersaing UMKM. Keadaan ini dilihat dengan cakupan promosi penjualan UMKM diwilayah di luar kota Medan sudah dilakukan. Serta promosi melalui digital marketing menjadikan UMKM berkembang dan mempunyai jangkauan pasar yang sangat luas

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. PNM Area Medan Tembung, focusing on both physical and non-physical factors. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Area PNM Medan Tembung. The sample in this study was 30 employees of PT. Area PNM Medan Tembung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely determining the sample with certain considerations. The type and source of data were obtained through primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data obtained using simple regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion in this study, it is known that the work environment variable significantly influences the performance of PT employees. PNM Area Medan Tembung which is shown in the significant test, namely t count> t table of 28.225> t-table 2.020 and from the work environment variable on employee performance of 71.7%. When viewed from the descriptive results, the percentage of the work environment variable is included in the high category, namely 139 and the employee performance variable of 139 is also in the high category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job placement and work environment on employee job satisfaction are moderated by employee work competence at PT. Darul Umrah Alharamain. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are obtained from questionnaires. The number of populations and samples in this study was 127 people using the saturated sampling method, namely samples that also represent the population. The results of the study indicate that employee placement variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work competence is able to moderate the effect of employee placement on job satisfaction. Work competence is able to moderate the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ability, compensation, workload and work placement on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The total population in this study was 109 people, and by using saturated sampling techniques a sample of 109 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear Regression. The results of the research show that ability has no effect on employee job satisfaction at the Medan City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Agency, compensation has a Positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Medan City One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Agency, workload has a Positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Medan City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Agency and job placement has a Positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Medan City One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Agency. Simultaneously shows that ability, compensation, workload and work placement have a Positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Medan City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader member exchange on perceived organizational support. To determine the effect of leader member exchange and perceived organizational support on employee job satisfaction partially. To determine the effect of leader member exchange on employee job satisfaction through perceived organizational support at PT. Duta Cahaya Deli Medan. The population in this study were all employees totaling 109 people. The analysis technique used was path analysis. The results showed that leader member exchange had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leader member exchange had a positive and significant effect on perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support did not mediate the effect of leader member exchange on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap retensi karyawan dengan pengembangan karir sebagai variabel mediasi dan pelatihan sebagai variabel moderating pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sumatera Utara Bagian Utara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM – Smart Parsial Least Square dan teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 135 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 135 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu sample yang juga mewakili jumlah populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, pengembangan karir memediasi efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, pelatihan memoderasi efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap retensi karyawan. Dengan demikian, meskupun efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap retensi, pengembangan diri dan pelatihan tidak memainkan peran yang signifikan baik mediasi maupun moderasi.
