This qualitative research focused on identifying the implementation of P5-PPRA, teacher perceptions, character internalization, changes and student creativity at MTsN 6 Cianjur. Data were collected using interviews and field observations which were analyzed using reduction, display and decision-making steps. The results of the research showed that the project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students and the profile of Rahmatan Lil Alamin students (P5-PPRA) at MTsN 6 Cianjur used the P5-PPRA guidebook published by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion in 2022. This project activity was very important for strengthening student character and creativity even though the implementation was not perfect and optimal because it was still relatively new at the madrasah. The internalized characters in this project were the values of Pancasila and the values of religious moderation. Students showed some characters: faithful, critical, creative, communicative, collaborative, helping each other/mutual cooperation, having good character, respecting each other, accepting other people's strengths and weaknesses, and responsibilities. However, internalizing the characters into themselves requires a process and time. Apart from that, some of the produced creativities in the project included decorating the class, making charts, concept maps and pictures related to the material, producing handmade works, making various foods from tubers and making videos of the work which were uploaded on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Keywords: P5-PPRA, Madrasah, Creativity, Character.
