Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the use of Social Media Marketing and Advertising on Spotify subscription decisions among students at Paulus Indonesian Christian University. This research was carried out at the UKIP Makassar campus, where all students were the population of this research. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula and results were obtained from 100 people. The analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS version 4 application. The research results showed that both Social Media Marketing and Advertising had a positive and significant influence on UKIP Students' decision to subscribe to Spotify.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between life insurance promotion media on increasing the number of customers of PT. Equity Life Indonesia through multiple linear regression, correlation and determination. The variables used are independent variables, namely Personal Selling promotion media (X1), advertising promotion media (X2) and dependent variables increasing the number of customers (Y). The results of this study, for the influence of personal selling media of 0.918 on increasing the number of customers and on advertising media of 0.923, then the hypothesis states that there is an influence of personal selling and advertising promotion media on increasing the number of customers of PT. Equity Life Indonesia. This can be seen from r = 0.924 meaning the relationship between personal selling media (X1) and advertising (X2) on increasing the number of customers (Y) of 85.5% meaning there is a strong relationship while the rest is influenced by other factors.ing untuk sistem informasi. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Balota Savings and Loan Cooperative over a four-year period (2020-2023). The evaluation is based on key financial ratios, focusing on liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity to assess the financial health and sustainability of the cooperative. The financial data used in this analysis were collected from the annual financial reports of Balo’ta Savings and Loan Cooperative, including the balance sheet and income statement. The findings indicate that the cooperative maintains a solid liquidity position but faces challenges in profitability due to increasing operating costs and decreasing interest income. In terms of solvency, the cooperative remains stable, but there is a significant decline in its return on equity (ROE) and net profit margin. The study recommends that BSLC adopt stricter cost management practices, diversify its loan portfolio, and explore alternative sources of income to improve its financial performance and long-term growth prospects. This study provides valuable insights for cooperative managers, financial analysts, and policymakers to make informed decisions regarding the cooperative’s financial strategy and future sustainability.Keyword: Financial performance, Balota Savings and Loan Cooperative, liquidity, profitability, solvency, activity, financial ratios, cooperative management, financial sustainability

Abstract

Study This analyze connection between liquidity and activity to profitability at PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk during 2019–2023 period . The data used is secondary data in the form of report finance quarterly earnings​ from the Indonesia Stock Exchange . Variables liquidity measured through the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio, while activity measured use ratio rotation assets , inventory , receivables , and assets fixed . Profitability analyzed through ROA, ROE, and NPM ratios . The approach used is analysis ratio financial analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) test. Research results show that Good liquidity and activity own influence positive significant to profitability . In 2022, it was recorded as period with efficiency assets and profitability highest , while in 2023 it will occur decline in some indicator , shows the need optimization management assets and cash. Findings This give implications important for management company agribusiness For guard balance between liquidity and efficiency operations to improve performance finance in a way sustainable .

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the marketing mix consisting of digital online communication, mobile social media and word of mouth on customer loyalty to Tindo Store t-shirt fashion products Primary and secondary data for this study were collected directly from respondents' questionnaires. Parents and youth groups from both inside and outside of Toraja make up the research's population. Thirty respondents were selected for the study's sample using the purposive sampling technique. The Partial Least Square 3.0 (PLS) approach is the data analysis technique used. Based on the findings of the PLS30 analysis, it was determined that digital online communication has a significant impact on customer loyalty, with a value of 93.4%; mobile social media has an insignificant impact, with a value of 0.14%; and word-of-mouth has an insignificant impact, with a value of 0.37%. Using PLS30, it was determined that digital online communication has a significant impact on customer loyalty, with a value of 88.9%.
