Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between firm value using investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies. The data used is data from trading sector service companies obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 period from the https://https://id website and by browsing the websites of companies that open company reports. The population in this study are all service sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 totaling 420 service companies with purposive sampling technique so that the total sample is financial data from 103 service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. The analytical tool used is analysis. multiple linearity with SEM-PLS. Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study found that investment decisions have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the source decision and dividend decision have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

Sulawesi Selatan adalah salah satu daerah penghasil kain tenun sutra yang terkenal. Setiap daerah di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan memiliki usaha tenun sutra dan Salah satu daerah yang masih melestarikan budaya sarung tenunnya yaitu di Bira Kecamatan Bontobahari Kabupaten Bulukumba. Saat ini terdapat beberapa pelaku usaha tenun sutra yang masih menjalankan usahanya. Perkembangan industri tenun sutra di Bulukumba dalam beberapa tahun terakhir tidak berkembangan baik. Kurangnya pasokan bahan baku benang sutra, pengelolaan keuangan yang tidak bagus, alat tenun yang kurang dan promosi yang tidak maksimal membuat usaha tenun sutra menjadi permasalahan yang dijumpai saat ini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh beberapa dosen bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku usaha tenun sutra WAMAR dalam mengatasi persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi. Kegiatan wawancara yang dilakukan oleh para dosen bertujuan untuk mengetahui persoalan yang dihadapi. Pelatihan dan pendampingan baik dalam pengelolaan laporan keuangan maupun strategi penjualan menjadi kontribusi tim dosen terhadap perkembangan usaha tenun sutra MAWAR.

Abstract

This activity was carried out with the aim of developing knowledge about the use of technology in developing ecotourism in the coastal area of ​​Lowita Beach. This activity was carried out in Wiring Tasi Village, Suppa District, Pinrang Regency on November 4 and 5 2023. This activity was carried out in collaboration with STIEM Bongaya, TJSL, PT PLN (Persero) and the Lowita coastal youth community and was attended by people who live on the Lowita coast. . The method of implementing this activity is packaged in the form of material presentation and discussion as well as practice in the field. Based on the results of the activities that have been described, by using technology such as social media, electronic media and mass media, it is hoped that the promotion of the existence of ecotourism on Lowita Beach will become more widely known by the community, not only locally but also nationally so that it can increase income for the regional government and the community. local from Lowita beach ecotourism management. Apart from that, this activity is expected to provide positive benefits for the community, educate and share knowledge for mutual progress.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work family conflict and role ambiguity on work stress at PT.Hond Makassar Indah Main Branch. The population in this study was 150 employees. The sampling technique used was the Slovin Formula technique, so the entire population at the Kudam XIV/Hasanuddin Office was sampled, namely 60 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and dominant test with the help of SPSS version 27 software. The research results show that (1) Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress. (2) Role Ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress. (3) Work Family Conflict is the most dominant variable in this research

Abstract

Kegiatan lokakarya kolaborasi riset dengan tema Membangun Jaringan Riset: Pelatihan Kolaborasi Antar Peneliti" bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi kolaborasi yang lebih efektif di antara para dosen STIEM Bongaya Makassar dan Universiti Teknologi Malysia (UTM). Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam membangun jaringan, berkomunikasi secara efektif, dan bekerja sama dalam tim yang multidisiplin. Melalui kegiatan lokakarya dan diskusi kelompok, peserta akan diajak untuk menggali potensi kolaborasi, mengatasi tantangan yang sering muncul dalam kerja sama riset, serta mengembangkan proyek riset kolaboratif yang inovatif. Kegiatan ini di laksanakan pada tanggal 17 Juli 2024 di kampus UTM Johor Bahru dan di ikuti perwakilan kedua belah pihak yang berjumlah 22 dosen. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berbentuk lokakarya dimana narasumber memberikan pemaparan materi tentang perkembangan penelitian di kedua kampus serta rencana kolaborasi yang akan dilakukan. Secara keseluruhan, lokakarya kolaborasi antar peneliti diharapkan memainkan peran penting dalam membangun dan mempertahankan jaringan riset yang kuat, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan inovasi ilmiah di kedua belah pihak. Dukungan yang berkelanjutan, infrastruktur yang memadai, dan strategi kolaborasi yang jelas adalah kunci untuk keberhasilan jaringan riset.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance financial literacy as a preventive measure against the widespread issue of fraudulent investment schemes. Titled “Synergy in Financial Literacy Education: Breaking the Chain of Fraudulent Investment Victims”, the activity was conducted in Sanrobone Village and involved 20 participants consisting of local residents and university students. The method employed was an interactive seminar that combined presentations with open discussions. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of the characteristics of illegal investments, the importance of personal financial management, and the need for caution in making financial decisions. The synergy between academic institutions and the community is expected to serve as a strategic effort to strengthen financial resilience and reduce the number of victims of investment fraud.

Abstract

This community service aims to build student competencies in facing the challenges of digital transformation and human resource development (HR) in the technological era. This activity is carried out through socialization and training that aims to increase students' understanding of the importance of digital literacy, technology skills, and the development of soft skills needed in the modern world of work. The methods used include counseling, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice on various aspects of digital transformation, such as the use of digital platforms, data management, and character and competency development relevant to current industry needs. The results of this activity show that the socialization and training provided can increase students' knowledge and awareness of digital transformation and the importance of developing adaptive and innovative human resources. Thus, this activity is expected to help students prepare to compete in the technological era and become a competent workforce ready to face change.

Abstract

The socialization activity for preparing financial reports among MSME players aims to provide understanding and increase knowledge of methods for preparing financial reports. This activity was carried out in Sanrobone village, Takalar district, South Sulawesi. This socialization activity was carried out in collaboration with STIEM Bongaya Makassar with the Sanrobone village government, Takalar and was attended by 15 business actors. The method of implementing activities is carried out by conducting short training and assistance in preparing financial reports in particular. Based on the results of the activities that have been described, the conclusion from the community service activities is that the development of MSMEs has gone well and the existence of MSMEs has provided many benefits to the local community. There are several obstacles in managing the business, namely the ability of actors is still low, the market share of goods/services is low. UMKM production is still limited, there is a lack of capital, they do not have a good bookkeeping system. Training activities provide benefits in increasing the ability and ease in managing UMKM finances. Follow-up activities are expected to be more technical in the form of training and technical guidance related to the preparation of UMKM financial reports, both in terms of manual or application-based.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh pengelolaan beban kerja, pemberian insentif, dan penerapan konsekuensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Kota Makassar, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PDAM Kota Makassar, dengan sampel sebanyak 62 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software SPSS 26. Hasil uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (β=0,171; sig. 0,101 > 0,05); (2) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (β=0,510; sig. 0,000 < 0,05); dan (3) Konsekuensi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (β=0,213; sig. 0,069 > 0,05). Secara simultan (uji F), ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,625, artinya 62,5% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa insentif merupakan faktor dominan yang secara signifikan dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu, beban kerja dan konsekuensi meskipun memiliki pengaruh positif, belum diterapkan secara optimal sehingga pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. Oleh karena itu, upaya optimalisasi kinerja karyawan di PDAM Kota Makassar harus berfokus pada penyempurnaan sistem insentif yang adil dan transparan, didukung oleh pengelolaan beban kerja yang wajar dan penerapan sistem konsekuensi yang konsisten.

Abstract

This community service project, titled “Service Learning for Young Investors: Strengthening Financial Analysis Competence and Social Responsibility in Investment in Central Sulawesi,” was conducted by the Department of Islamic Economics, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Negeri Datokarama Palu. The program was implemented through a Service Learning (SL) approach in collaboration with strategic partners Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) involving participants from the Young Investor Community in Central Sulawesi. The project aimed to enhance participants’ competence in financial analysis while fostering awareness of social responsibility in investment practices aligned with Islamic economic values. Through a combination of workshops, mentoring sessions, and community-based investment simulations, students and young investors were directly engaged in real financial decision-making and ethical reflection. The results indicate that the Service Learning model effectively bridges theoretical understanding and practical experience, promoting not only analytical capability but also moral awareness and accountability in investment behavior. This program contributes to the development of socially responsible investors and serves as a model for integrating Service Learning into Islamic finance education in Indonesia.
