Abstract

The era of globalization is an era marked by rapid development in all fields, both in trade and other fields. The changes that occur are marked by the developing mindset of society, advances in technology, and lifestyles that cannot be separated from the influence of globalization. Changes in the business environment are also increasingly uncertain because many companies are being founded this is one of the triggers for increasingly sharp competition in the business world. The purpose of this article is to analyze what promotional strategies are carried out by the Yaumi S 47 store so that it continues to exist and can compete in the are of modern retail companies that are not far from the location of the store, such as Indomaret, Alfamart, and Supermarkets. This research takes the form of a descriptive qualitative approach. The type of research carried out is field research. The results of this research show that the Yaumi S 47 Store has several promotional strategies that can attract consumer interest so that it can maintain the existence of the store by keeping up with current developments. The promotional strategy is to increase income and maintain the sustainability of the store so that it always experiences development every year.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a model of waqf invested in public goods and mixed public goods in Indonesia. This model is built based on an understanding of the concept of waqf, lessons learned from past and present waqf institutions, and addressing waqf issues in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative descriptive research with a literature review method. This study uses secondary data from the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI), books, journals, bulletins, government reports, and websites. The findings of this research indicate that the benefits of implementing invested endowment funds can assist the state treasury in the form of public goods and mixed public goods. The entire process can be managed by endowment institutions as endowment trustees collaborating with the Indonesian Endowment Agency (BWI) in overseeing the use of government endowment assets, ensuring expenditures align with sharia regulations. This research demonstrates how practical wakaf can assist the Indonesian government in financing public goods and mixed public goods. This indirectly indicates the existence of alternative funding sources for such goods. The application of the wakaf concept can learn and adapt from the model developed in this paper.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq, dan Shadaqah (ZIS) di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Probolinggo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kasus, data diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan pihak BAZNAS dan mustahik, serta observasi lapangan dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghimpunan dana ZIS telah mendekati target tahunan, namun masih menghadapi tantangan pada aspek transparansi, sistem pendataan, dan pengawasan. Dalam implementasinya, meskipun bantuan ZIS dirasakan bermanfaat oleh sebagian besar mustahik, kurangnya pendampingan dan lemahnya kontrol menyebabkan ketidakefektifan pada program zakat produktif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan sistem informasi, peningkatan transparansi, serta penguatan pengawasan dan pendampingan agar pengelolaan ZIS di tingkat daerah dapat memberikan dampak yang lebih optimal dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi Pelanggan terhadap Penggunaan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) sebagai alat transaksi digital pada UMKM di Kota Probolinggo, serta dampaknya terhadap kenyamanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan QRIS memberikan kemudahan, kecepatan dan efesiensi dalam bertransaksi, khususnya salah satu UMKM  di Probolinggo seperti Mie Gacoan, mayoritas pelanggan merasakan manfaatnya, terutama dalam mengurangi antrean dan mendukung pembayaran non-tunai yang lebih praktis melalui dompet digital atau mobile banking. Namun, masih terdapat kenala pada sebagian pelanggan yang belum terbiasa dengan teknologi digital atau memiliki keterbatasan akses internet. Oleh karena  itu, peningkatan literasi digital dan infastruktur sangat diperlukan agar manfaat QRIS dapat dirasakan secara menyeluruh. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan QRIS tidak hanya meningkatkan kenyamanan pelanggan tetapi juga mendorong efisiensi operasional dan daya UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of the marketing mix and consumer preferences on the local economy, focusing on durian farmers in Guyangan Village. Data from 23 respondents, including consumers and farmers, was analyzed using quantitative methods. The results show that marketing mix factors such as price, distribution, promotion, and product have a significant effect on consumer preferences (p less than 0.05). As many as 78% of respondents showed a positive preference for local durian. Regression analysis found that consumers' positive preferences for local durian products were significant in local economic growth (p less than 0.01). These findings highlight the importance of appropriate marketing strategies and understanding consumer preferences to support the local economy, especially in durian farming in Guyangan Village.
