Abstract

The sales of bottled drinking water (AMDK) in Indonesia have grown rapidly, increasing competition among brands. Aqua remains the dominant brand in Klampis Village. This study aims to examine the influence of brand awareness and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was used with 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The t-test results show that brand awareness (t = 3.923; sig. 0.000) and product quality (t = 9.987; sig. 0.000) both have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The F-test also indicates a significant simultaneous effect (F = 126.009; sig. 0.000). These findings conclude that both brand awareness and product quality significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions for Aqua in Klampis Village. It is recommended that Aqua strengthen its brand image and maintain product quality to encourage repeat purchases.

Abstract

Bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Human Resource Knowledge terhadap kinerja organisasi guna mengetahui model rerangka konseptual hubungan pengaruh antara variabel anteseden dan konsekuen pada organisasi Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) di Indonesia. dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan dengan teknik survey dan cross sectional melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap populasi 813 responden pada organisasi Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik. Sampel data didapatkan sebanyak 251 kuesioner dengan 217 kuesioner layak dilakukan analisis. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui software IBM SPSS AMOS 22. menunjukkan Human Resource Knowledge signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Performance KJPP. Kontribusi pengaruh simultan variabel Human Resource Knowledge, terhadap Organizational Performance sebesar 39,49% (moderat). Kebaruan penelitian ini bahwa strategi Human Resource Knowledge dapat meningkatkan Organizational Performance KJPP. Human Resource Knowledge merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dan utama untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi KJPP dengan meningkatkan peranan tacid knowledge dan explicit Knowledge melalui: 1) knowledge exploration, 2) empowerment SDM, 3) codification knowledge, dan 4) exploitation. Upaya teknis operasional melalui: 1) SDM selalu diikutkan pelatihan yang sesuai kebutuhan kompetensinya baik yang diselenggarakan MAPPI maupun lembaga lain, 2) SDM sering dilibatkan dan menyelesaikan problem sehingga mempunyai pengalaman teknis berkelanjutan, 3) sumber daya terpenuhi dengan cukup, 4) selalu meng-update SOP dari pengalaman praktik terbaik, dan 5) selalu mengeksploitasi teknologi dan inovasi.
