Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini mengkaji urgensi strategi branding melalui video profil untuk meningkatkan daya tarik masyarakat terhadap Depo Pasar Ikan Sidoarjo, yang memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata berbasis perikanan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas video profil dalam mempromosikan keunikan dan fasilitas pasar serta memperluas jangkauan promosi secara digital. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi lapangan untuk memahami dampak promosi terhadap persepsi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video profil berhasil meningkatkan citra positif destinasi, menarik lebih banyak pengunjung lokal dan luar daerah, serta mendukung peningkatan ekonomi lokal. Inovasi penelitian ini berada pada perpaduan teknologi video branding dengan promosi destinasi wisata berbasis komunitas. Dampak praktisnya adalah pentingnya memperkuat kolaborasi antara pemerintah, komunitas, dan teknologi untuk menunjang pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. This community service examines the urgency of branding strategy through profile videos to increase public appeal to the Sidoarjo Fish Market Depo, which has excellent potential as a fisheries-based tourist destination. The purpose of this community service is to evaluate the effectiveness of profile videos in promoting the uniqueness and facilities of the market and expanding the reach of digital promotion. Qualitative research methods are used with interview techniques, documentation, and field observation to understand the impact of promotion on public perception. The study results show that profile videos have succeeded in increasing the positive image of the destination, attracting more local and out-of-town visitors, and supporting the improvement of the local economy. This research's innovation is combining video branding technology with community-based tourism destination promotion. The practical impact is strengthening government, community, and technology collaboration to support sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how ambidextrous leadership affects innovative behaviour, organisational innovation climate, and organisational culture at workplace environment on employees. A survey of 167 employees in Malang, East Java was carried out to understand this phenomenon. This study uses quantitative approach, and data were collected from employees in the services industry by using partial least square method. The results show that ambidextrous leadership, which involves idea development and realisation simultaneously, significantly affects employees’ innovative behaviour. Ambidextrous leadership effectively allows employees to develop new ideas and encourages them to be more innovative and to contribute to the competitiveness of the organisation more sustainably in the long term. Organisational culture does not have a significant moderating effect. The mediating effects of organisational innovation climate, ambidextrous leadership transmission on innovative behaviour are found, and have an indirect effect through their ability to improve organisational innovation climate. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana ambidextrous leadership memengaruhi perilaku inovasi, iklim inovasi organisasi, dan budaya organisasi di lingkungan kerja bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyurvei 167 karyawan di Malang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, untuk memahami fenomena ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, data survei yang dikumpulkan dari karyawan di industri jasa, dan pendekatan metode partial least square. Hasilnya, ambidextrous leadership, yang melibatkan pengembangan ide dan realisasi ide secara bersamaan, berdampak signifikan pada perilaku inovatif karyawan. Model kepemimpinan ambidextrous leadership secara efektif memberi karyawan ruang untuk mengembangkan ide-ide baru, yang mendorong karyawan untuk terlibat dalam perilaku yang lebih inovatif dan berkontribusi positif terhadap kemajuan dan daya saing organisasi dalam jangka panjang dan keberlanjutan. Peran moderasi budaya organisasi tidak secara signifikan memengaruhi variabel yang diteliti dan perilaku inovasi. Peran mediasi iklim inovasi organisasi, transmisi ambidextrous leadership pada perilaku inovatif karyawan dan berdampak secara tidak langsung melalui kemampuannya untuk menumbuhkan iklim organisasi yang inovatif. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of investment value and financial technology on economic growth through the green economy index in realizing environmentally friendly infrastructure in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data over the past 5 years, this study applies path analysis to test the causal relationship between variables. The results show that investment value and green economy have a significant positive effect on economic growth, while fintech does not have a significant effect on the green economy. The green economy is proven to mediate the relationship between investment value and economic growth, but does not mediate the effect of fintech on economic growth. These findings emphasize the importance of policies that integrate investment and green economy principles for sustainable growth
