effect and are followed by all organization members. The organizational culture of respect is the key to direct management and employees in deciding and establishing policies in government agencies. This research aims to analyze the influence of the organizational culture of respect and competence on the performance of civil servants in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a total sample of 42 civil servants. This research used a saturated sampling technique and used multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that the organizational culture of respect and civil servants’ competence significantly positively affect employee performance. This research contributes to enhancing the understanding of the DPUPR in Madiun, Indonesia, by examining its current organizational culture. It serves as a benchmark for gauging employees' perceptions in fulfilling their civil service responsibilities, thereby influencing their task performance and competency levels toward achieving excellence in their roles.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra dalam organisasi Wanita Katolik RI (WKRI) Cabang St. Cornelius Madiun adalah rendahnya tingkat keterlibatan anggota dalam kegiatan organisasi. Rendahnya partisipasi anggota terlihat dari kehadiran dalam kegiatan rutin yang tidak lebih dari 50%, serta keterlibatan dalam kegiatan insidentil yang hanya mencapai 40%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk konflik jadwal dengan organisasi lain, kurangnya disiplin waktu, serta rendahnya motivasi dan komitmen dalam berorganisasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan komitmen anggota WKRI agar lebih aktif dalam berorganisasi dan menjalankan visi serta misi organisasi dengan lebih optimal. Mitra kegiatan adalah 25 anggota WKRI Cabang St. Cornelius Madiun, dengan rentang usia dan latar belakang pendidikan yang beragam. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan sarasehan, yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, serta pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman peserta. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara luring selama 2,5 jam di Balai Paroki Santo Cornelius, Madiun. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya motivasi dan komitmen dalam berorganisasi. Hasil pretest dan posttest mengindikasikan peningkatan motivasi anggota dari 20% (kategori sangat tinggi) menjadi 40%, serta peningkatan komitmen dari 16% menjadi 84% dalam kategori tinggi. Selain itu, evaluasi monitoring dalam tiga bulan setelah kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi anggota dalam kegiatan WKRI, dari 52% pada bulan Juli menjadi 80% pada bulan Oktober. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan dan sarasehan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan komitmen anggota organisasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat keterlibatan anggota dalam organisasi dan membantu WKRI mencapai tujuan yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

The hotel pays attention to the environment as a form of the hotel's responsi-bility and concern for the environment. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of green intellectual capital on environmental performance mediat-ed by environmentally friendly human resource management of star hotels in Madiun. The approach in this research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents, the measuring instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This research analysis uses the Part Least Square (PLS) measurement approach version 3.0. The research results show that green intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on envi-ronmental performance. Green Intellectual Capital has a positive and signifi-cant effect on environmentally friendly human resource management. Green Human Resource Management has a significant positive effect on hotel envi-ronmental performance. Green Intellectual Capital has a positive and signifi-cant effect on the environmental performance of star hotels in Madiun which is partially mediated by Green Human Resource Management.
