Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of change in leadership on strategies to empower communities to create organizations that focus on common goals. The study focuses on RW10 Villa Mutiara Cikarang Housing Complex, which has undergone significant changes in leadership style and community organization. The findings of this study indicate that a transformative, participatory, and communicative leadership style can enhance resident participation, strengthen organizational structures based on values, and promote the development of empowerment programs such as micro-enterprises, skill training, and environmental management. These changes have also led to increased social trust and a sense of community among residents. Despite challenges such as resistance and resource constraints, an open and consensus-based leadership approach has proven effective in creating a flexible and sustainable community organization. The findings of this study contribute to the development of appropriate local leadership practices in the context of community-based development.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi (TI) dalam layanan masyarakat memerlukan manajemen perubahan organisasi yang efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan dan memaksimalkan manfaatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi manajemen perubahan yang efektif dalam konteks ini, dengan fokus pada adaptasi organisasi terhadap teknologi baru. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi kasus di beberapa lembaga pemerintahan daerah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi TI tergantung pada dukungan penuh dari pimpinan organisasi, partisipasi aktif karyawan, dan penyesuaian proses kerja yang tepat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan dengan merekomendasikan strategi spesifik untuk meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan teknologi informasi yang dinamis.

Abstract

This study examines ticket sales trends during the 2024 Lebaran Transportation period at DAMRI Bus Terminals, focusing on various intercity routes. DAMRI, a leading public transportation company in Indonesia, prioritizes performance, quality, and passenger safety in its services. Data analysis reveals significant ticket sales across routes such as Surabaya-Malang, Lampung, and Pontianak, indicating passenger preferences during peak travel seasons. The results of this study provide valuable insights to optimize intercity transportation services and meet passenger demand effectively
