Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the performance of tax office and micro small medium enterprises (MSME) tax revenue. The research method used is quantitative. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 micro small medium enterprises (MSME). Data was processed by using Structural Equalling Modeling (SEM) and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) method. The results of the study on the determinants of tax revenue consisting of policies, socialization, the number of tax returns, turnover, and WP compliance in the implementation of tax obligations have a significant effect on micro small medium enterprises (MSME) tax revenue in Bogor Regency. The study also found that socialization of policies and regulations for MSME needs to be improved in order to optimize tax office performance and tax revenue. In addition, the number of registered taxpayers is not balanced with the total number of MSME, moreover the taxpayer of MSME is dominated by the micro scale. Implications for tax office performance that cause socialization and to micro small medium enterprises (MSME) are not optimal. By understanding tax policies and regulations for MSMEs it is hoped that compliance and awareness of MSME taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform aims to accelerating better governance, improve institutional performance to individual state civil apparatus (ASN) including by simplifying the organizational structure, one of which is at the West Java Climatology Station, This study aims to analyze and compile a priority scale of employee performance improvement strategies at the West Java Climatology Station using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method based on the opinions of climatology, organization management and HR experts, resulting in findings that indicators of variable factors set priorities 1. Employee discipline, 2. teamwork, 3. ease of public service, 4. use of information technology, 5.competence and expertise, 6.simple SOPs, 7.simplification of organizational structure, 8.work system adjustments and 9. work culture, The results of the study are expected to guide strategies to achieve performance targets in each BMKG UPT, further research is needed regarding performance improvement due to simplification of the new organizational structure which has been running since the beginning of 2023.

Abstract

Three aspects of intelligence are intellectual intelligence by optimizing their intellect, emotional intelligence by building feelings and desires in order to encourage individuals to always be better, and spiritual intelligence by building strong faith so that they have high productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, personality, competence, and spirituality on the performance of Bogor Islamic Hospital employees. This study used quantitative methods using questionnaires as a data collection tool from 80 respondents with various employee characteristics. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the significance value for the influence of X1, X2, X3, and X4 on Y is 0.000 < 0.05 and the F value is calculated at 84.149 > F table 2.490 so that it can be concluded that H5 is accepted which means that the influence of leadership, personality, competence, and spirituality simultaneously affects the performance of Bogor Islamic Hospital employees. The managerial implications of this study are that it can prove empirically the influence of leadership, personality, competence and spirituality on employee performance and as a reference in designing strategies and decision-making processes in hospital development.

Abstract

This study intends to examine the impact of tax evasion on the value of firms in the Non-Cyclical Consumer sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The study includes a population of 125 companies and a sample of 22 companies. The findings indicated that the tax evasion variable had a non-significant negative impact on business value, however the state ownership and foreign ownership variables had a substantial negative impact on firm value. This study's addition to the literature is based on empirical research carried out in the Non-Cyclical Consumer sector in Indonesia. It focuses on examining the impact of tax evasion, local ownership, and foreign ownership on business value. This study addresses a research vacuum by emphasizing the significance of examining the impact of tax evasion, local ownership, and foreign ownership on business value, a topic that has not received extensive attention in existing literature.

Abstract

This study evaluates the factors that affect the value of non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The factors tested consist of financial factors, namely tax planning and avoidance, profitability, and liquidity. Testing is also carried out on non-financial factors, namely gender diversity of the board of directors and good corporate governance. The population in this study were all Consumer Non-Cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2023. Sampling using purposive sampling system and obtained 34 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of companies listed during the period 2018 - 2022. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The study results state that firm value is positively impacted by financial variables and negatively impacted by non-financial variables.

Abstract

The problems are about employee performance analysis based on motivation, work culture, satisfaction, moderated by the remuneration system. The purpose of the study was to find out the remuneration system affects motivation, culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Ibn Khaldun University Bogor. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection used a questionnaire with a sample of 90 educator employees at Ibnu Khaldun University Bogor. This analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study were that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, work culture had a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction did not have a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance after interacting with remuneration variables. Work culture has a significant effect on employee performance after interacting with remuneration variables. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance after interacting with remuneration variables. The results of this study show that motivation, work culture affect performance, while motivation does not affect employee performance.

Abstract

Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah has become one of the original martial arts schools in Indonesia that has become global. On the other hand, the globalization of information and communication is developing so rapidly that it is not supported by the optimal use of technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimal triggers for the use of information technology for the development of the Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah organization. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The analysis method using ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) will form an information database. This research results that the information system on the official website to build the secretariat and membership of Tapak Suci by using the database resulting from the transformation of the E-R diagram will be faster, easier, and expected in accordance with the needs and expectations of users in getting clearer information
