Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Bureaucratic simplification on Work Motivation, analyze the influence of Bureaucratic Simplification on Employee Performance, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Work Motivation, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, analyze the influence of Motivation on Employee Performance, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through work motivation, and analyzing the influence of Bureaucratic Simplification on Employee Performance through work motivation within the East Java Province DPRD Secretariat. The sample size in this research involved 100 employees. The analysis technique uses SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the analysis show that simplifying bureaucracy has an effect on work motivation. Bureaucratic simplification affects employee performance. Organizational culture influences work motivation. Organizational culture influences employee performance. Motivation influences employee performance. Organizational culture influences employee performance through work motivation. Bureaucratic simplification affects employee performance through work motivation within the East Java Province DPRD Secretariat.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis strategi efektif dalam merekrut dan mengelola karyawan Generasi Z di lingkungan manajemen bisnis global. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi strategi perusahaan terhadap nilai-nilai, preferensi, dan teknologi yang digunakan oleh Generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui peningkatan retensi karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan pasar global. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini menekankan perlunya pendekatan manajemen yang inklusif dan adaptif untuk mengoptimalkan potensi Generasi Z dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami cara-cara baru dalam merekrut dan mengelola tenaga kerja generasi baru yang krusial bagi keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan perusahaan di era bisnis global saat ini.

Abstract

This study analyzes the development strategy of "Kenangan Fried Chicken," a small business in Sidoarjo Regency. Using qualitative research and a phenomenological approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and SWOT analysis. The findings highlight that product quality, marketing, and competition are crucial for growth. Strengths include a strategic location, while weaknesses involve limited capital. High community enthusiasm presents opportunities, but competition poses a threat. Recommended strategies include improving product quality, diversifying the menu, and enhancing marketing efforts to boost business competitiveness and sustainability. Highlights: Strategic Location: Prime spot in a residential area near main road. Marketing Importance: Essential for growth and overcoming competition.
