Abstract

K3 assistance focuses on optimizing work performance through the implementation of effective K3 practices. This involves training college and female students on relevant safety measures, understanding risks, and adhering to safe work procedures. Through intensive assistance, students can acquire the knowledge and skills needed to carry out their duties safely. In addition to improving performance, K3 assistance also improves employee work efficiency. By ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, OSH assistance encourages a sense of comfort and trust in the workplace. This has a positive impact on productivity, motivation, and job satisfaction. This approach also pays attention to aspects of psychological wellbeing, such as managing stress, increasing resilience, and creating a positive work climate. K3 assistance for work success also involves effective communication between management and employees. Through open and transparent dialogue, challenges and problems related to OSH can be identified and overcome together. This assistance also includes monitoring and evaluating the implementation of K3 practices, so that necessary improvements and adjustments can be made.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap keberlanjutan dan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Palopo. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan 20 pelaku UMKM yang telah menjalankan usaha secara konvensional selama lebih dari lima tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi, melalui penggunaan media sosial dan platform e-commerce, berkontribusi positif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memperkuat visibilitas usaha. Namun demikian, proses transformasi ini menghadapi sejumlah kendala, seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan akses pembiayaan, serta minimnya dukungan dan pendampingan kebijakan dari pemerintah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan digital berbasis praktik, penguatan ekosistem teknologi, dan sinergi lintas sektor guna mendorong digitalisasi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan literatur adaptasi bisnis terhadap perubahan digital di tingkat lokal. Kata kunci: Transformasi Digital, UMKM, E-Commerce, Literasi Digital, Daya Saing.

Abstract

AbstractThe Influence of Market Segmentation Based on Geography, Demographics, Psychographics, and Behavior on Customer Decision in Choosing Islamic Banks in North Luwu Regency" This study aims to determine whether Geographic, Demographic, Psychographic, and Behavioral segmentation influences customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks in North Luwu Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with a population of people in North Luwu Regency totaling 330,600 individuals, and a sample of 100 respondents using theSlovin formula, with data collection through distributing questionnaires. The research method used is multiple linear analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26 software. The results show that first, the Geographic variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks in North Luwu Regency. Second, the Demographic variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks in North Luwu Regency. Third, the Psychographic variable has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks in North Luwu Regency. Fourth, the Behavioral variable has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks in North Luwu Regency. Fifth, Geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks in North Luwu Regency. The Adjusted R-square result is obtained at 0.823 or 82%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi masyarakat di Kabupaten Luwu Utara yang berjumlah 330.600 jiwa, dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan rumusSlovin, dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, variabel Geografis secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Kedua, variabel Demografis secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Ketiga, variabel Psikografis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Keempat, variabel Perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Kelima, Variabel geografis, demografis, psikografis, dan perilaku secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Hasil Adjusted R-square diperoleh sebesar 0,823 atau 82%. Sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan.Kata kunci: Segmentasi Pasar; Keputusan Nasabah; Bank Syariah
