Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of workload, human relations, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. with a population of 119 employees and a sample of 92 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, namely the study of the relationship between two or more variables. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS version 4 program. Based on the results of tests carried out on all variables, it is known that partially there is a significant influence between workload variables on employee job satisfaction, as well as the human relations variable on job satisfaction. The work-life balance variable also significantly influences job satisfaction. This is proven by the Adjusted R² value of 0.660, meaning that job satisfaction can be explained by the three factors that influence employee performance (67.1% and the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this research.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Motivasi, dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kelurahan Kramat Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah 32 pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial semua hipotesis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan: (1) Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t-statistik 1.915 dan p-value 0.028. (2) Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t-statistik 5.378 dan p-value 0.000. (3) Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t-statistik 5.455 dan p-value 0,000.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Motivation, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance Kramat Urban Village Central Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with sampling using a saturated sampling technique and data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a total of 32 employees. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that partially all hypotheses have a positive and significant influence: (1) Workload on Employee Performance with a t-statistic value of 1.915 and a p-value of 0.028. (2) Motivation on Employee Performance with a t-statistic value of 5.378 and a p-value of 0.000. (3) Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance with a t-statistic value of 5.455 and a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, dukungan organisasi, dan kepribadian terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Faunaland Ancol, Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 30 responden menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Motivasi Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y)dengan nilai t statistik, Dukungan Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y), dan Kepribadian (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Analisis R-square adjusted menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja, Dukungan Organisasi, dan Kepribadian memberikan kontribusi sebesar 58,7% kepada Kepuasan Kerja dan 41,3% oleh variabel lain.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, organizational support, and personality on employee job satisfaction at PT Faunaland Ancol, North Jakarta. This study uses quantitative descriptive research with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples with a total of 30 respondents using the Smart PLS version 3 application. Based on the results of the study, Work Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) with a statistical t value, Organizational Support (X2) has a negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), and Personality (X3) has a negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). The adjusted R-square analysisshows that Work Motivation, Organizational Support, and Personality contribute 58.7% to Job Satisfaction and 41.3% by other variables

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT DMS Investama. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT DMS Investama sebanyak 36 orang, dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 3.29 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Namun, komitmen organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu memperkuat budaya organisasi dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja untuk mendorong perilaku ekstra peran karyawan demi mendukung keberhasilan organisasi.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees at PT DMS Investama. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population consists of 36 employees at PT DMS Investama, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.29 software. The results show that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on OCB. However, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on OCB. These findings imply that the company needs to strengthen its organizational culture and improve job satisfaction to encourage employees' extra-role behavior in supporting organizationalsuccess.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai UPT P4OP Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 37 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Smart-PLS (Partial Least Squares) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh secara signfifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai UPT P4OP Jakarta Timur. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai UPT P4OP Jakarta Timur. Kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai UPT P4OP Jakarta Timur.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Environment, Compensation on employee Work Motivation UPT P4OP East Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study used the saturated sample method totaling 37 people. The data collection method used is by means of observation and disturbing questionnaires. In this research using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Squares) analysis techniques with Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant effect on work motivation of employee UPT P4OP East Jakarta. The work environment has a significant effect on work motivation of employee UPT P4OP East Jakarta. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation of employee East Jakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa keluhan dan keraguan dari konsumen terkait minat beli, kesadaran merek, kualitas produk, dan ulasan pelanggan online terhadap produk sunscreen Azarine pada platform Shopee di wilayah Pisangan Baru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek, kualitas produk, dan ulasan pelanggan online terhadap minat beli sunscreen Azarine pada platform Shopee di wilayah Pisangan Baru, Jakarta Timur. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 190 orang menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu teknik Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria konsumen berusia minimal 17 tahun serta pernah membeli dan mengetahui produk sunscreen Azarine dalam enam bulan terakhir di wilayah Pisangan Baru. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesadaran Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk sunscreen Azarine pada platform Shopee di wilayah Pisangan Baru, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk sunscreen Azarine pada platform Shopee di wilayah Pisangan Baru, dan Ulasan Pelanggan Online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk sunscreen Azarine pada platform Shopee di wilayah Pisangan Baru. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan konstribusi sebesar 58% terhadap Minat Beli, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini seperti variabel Harga, Promosi, Kepercayaan Merek, atau Kepuasan Pelanggan.ABSTRACTThis study indicates that there are several complaints and concern from consumers related to purchase intention, brand awareness, product quality, and online customer review regarding Azarine sunscreen products on the Shopee platform in the Pisangan Baru area. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of brand awareness, product quality, and online customer review on the purchase intention of Azarine sunscreen on the Shopee platform in Pisangan Baru, East Jakarta. The sample consisted of 190 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling, with the criteria of consumers aged at least 17 years who have purchased and are familiar with Azarine sunscreen products within the past six monts in thePisangan Baru area. Data processing was conducted using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the study show that Brand Awareness has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Interest of Azarine sunscreen products on Shopee in the Pisangan Baru area, Product Quality also has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Interest of Azarine sunscreen products on Shopee in the Pisangan Baru area, and Online Customer Reviews likewise have a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Interest of Azarine sunscreen products on Shopee in the Pisangan Baru area. Simultaneously, the three variables contribute 58% to Purchase Interest, while the remaining 42% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as price, Promotion, Brand Trust, or Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDisebabkan oleh posisi penjualan cat tembok merek Mowilex yang masih dibawah lima merek lainnya dan adanya penurunan penjualan Mowilex pada tahun 2023 di Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand trust, brand image dan brand experience terhadap keputusan pembelian cat tembok merek Mowilex di Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Jakarta Pusat. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini merupakan seluruh konsumen Mowilex di Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Jakarta Pusat selama kurun waktu pelaksaan penelitian yang berjumlah 273 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 160 responden dengan menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria responden yang pernah membeli Mowilex minimal satu kali dan berusia diatas 20 tahun. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Brand Trust berpengrauh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian cat tembok merek Mowilex di Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Jakarta Pusat, Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian cat tembok merek Mowilex di Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Jakarta Pusat dan Brand Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian cat tembok merek Mowilex di Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Jakarta Pusat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data terdapat pengaruh Brand Trust, Brand Image dan Brand Experience Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 70,5% dan sisanya 29,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti kualitas, harga, brand ambassador, pelayanan, dan kepuasan konsumen.ABSTRACTThis is due to the sales position of Mowilex brand wall paint, which is still below five other brands, and the decline in Mowilex sales in 2023 at Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Central Jakarta. This study aims to determine the influence of brand trust, brand image and brand experience on the purchase decision of Mowilex brand wall paint at Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Central Jakarta. The population in this study was all customers Mowilex at Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Central Jakarta during the period of the research which amounted to 273 people. The sample used was 160 respondents using non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of respondents who had bought Mowilex at least once and were over 20 years old. Data processing is carried out with the SmartPLS application version 3.2.9. The results of the study stated that Brand Trust had a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Purchase Mowilex brand wall paint at Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Central Jakarta, Brand Image had a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Purchase Mowilex brand wall paint at TokoKemenangan Jaya, Central Jakarta and Brand Experience had a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Purchase Mowilex brand wall paint at Toko Kemenangan Jaya, Central Jakarta. Based on the results of the data test, there was an influence of Brand Trust, Brand Image and Brand Experience on Purchase Decisions of 70.5% and the remaining 29.5% was influenced by other variables such as quality, price, brand ambassador, service, and consumer satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT Ulama have the duty and responsibility to continue carrying out prophetic (prophetic) duties and continue the mission of Rasulullah SAW, namely bringing Islamic teachings that are rahmatan lil 'alamin through da'wah activities, both offline and online. Da'wah communication is the process of conveying information from a person or group to another person or group of people sourced from the Al-Quran and Hadith by using symbols, both verbal and non-verbal. The aim of this da'wah communication training is to change the attitudes, opinions and behavior of preachers to be better in accordance with Islamic teachings through digital social media. Da'wah activities via social media are very widespread and attract the attention of all parties. The training method is carried out through providing communication materials, da'wah materials, use of digital social media and group discussions. The training participants are millennial Dai within the North Jakarta MUI. The results of the training show that there is an understanding of communicating in digital social media and that millennial Dais are more confident in preaching. It was concluded that digital da'wah communication training is really needed so that millennial Dai can spread Islamic teachings more effectively in the era of digitalization.
