Abstract

This thesis investigates the impact of digital technology and work facilities on employee performance through the mediating role of job creativity at the Inspectorate of East Java Province. The study aims to examine the direct influence of digital technology and work facilities on job creativity and, subsequently, their combined effect on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data will be collected from employees within the Inspectorate of East Java Province. The findings are expected to provide insights into the intricate relationships between digital technology, work facilities, job creativity, and employee performance, contributing valuable knowledge for organizations seeking to enhance their workforce productivity in the digital era.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of performance allowance effectiveness on employee productivity and performance, considering employee well-being as a mediating variable. Utilizing data processed through SMARTPLS 3.0, the study analyzes direct and indirect effects to evaluate the significance of the relationships. Results indicate that the effectiveness of performance allowances directly influences employee well-being, productivity, and performance. Additionally, employee well-being serves as a mediator, significantly affecting the relationship between performance allowance effectiveness and both productivity and performance. The findings contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics between performance incentives, employee well-being, and organizational outcomes.
