Abstract

This research aims to analyze and statistically test the role of marketing strategy on pricing and its impact on purchasing interest. This research was conducted at Cafe Covare Graha PPI using a survey method and analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling method. The total sample was 196 respondents who were chosen randomly. The analysis results show that; 1) Marketing strategy significantly influences pricing, 2) Marketing strategy does not have a significant influence on service quality, 3) Marketing strategies do not have a significant influence on consumer buying interest, 4) Pricing has a significant influence on purchase interest. Competitive prices that align with the value perceived by consumers can significantly increase purchasing interest. 5) Service quality does not have a significant influence on purchasing interest, 6) Marketing strategy has a significant effect on purchasing interest through pricing. Good pricing can bridge the influence of marketing strategy on consumer buying interest. 7) Marketing strategy does not significantly affect buying interest through service quality. This indicates that service quality is not a strong mediating factor in the relationship between marketing strategy and purchase intention.

Abstract

Loyalty is the main key for buyers to continue to make a continuous purchase process for the company in the long term. Having a buyer means that a business managed by the company will run well. To achieve buyer loyalty, companies are encouraged to provide quality service and trust so that buyers feel satisfied. In addition, companies must also be able to improve security in order to avoid cyber crimes that will damage network systems and buyer data. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, trust and security on buyer loyalty in the JD.ID application in the people of Batam City. This study uses a population and a sample of 200 buyers in the JD.ID application because the sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique in this research is the distribution of questionnaires and this type of research uses quantitative methods. Respondents' answers in distributing questionnaires, the results of data processing were carried out through SPSS version 25 application software. The data analysis method used descriptive and inferential statistics. The results show that there is a significant and positive effect between service quality on buyer loyalty, there is a significant and positive influence between trust and buyer loyalty, there is a significant and positive effect between security and buyer loyalty, there is a significant and positive effect between service quality, trust and security. on buyer loyalty.

Abstract

The output achievements and results of an activity or program are the work of the agency, as an effort to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set by the main tasks and functions of the agency. To achieve good performance, of course, proper strategic management is needed, so that if the organization's work program can be implemented into the budgeting of its activities, of course, it will influence and have a good impact on the organization's performance. The analytical method used is the analysis of direct and indirect effects (path analysis). The data source uses primary data which is carried out by taking samples directly from correspondents through filling out questionnaires. The results of the study obtained the following conclusions: (1) The work program does not affect partner budgeting. (2) Partner budgeting has a significant effect on managerial performance. (3) Work programs have a significant effect on managerial performance. (4) Work programs on managerial performance through partner budgeting have a significant effect and a positive impact.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the implementation of the policy of changing Administrative Positions to Functional Positions of Goods and Services Procurement Managers in the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology and to analyze the impact of changes in the policy of equalizing Administrative Positions to Functional Positions of Goods and Services Procurement Managers in the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology on the Human Resource Management Function. This is motivated by the president's policy regarding the equalization of administrative positions to functional positions. This research design uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this research are the Substance Coordinator of Mentoring, Consultation and/Bintek PBJ, the Substance Coordinator of Human Resources and Institutional Development, the Functional Position of Goods/Services Procurement Manager, and the Human Resources Bureau of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The research results show that functional officials who are affected by the position equalization policy are in practice entrusted with the role of coordinator or sub-coordinator, which in other words, they are still given authority and responsibility in certain fields as attached to their previous position. So that "structural sense functional officials" emerge. This condition increases the burden on officials affected by equalization. On the one hand, the person concerned must follow the work climate of a functional position which is based on individual performance with proof of collecting credit scores, on the other hand he is given the burdens, responsibilities and roles as in the structural position previously held.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The government has issued new regulations which are derivatives of the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP), one of which is Government Regulation Number 50 of 2022 concerning Procedures for Implementing Tax Rights and Obligations. In this regulation, there are 15 chapters and 74 articles that explain further regarding the use of NIK to become NPWP, bookkeeping and inspection, additional tax assessment letters, carbon tax, to the implementation of mutual agreement procedures.Bhinneka Tunggal Ika High School as a PKM partner requires enriching the insights of its students related to tax rights and obligations so that based on the Statement Letter from the Head of School Mr. Edi Fredi S Ag. This Community Service activity has carried out. This particular PKM has the objective of imparting a comprehensive understanding of tax rights and obligations.The preparation of a lesson plan is used to carry out this PKM activity, and both students and teachers are present. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika High School is located at Jl. KH. Moh. Mansyur No. 222 A, RT. 10/RW. 5, Kel. Tanah Sereal, Kec. Tambora. As a result of this PKM, the Tax Rights and Obligations Module was delivered during training so that it could be further studied. This training is given through offline sessions in a single room that include tutorials, discussions, and questions and answers. This activity went well according to the target. Pemerintah mengeluarkan aturan baru yang bersumber dari Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP), salah satunya yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2022 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Hak dan Kewajiban Perpajakan. Peraturan ini memiliki 15 bab dan 74 pasal yang menjelaskan lebih rinci penggunaan NIK sebagai NPWP, pembukuan dan pemeriksaan, surat ketetapan pajak tambahan, pajak karbon, dan pelaksanaan prosedur kesepakatan bersama.SMA Binneka Tungal Ika, sebagai mitra PKM, memerlukan tambahan pengetahuan bagi para peserta didiknya terkait menggunakan hak dan kewajiban perpajakan. Kepala Sekolah, Bpk. Edi Fredi SAg, telah menyampaikan perlunya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk dilakukan. Tujuan yang diharapkan dengan adanya PKM ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang hak dan kewajiban perpajakan.Untuk melaksanakan kegiatan PKM ini disusun rencana pembelajaran dan dihadiri oleh siswa dan guru (pengajar). SMA Bhinneka Tunggal Ika berlokasi di Jl. KH. Moh. Mansyur No. 222 A, RT.10/RW.05, Kel. Tanah Sereal, Kec. Tambora. Dalam penyuluhan ini  diserahkan Modul Hak dan  Kewajiban Perpajakan. Modul ini merupakan hasil PKM tersebut sehingga dapat dibawa pulang oleh para siswa dan siswi, agar dibaca sebagai bahan pembelajaran selanjutnya. Cara penyampaian pelatihan ini terdiri dari tutorial dan diskusi serta tanya jawab, semuanya dilakukan secara offline dalam satu ruangan. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan baik sesuai target.
