Abstract

Media ada di mana-mana; media sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari kita. Pada saat ini Orang-orang lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi dan pencerahan berkat layanan media. Walaupun ada Keluhan tentang efek negatifnya telah didengar dan bahkan mereka yang mengkritik media untuk dampak negatifnya tidak dapat mengabaikan fakta bahwa media dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang efektif untuk mendidik, menginformasikan dan menghibur. Untuk berbagai alasan, Audio visual Media, terutama video pasti diakui sebagai salah satu alat paling efektif dalam pendidikan. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 21 kota Batam, SMPN 11 kota Batam, dan SMPN 35 kota Batam dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sebelum menggunakan metode Media Audio Visual. Dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 21 kota Batam, SMPN 11 kota Batam, dan SMPN 35 kota Batam dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sesudah menggunakan metode Media Audio Visual. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan penulis, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Setelah dilakukan pengembangan dengan diketahui bahwa siswa SMPN 21 kota Batam, SMPN 11 kota Batam, dan SMPN 35 kota Batam lebih mudah untuk memahami materi atau informasi yang disampaikan oleh guru, apabila dibandingkan dengan penggunaan sebelumnya. Artinya tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara lebih efektif untuk materi bahasa inggris pada siswa SMPN 21 kota Batam, SMPN 11 kota Batam, dan SMPN 35 kota Batam Setelah adanya pengembangan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris untuk siswa SMPN 21 kota Batam, SMPN 11 kota Batam, dan SMPN 35 kota Batam terbukti lebih efektif apabila dibandingkan sebelum adanya pengembangan

Abstract

Introduction in English is an important one to learn. By introduction we can adapt to everyone. This dedication aims to guide children in communicating with the interlocutor. In this service, the devotees find weaknesses in pronunciation and the use of grammar. So it needs to be developed for further. The ability to communicate using English is very important, so from now, we prepare the younger generation to face the future times. If children can communicate in English well then we feel happy and their parents also feel proud. In this occasion, the usage of the English in the students’ school is very seldom, so the devotees try to practice to use English in the every training. Beside that it gives motivation for the students and also to the parents of the students. Using English is not only for the introduction the students but also used in the presentation of the material.

Abstract

This study tries to determine whether price, advertising, and service quality have a partial or simultaneous impact on purchasing decisions at PT Jumbo Power International Batam. 3,670 people constitute the study population, all of whom are consumers. 150 respondents were taken as a sample of 150 for this investigation. The saturated sampling technique was used in this work as a sampling technique. This study employs a questionnaire as one of its data collection methods. SPSS 25 program was used to process this data. Quantitative research methodology was used. The results showed that the price showed a t-count value of -6700 <97612. has a negative and significant effect on price on purchasing decisions at PT Jumbo Power International Batam, advertisements show a t-count value of 10,155 <97612 a beneficial and important impact on consumer decisions at PT Jumbo Power International Batam, and service quality with a t-count value of 4,084 <97612 has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Jumbo Power International Batam. price, advertising, and service quality all have a simultaneous, positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Jumbo Power International Batam to buy a product or service. with the calculated F value is 51.675 > 3.060.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological developments are closely related to Human Resources. This development certainly requires resources that have a high level of creativity and potential, especially for companies. This study aims to review the extent to which the role of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. PT Sammyung Precision Batam is a company that was founded in 2019 and is engaged in manufacturing. The researcher conducted a study using non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 113 people. and the method used is quantitative method and the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis which includes: data quality test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. In this study, the data was processed using SPSS Version 25 with the results of the study known that the T count was 1.6588 > 2.990 and the significant value was 0.006 < 0.05, which means that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. discipline is known to have T count of 2.777 > 1.6588 and its significant value is 0.009 < 0.05, meaning that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. then there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously (together) between organizational culture, discipline on employee performance at PT Sammyung Precision Batam can be seen from the F value of 32.854 (F count) > 2.6871 (F table) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

In an era that is growing and increasingly sophisticated and the development of internet technology is increasingly rapidly resulting in a higher number of internet users. The internet is commonly used as a communication tool and a tool for finding information, online shopping, entertainment and a place to do business. The purposse for the studying wass to determiine and analyze the effect for Service Qualiity, Product Price for Consumer Satisfactiion at Shopee. Thee population in this study were people who used the website Shopee with a samplee of 385 resspondents who were seleected usiing the Purposiive Sampliing techniq. Primary data collection using a questionaire. The analysis data method used this studyis quantiitative analysis and uses descriptive statistical test, classical assumptiion tests, multiplee linear regression test, and hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2) testing. The result of the study prove the quality of service, product and price can have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with shopee users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and perceived risk on customer satisfaction at PT Lion Parcel Mahkota 53 Batam. The technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique with a total of 104 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a 5 (five) Likert scale point. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The data quality test in this study used a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test in this study using normality test research, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and influence test using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while hypothesis testing in this study uses the t test and F test. Results of this study, attest that service quality, risk perception has a positive effect on customer and the quality of service, the perception of risk together has an influence on customer.

Abstract

This research is a study of the effect of promotions and price on PT Honda's motorcycle purchase decisions. Mitra Krida Perkasa Batam. In this study, the independent variable is Promotion and Price, while the independent variable is purchase decision. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from research studies. The researchers distributed questionnaires to 141 respondents, and quantitative causality was used as the research method. The hypothesis is proven by multiple regression analysis. The study was conducted in several phases viz. The first step is to familiarize yourself with the theories of literature and gather information about the chosen and studied topic. The second step is to gather basic information through a survey. The third step is to test the usefulness of the data through validity and reliability testing. Step four, exploratory hypothesis testing with multiple regression for partial and simultaneous testing of hypotheses. In the fifth step, it is investigated whether the independent variables of the dependent variable can reinforce each other's influence or are related to each other. The results of this study show that partly advertisement and price have a large positive and significant effect on the purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles in PT. Mitra Krida Perkasa Batam and at the same time discount and price variables together have a significant and very positive effect on PT Honda's motorcycle purchase decisions Mitra Krida Perkasa Batam

Abstract

This research can provide a goal to analyze how brand image, advertising attractiveness and brand trust can have a partial or simultaneous influence on the intention to buy tissue brand Multi in Batam City. This type of research can use a type of research which is a type of descriptive with quantitative research methods, the population used is a buyer of tissue brand Multi in the city of Batam, totaling 101 respondents with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. In the data analysis method, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), t test and f test can be used. Based on the research findings, there is a relationship between brand image and purchase intention which can be concluded from the results of the t test, namely 3.184 > t table 1.984. These results show a positive value and have a significance of 0.002 <0.05. There is a relationship between advertising attractiveness and buying interest which can be concluded from the results of the t test, namely 7.077 > t table 1.984. These results show a positive value and have a significance of 0.000 <0.05. There is a relationship between brand trust and purchase intention which can be concluded from the results of the t test, namely 3.299 > t table 1.984. These results show a positive value and have a significance of 0.001 <0.05. Simultaneous test results produce a value of 102.121 > f table 2.70, namely a positive and significant score of 0.000 <0.05. According to research findings, brand image, advertising attractiveness and brand trust as a whole have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy tissue brand Multi in Batam City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising appeal via Instagram and purchase intention on purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop. This type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach will be used in this study. The population can consist of 377 consumers at the Outline coffee shop based on sales data in December 2022. The number of samples selected as respondents in this study was adjusted to 194 respondents from the calculation of the Slovin formula. The analytical method can be used to examine the relationship between these variables by testing data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the attractiveness of the advertisement contributed to an increase of 35.0% on the purchase decision. Buying interest contributes an increase of 41.9% to purchasing decisions. The analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) reveals that purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop can be explained by the attractiveness of advertisements via Instagram and buying interest at a percentage of 70.6%. The findings of hypothesis testing have shown that the attractiveness of advertising via Instagram and purchase intention have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of organizational culture, employee competence and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Ciptatama Dimensi Prima. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Ciptatama Dimensi Prima, totaling 114 employees. The sample can involve all members of the population based on saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis process is carried out through a series of steps, including data quality testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that organizational culture has an influence of 16.0% on employee performance. Employee competency has an influence of 39.3% on employee performance. Organizational commitment has an influence of 30.7% on employee performance. In this context, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) confirms that the combination of organizational culture, employee competence and organizational commitment is able to explain as much as 57.1% of the variation in employee performance. The results of the t test and F test strengthen the findings that organizational culture, employee competence and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Ciptatama Dimensi Prima, both partially and simultaneously.
