Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter manajemen diri taruna dan taruni di APN dan teknik yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun faktor-faktor dari karakter manajemen diri pada taruna dan taruni di APN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-studi kasus. Subjek adalah taruna dan taruni APN Surakarta semester 1 di kelas IA dan IB tahun 2023. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi, dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian Karakter manajemen diri taruna dan taruni di APN dan teknik yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun faktor-faktor dari karakter manajemen diri pada taruna dan taruni di APN adalah motivasi, metode belajar, penggunaan waktu, lingkungan fisik dan sosial

Abstract

Learning outcomes are important for the success of learning in college. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of the use of audio visuals, direct roles, and learning motivation on learning outcomes. The results of the first hypothesis testing data analysis concluded that there was a difference in learning outcomes assisted by audiovisual media in combination with direct demonstrations with learning outcomes with only direct demonstrations (5.266> 2.00) and the significance value of the difference between the two learning outcomes was below 0.05. In addition, calculations using 2-way variance analysis obtained F count values ​​for direct demonstration media and audiovisual media obtained results greater than F table. The results of the second hypothesis testing data analysis concluded that there was a difference in learning outcomes between students who had high learning motivation and students who had low learning motivation, which was shown at 9.660 <2.857. By increasing learning outcomes, learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

This ethnolinguistic study explores the cultural, moral, and socio-political dimensions of social assistance discourse among citizens of Surakarta, Indonesia. Critical to addressing economic inequality, social assistance programs are examined through linguistic analysis of discourse digital ethnographically observed from January to March 2024, coinciding with increased political activity surrounding the presidential election. Data are drawn from social media discussions, which reveal the complex interaction between Javanese cultural values and contemporary socio-political realities in shaping perceptions of social assistance distribution. The results show that people in Surakarta view social assistance as a political ploy that exploits people's daily living conditions and ultimately violates moral values. The combination of Javanese and Indonesian terms reflects ethical considerations and community expectations of fairness and integrity in the distribution of social assistance. An analysis of cultural meanings identified three cultural interpretations: the politicization of social assistance, economic dependence in everyday life, and moral judgments embedded in the ethical framework of Javanese culture. Governments must adopt culturally sensitive policies that integrate local moral frameworks into aid distribution strategies, promoting transparency and accountability. By understanding the dynamics of these different languages and cultures, policymakers can design more compelling, ethically grounded social assistance initiatives that align with the values of the community in Surakarta and its surrounding areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan temuan tentang nilai pada pendidikan karakter non formal. Pendidikan non formal menjadi peranan penting dalam menciptakan mental dan karakter pribadi siswa. Salah satunya adalah tentang budaya Jawa yang diungkapkan sebagai bentuk motivasi dan nasihat pada siswa. Pendidikan non formal seperti pencak silat dari perguruan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Pusat Madiun dengan 3 (tiga) paribasan antara lain Suro diro joyoningrat lebur dening pangastuti”, "Sepiro gedhening sengsoro yen tinompo amung dadi cobo" dan ”Memayu Hayuning Bawana” memiliki relevansi pada Serat Safingi yang di dalamnya ditemukan 5 (lima) nilai pendidikan karakter, terdapat 55 data dari 3 frasa. Dengan presentase kecenderungan pertama terletak pada Teteg ing kapribaden atau teguh dalam kepribadian dengan presentase 14,5% dan Tresna Marang Negara atau Cinta terhadap Negara dengan presentase 12,7%, Pitados lan mituhu dhumateng Gusti ingkang Maha Kuwaos atau Beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan dengan presentase 9,0%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deksriptif kualitatif sehingga data dan sumber data dapat ditemukan dengan kecenderungan presentase yang relevan. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter tidak hanya diperoleh pada akademisi melalui peraturan Kemendiknas atau berdasarkan para ahli saja melainkan didapar dari nilai kearifan lokal dengan mengajarkan bentuk pethilan kalimat motivasi positif kepada anak didik dan tentang masyarakat Jawa yang berkaitan dengan sastra lama. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber rujukan dan wadah kreatif non formal diluar akademisi serta membangun intelligible character dan keseimbangan dalam memperbaiki  biological character serta tetap berbudaya
