Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the relationship between the effect of emotional intelligence and work mutations on employee performance mediated by perceived job satisfaction. The type of research used is the quantitative approach, the population in this study is the entire employee who works at Astra Daihatsu Makassar Urip Sumoharjo which amounts to 52 employees, the sampling technique used in this research is using the total sample, where the entire number of population in the study is used as. The analysis used in hypothesis testing is path analysis with the help of Smart PLS 3 software. The results of the analysis provide evidence that the emotional intelligence that an employee possesses cannot support the creation of employee performance, but in other parts it has been shown to increase employee job satisfaction. Implementation of mutations has been proven to improve employee job satisfaction and work performance. Creation of high performance can be done by increasing employee satisfaction in work. The role of job satisfaction as a mediator in explaining the effects of emotional intelligence and the implementation of mutations has proven to have a meaningful impact in the creation of higher-directional employee performance

Abstract

The study aims to test the ability of the dividend payout ratio as a moderation in strengthening the effect of ROA, DER and CR on the price to book value of private banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This research is quantitative and uses secondary data. The population of this study is 13 private banks, sampling using purposive samplings with the number of samples meeting the criteria of as many as 13 companies that publish full financial statements from the year 2020-2022 so that the total sample used amounts to 39 out of data analysis. Panel data regression analysis is used with Eviews 13. The results of this study show that the profitability variable (ROA) has a positive and non-significant effect on the value of the company (PBV), the leverage (DER) has negative and insignificant effects on the company's value, and the liquidity (CR) have a negative and significant impact on the firm value. In other tests, evidence was obtained that the dividend payout ratio (DPR) cannot strengthen the profitability effect on the firm's value, dividend payout ratio proved to be able to reinforce the effect of leverage on firm value, and the dividend payout ratio cannot reinforce liquidity effect on firm value

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Company Size as a Moderating Variable Between Return On Asset (ROA) on Company Value (PBV) in Automotive and Component Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is a quantitative approach, the population in this study is 16 Automotive and Component Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the sampling technique uses the saturated sample method with a sample number of 16 companies. The analysis used in hypothesis testing is a regression analysis of MRA panel data with the help of Eviews 13 Software. The results of the analysis provide evidence that Return on Asset (ROA) has a negative effect not significantly on Company Value (PBV), The size of the company can be proven to strengthen the relationship between Return on Asset and Company Value (PBV) . Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kompetitifnya penjualan semen yang dipengaruhi oleh factor merek melalui informasi media social untuk kebutuhan industry maupun rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya brand image dan brand awareness terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui media sosial. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk merumuskan dan menganalisa masalah. Populasi penelitian adalah toko resmi Semen Bosowa yang terdapat di kabupaten Sidrap, Kabupaten Enrekang, kabupaten Toraja, Kabupaten Luwu, Kota Palopo, Kabupaten Luwu Utara dan Luwu Timur. Dalam menentukan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga total sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Kuesioner yang disebar lalu dijadikan sebagai data penelitian untuk dianalisis structural equation model dengan software smart-PLS 4.0.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan t-statistik 3,201>1.35 p-value 0,001<0,05. Brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan t-statistik 6,560>1.35 p-value 0,000<0,05. Media sosial signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan t-statistik 5,830>1,35 & p-value 0,000<0,05.  Brand image signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi media sosial dengan t-statistik 2,609>1,35 p-value 0,009<0,05. Brand awareness signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi media sosial dengan t-statistik 4,328>1,35 p-value 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

berorientasi untuk menguji kausalitas dari motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam menganalisis dampak kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penarikan sampel dalam riset ini menggunakan total sampling technique dimana keseluruhan karyawan PT. Rejeki Persada Properti Makassar digunakan sebagai sampel yang datanya dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik multivariat Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS - SEM). Hasil pengujian memberikan bukti bahwa kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang baik terbukti memberikan dampak yang positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, kepemimpinan yang dirasakan belum baik oleh karyawan dalam pelaksanaannya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sebaliknya budaya organisasi yang baik terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja yang diperlihatkan karyawan berada pada tingkatan yang rendah namun terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Secara tidak langsung kepemimpinan berada dalam kategori belum baik namun dapat memberikan efek yang nyata terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, sebaliknya budaya organisasi berada pada level yang belum baik sehingga tidak dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.
