Abstract

One form of rehabilitation therapy for speech disorders (aphasia) is by providing speech therapy. Speech therapy is an action given to individuals who experience communication disorders, speech language disorders, and swallowing disorders. The speech therapy used in this research is vocal therapy A, I, U, E, O. AIUEO vocal therapy aims to improve speech so that it can be understood by others. The aim of the final scientific work is to analyze the vocal therapy intervention A, I, U, E, O to improve verbal communication in hemorrhagic stroke patients. The method for writing KIAN is a case study with a quasi-experimental vocal therapy intervention A, I, U, E, O carried out on hemorrhagic stroke patients with verbal communication disorders. This therapy is carried out repeatedly 2 times a day for 7 days with an administration time of 30 minutes. The results of implementing 2 times a day for 7 days the application of vocal therapy A, I, U, E, O can improve verbal communication in hemorrhagic stroke patients with an increase in the communication scale from 11 to 22. The conclusion is that there is a significant increase in the communication scale in hemorrhagic stroke patients after being given vocal therapy A,I,U,E,O. This case study was carried out on hemorrhagic stroke patients with problems with verbal communication disorders. It is hoped that future researchers can carry out in-depth case studies and apply other, more effective methods to improve verbal communication.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk terapi rehabilitasi gangguan kemampuan bicara (afasia) adalah denganmemberikan terapi wicara. Terapi wicara merupakan tindakan yang diberikan kepada individu yangmengalami gangguan komunikasi, gangguan berbahasa bicara, dan gangguan menelan. Terapi wicarayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terapi vokal A,I,U,E,O. Terapi vokal AIUEO bertujuanuntuk memperbaiki ucapan supaya dapat dipahami oleh orang lain. Tujuan Karya Ilmiah Akhiradalah untuk menganalisis intervensi terapi vokal A,I,U,E,O untuk meningkatkan komunikasi verbalpada pasien stroke hemoragik. Metode penulisan KIAN ini adalah studi kasus dengan quasieksperimen intervensi terapi vokal A,I,U,E,O yang dilakukan pada pasien stroke hemoragik denganmasalah gangguan komunikasi verbal. Terapi ini dilakukan secara berulang dalam 2 kali sehariselama 7 hari dengan waktu pemberian 30 menit. Hasil dari implementasi selama 2 kali sehariselama 7 hari penerapan terapi vokal A,I,U,E,O dapat meningkatkan komunikasi verbal pada pasienstroke hemoragik dengan peningkatan skala komunikasi dari 11 menjadi 22. Kesimpulan terdapatpeningkatan skala komunikasi yang signifikan pada pasien stroke hemoragik setelah diberikan terapivokal A,I,U,E,O. Studi kasus ini dilakukan pada pasien stroke hemoragik dengan masalah gangguankomunikasi verbal, diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan studi kasus yang mendalam danmenerapkan metode lain yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi verbal.

Abstract

Education is one of the many facets of human existence that have changed as a result of the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI). The goal of artificial intelligence (AI), a subfield of computer science, is to create computers and systems that can carry out operations that normally call for human intellect. According to data, the number of people using AI is expected to reach 3.33 million annually by 2030. Out of the 100 respondents who received the surveys, 100 said they utilize AI apps. Students in semesters two (19%), four (36%), six (17%), and eight (28%), respectively, make up the distribution of use. 90% of AI is used as a learning reference, compared to 10% for thesis. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) technique as a theoretical framework to ascertain the perceptions that help Industrial Engineering students decide whether to use AI as a learning reference. The analysis's findings indicate that perceived advantages (38.64%), perceived ease of use (40.73%), and actual usage (16.81%) are the perceptions that affect students' decisions in Malikussaleh University's Industrial Engineering department. The development of AI integration tactics in higher education can benefit greatly from these discoveries.
