Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of workload, human relations, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. with a population of 119 employees and a sample of 92 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, namely the study of the relationship between two or more variables. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS version 4 program. Based on the results of tests carried out on all variables, it is known that partially there is a significant influence between workload variables on employee job satisfaction, as well as the human relations variable on job satisfaction. The work-life balance variable also significantly influences job satisfaction. This is proven by the Adjusted R² value of 0.660, meaning that job satisfaction can be explained by the three factors that influence employee performance (67.1% and the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this research.

Abstract

This study examines the problems of the success of culinary businesses that have not been done much, especially during this covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of business competence, financial governance and competitive advantage on the success of culinary businesses in Jakarta. To achieve the success of the culinary business, a competitive advantage strategy is needed by increasing the competence of business actors and financial governance. The object of this research is culinary business in 10 culinary center locations in DKI Jakarta with a selected population of 1,216 culinary entrepreneurs and a total sample of 257 respondents. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel 8.80 . program. The results of this study prove firstly that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of business competence and financial governance together on the competitive advantage of culinary businesses is 82%, while the remaining 18% is the influence of other variables. While the second is that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of business competence, financial governance and competitive advantage together on business success is 86%, while the remaining 14% is the magnitude of the influence of other variables. The most dominant variable influencing business success is the competitive advantage variable variabel.

Abstract

Permasalahan prioritas yang terjadi pada pengurus JPZIS Jakarta Utara, yaitu pemahaman literasi manajemen zakat profesi yang masih sangat rendah, dan kemampuan pengelolaan zakat, infak dan shodaqoh berbasis digital yang belum optimal. Solusi dan target luaran adalah bagaimana cara meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan mengatasi masalah prioritas yang dihadapi mitra, dengan program penyuluhan, bimbingan, konsultasi, dan pendampingan yang tepat. Target luaran kegiatan ini, adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman literasi manajemen zakat profesi bagi pengurus JPZIS. Perancangan strategi pengelolaan zakat, infak dan shodaqoh berbasis digital yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus dalam mengelola dan menyalurkan ZIS, serta dapat menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat keberhasilan pengelolaan ZIS secara profesional. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mencapai target luaran ditetapkan, yaitu ; penyuluhan, bimbingan, konsultasi, pendampingan, dan fasilitasi. Selain itu tim juga menentukan prosedur, langkah – langkah solusi dalam pemecahan masalah, dalam pelaksanaan program melibatkan stakeholder terkait. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) bulan mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, hingga monev, presentasi, dan pelaporan kegiataan serta publikasi. Manfaat dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pengurus JPZIS mampu menerapkan manajemen zakat profesi dan mengelola ZIS berbasis digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik,dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia Direktorat Finance,Risk, and Human Capital Management. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, yang dimanadata dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLSversi 3. Dari total populasi sebanyak 39 karyawan, ditentukan sampel sebanyak jumlah populasi ataumenggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 39 responden. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel WorkLife Balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value 0,018 < 0,05dan t-statistik 2,109 > 1,96). Sementara itu, Lingkungan Kerja Non FIsik berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value 0,018 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 1,872 > 1,96), begitu puladengan Kepuasan Kerja yang juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan(p-value 0,036 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 1,801 > 1,96). This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Life Balance, Non Physical Work Environment, and JobSatisfaction on Employee Performance of PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia Directorate Finance, Risk,and Human Capital Management. This research uses a descriptive method, in which data is collectedthrough the distribution of questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software version 3.From a total population of 39 employees, a sample of as many as the total population or using asaturated sample of 39 respondents was determined. The T test results show that the Work Life Balancevariabel has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p-value 0.018 < 0.05 and tstatistic2.109 > 1.96). Meanwhile, the Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significanteffect on employee performance (p-value 0.018 < 0.05 and t-statistic 1.872 > 1.96), as well as JobSatisfaction which also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p-value 0.036 <0.05 and t-statistic 1.801 > 1.96).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Placement Out-Of-Home, SocialMedia Marketing, dan Brand Image terhadap Brand Awareness pada layanan PT.Pegadaian di stasiun MRT Bundaran HI. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatankuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisisdata dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuansoftware SmartPLS versi 3. Dengan populasi sebanyak 115.000 penumpang denganmenggunakan teknik slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Placement Out Of Home berpengaruh positif terhadap BrandAwareness, dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 4,079 > 1,96. Sementara itu,Social Media Marketing dan Brand Image tidak berpengaruh terhadap Brand Awareness,dengan p-value 0,239 > 0,05 dan t-statistik 1,177 < 1,96 untuk Social Media Marketing,serta p-value 0,054 > 0,05 dan t-statistik 1,927 < 1,96 untuk Brand Image. This study aims to determine the influence of Out-of-Home (OOH) Placement, SocialMedia Marketing, and Brand Image on Brand Awareness of PT Pegadaian services atthe MRT Bundaran HI station. The research method used is a quantitative approachwith a descriptive technique, and data were collected through questionnaires. Dataanalysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help ofSmartPLS version 3 software. With a population of 115,000 passengers, a sample of100 respondents was obtained using Slovin's formula. The results showed thatPlacement Out Of Home has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness,with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of 4.079 > 1.96. Meanwhile, SocialMedia Marketing and Brand Image do not have a significant effect on BrandAwareness, with a p-value of 0.239 > 0.05 and a t-statistic of 1.177 < 1.96 for SocialMedia Marketing, and a p-value of 0.054 > 0.05 and a t-statistic of 1.927 < 1.96 forBrand Image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga danInfluencer Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah pada Platform ECommerceShopee di Official Store Wardah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatankuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis datadilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan softwareSmartPLS versi 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Hair et al diperoleh sampel sebanyak 210responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadapKeputusan Pembelian, dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 14,346 > 1,96. PersepsiHargaberpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-statistik9.144 > 1,96. Dan Influencer Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian,dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 13,202 > 1,96. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwaKualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga serta Influencer Marketing berpengaruh secara signifikanterhadap Keputusan Pembelian. This study aims to determine the influence of Product Quality, Price Perception, and InfluencerMarketing on the Purchase Decision of Wardah Cosmetics on the Shopee E-CommercePlatform at the Wardah Official Store. The method used is a quantitative approach withdescriptive techniques, and data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis wasperformed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLSsoftware version 4. This study utilized Hair et al's theory, resulting in a sample size of 210respondents. The results of the study indicate that Product Quality has a positive influence onPurchase Decisions, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of 14.346 > 1.96. PricePerception has a positive influence on Purchase Decisions, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and at-statistic of 9.144 > 1.96. Influencer Marketing also has a positive influence on PurchaseDecisions, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of 13.202 > 1.96. Therefore, it can beconcluded that Product Quality, Price Perception and Influencer Marketing significantlyinfluence Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerjaterhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT ENB Mobile Care. Latar belakang studi menunjukkan pentingnyapeningkatan kinerja di tengah pertumbuhan bisnis layanan tukar-tambah perangkat elektronik, dengantemuan awal pra-survei pada empat variabel yang seluruhnya berada pada kategori “tinggi”, namun masihada indikator yang perlu diperbaiki (mis. kesempatan pelatihan, kompensasi/penghargaan, kenyamanansuhu, efektivitas penggunaan sumber daya). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif denganPLS-SEM (SmartPLS). Hasil menunjukkan ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kinerja. Secara rinci: Motivasi Kerja → Kinerja (β=0,834; T=25,195; p<0,001), Disiplin Kerja→ Kinerja (β=0,836; T=21,651; p<0,001), dan Lingkungan Kerja → Kinerja (β=0,842; T=18,468;p<0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan program pelatihan & pengembangan, penegakandisiplin berbasis SOP yang adil, serta perbaikan kondisi lingkungan kerja merupakan tumpuan strategisuntuk mengakselerasi kinerja. This study analyzes the influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment onEmployee Performance at PT ENB Mobile Care. Pre-survey results place all four constructs in the “high”category, while indicating room for improvement in specific indicators (e.g., training opportunities,rewards/compensation, thermal comfort, resource effectiveness). An associative quantitative method withPLS-SEM (SmartPLS) is employed. The findings show all three predictors significantly and positively affectperformance: Motivation → Performance (β=0.834; T=25.195; p<0.001), Discipline → Performance (β=0.836; T=21.651; p<0.001), and Environment → Performance (β=0.842; T=18.468; p<0.001). Theresults highlight the strategic roles of structured training, fair SOP-based discipline, and improvedworkplace conditions to accelerate performance.

Abstract

The hotel industry, especially non-star hotels, is experiencing the development of very tight competition where consumers prioritize service quality in addition to very low prices, which demands the readiness of their human resources. Identify and analyze matters that need to be considered by lodging managers regarding consumer perceptions of the quality of lodging services for service improvement and increasing the readiness of its human resources. This research uses an integrated approach from the QFD Matrix, Servqual and the Kano Model to find out what things (WHATs) are the main problems of consumer complaints and how (HOWs) overcome these consumer complain its focusing on the human resource aspect. There were 16 service attributes from the results of interviews with consumers and brainstorming with inn managers which were then analyzed using the Servqual and Kano Model, it turned out that 10 service attributes did not meet the level of customer expectations and became the WHATs submatrix in QFD. The largest Level of Interest and Percentage of Interest in the HOW sub-matrix (above 10%) is on human resource issues so that service quality improvements are focused on these matters. The research is limited to the case of one of the cheap lodgings as well as limitations on interviews with respondents and hotel managers who are determined randomly. Analysis of service quality was carried out on all service attributes from the results of interviews, but the discussion was only discussed on service attributes that had the highest interest percentage above 10% in the aspect of human resources. Research on human resource aspects of service quality in the hospitality industry by integrating the QFD Matrix, Servqual and Kano Models.

Abstract

The loyalty of employees  of E-commerce companies  needs to be questioned, given the difference in compensation and welfare received from their companies. This problem is interesting to examine, so that it is known which variables are able to build  E-commerce employee loyalty, for example the variables of Work Stress, work communication, compensation and job satisfaction. The population in this study, employees of E-Commerce Companies  in Jakarta, were selected by researchers, with a random sampling technique  obtained by 99 employees as respondents.  Data processing and analysis as well as hypothesis testing using SmartPLS program version 4. The results of the study found that the direct influence, variables of work stress, work communication, compensation significantly on job satisfaction. However, the variables of work stress and work communication do not have a direct effect on employee loyalty, while the variables of compensation and job satisfaction have a direct effect on employee loyalty of E-commerce Companies. The variable of job satisfaction is not able to play a role in mediating the variables of work stress and work communication because  the effect size is very low. In contrast to the job satisfaction variable which is able to mediate the compensation variable for employee loyalty of E-commerce Companies  because  the effect size is low to medium or medium. To increase employee loyalty, it is necessary to improve work communication, reduce work stress and ensure the maintenance of compensation received, so that employees feel they have high job satisfaction.
