Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work stress and incentives on employee turnover intention at Yapika Gowa General Hospital. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS program and data obtained from questionnaires distributed to employees of the Yapika Gowa General Hospital. The results of this research show that partially Job Stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention and the Incentive variable has a negative effect on Turnover Intention at the Yapika Gowa General Hospital.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel struktur kinerja keuangan dan modal kerja terhadap return saham pada Perusahaan Industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019 – 2021. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan data Sekunder diperoleh dari data laporan keuangan perusahaan industri subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar yang sahamnya terdaftar di BEI. Populasinya 43 perusahaan industri subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019 – 2021. Dengan sampel 25 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil kuantitatif uji asumsi klasik berupa uji Normalitas, Multikolonieritas, dan Heterokedastisitas. Metode analisis ini menggunakan teknik regresi Linear Berganda. Dengan uji hipotesis yaitu uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji t Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan dan Modal Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return saham.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance financial literacy as a preventive measure against the widespread issue of fraudulent investment schemes. Titled “Synergy in Financial Literacy Education: Breaking the Chain of Fraudulent Investment Victims”, the activity was conducted in Sanrobone Village and involved 20 participants consisting of local residents and university students. The method employed was an interactive seminar that combined presentations with open discussions. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of the characteristics of illegal investments, the importance of personal financial management, and the need for caution in making financial decisions. The synergy between academic institutions and the community is expected to serve as a strategic effort to strengthen financial resilience and reduce the number of victims of investment fraud.
