Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Penyandang tunagrahita memiliki keterbatasan salah satunya dalam kemampuan merawat diri.Tunagrahita mengalami kesulitan dalam memelihara kebersihan diri karena ketidakmampuan dan aktivitasnya terbatas, faktor yang melatarbelakangi kesulitan dikarenakan penguasaan motorik  halus tunagrahita mengalami keterbatasan. Tunagrahita yang kurang mendapatkan dukungan keluarga tetapi justru bisa lebih mandiri dibandingkan siswa yang lainnya. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kemampuan perawatan diri anak tunagrahita. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 92 responden, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling menjadi 50 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kemampuan perawatan diri anak tunagrahita (p-value 0,764 > ?= 0,05).  Diskusi: direkomendasikan kepada perawat puskesmas untuk dapat berkolaborasi dengan pihak SLB untuk mengadakan penyuluhan agar orangtua siswa dapat mengetahui apa saja dukungan keluarga dalam memandirikan anak tunagrahita dalam perawatan diri.   Kata kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, Perawatan Diri, Tunagrahita   ABSTRACT Introduction: Persons with tunagrahita have limitations one of them in the ability care for self.Tunagrahita have difficulties in maintaining personal hygiene due to inability and limited activity, the factors behind the difficulty due to fine motor mastery tunagrahita experiencing limitations. Mental retardation is lack of family support but it can be more independent than other students. Methods: This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and self-care ability of the child's tunagrahita. Quantitative research type with cross sectional approach. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. The population of this study amounted to 92 respondents, using purposive sampling technique to 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using Chi square test. Results: The results of the study were no relationship between family support and self-care ability of children with tunagrahita (p-value 0,764> ? = 0,05). Discussion: it is recommended that the nurse of the puskesmas be able to collaborate with the SLB to conduct counseling so that parents can know what kind of family support is in establishing the child's tunagrahita in self-care.   Keywords: Family Support, Self Care, Tunagrahita

Abstract

The problems are about employee performance analysis based on motivation, work culture, satisfaction, moderated by the remuneration system. The purpose of the study was to find out the remuneration system affects motivation, culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Ibn Khaldun University Bogor. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection used a questionnaire with a sample of 90 educator employees at Ibnu Khaldun University Bogor. This analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study were that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, work culture had a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction did not have a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance after interacting with remuneration variables. Work culture has a significant effect on employee performance after interacting with remuneration variables. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance after interacting with remuneration variables. The results of this study show that motivation, work culture affect performance, while motivation does not affect employee performance.
