Abstract

The resolution of medical disputes is becoming increasingly important in the context of the increasing number of cases that occur, both in court and out of court. This demands an in-depth understanding of the legal and ethical aspects involved in each stage of the dispute resolution process. The collection of data and statistics from various sources is an integral part of this study, as it will be the main foundation in providing an accurate and comprehensive picture of the complexity of the problem. The results of this study are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of legal policy and medical practice in Indonesia, so as to create a safer and fairer environment for all parties involved in the medical dispute resolution process. This will certainly have a positive impact on improving the existing health system, so that the public can get proper protection and justice in every aspect of medical services provided.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal protection of consumers through halal certification, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. By using a qualitative approach and analyzing secondary data, this study tries to understand how halal certification can increase consumer confidence in pharmaceutical products and provide assurance of the safety and quality of the products they consume. However, in implementing halal certification in the pharmaceutical industry, there are several challenges that need to be overcome. From complex regulations to high certification costs, all of these can be barriers for pharmaceutical manufacturers to obtain halal certification for their products. Therefore, it is important to continue to research and improve the halal certification system in order to provide maximum protection for consumers.

Abstract

Biotechnology has become an important tool in improving public health in many countries, including Indonesia. Ethical considerations such as social justice, experimental animal welfare, and individual privacy rights are some of the things that need to be considered in every step of biotechnology development. The impact of legal regulations and ethical considerations on biotechnology development cannot be ignored. This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the challenges and opportunities that exist in the utilization of biotechnology in Indonesia. Through case study analysis and statistical data, it is hoped that readers can understand the importance of the role of legal regulations and ethical considerations in optimizing the benefits of biotechnology for public health. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with document analysis and case studies.
