Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work ability and work motivation on employee performance partially and simultaneously at Bank Mega Syariah Mataram Branch Office. This study uses a type of quantitative research with associative methods. The population used in this study were all employees of Bank Mega Syariah, Mataram Branch Office, totaling 40 respondents and the sample used in this study was 40 respondents using a saturated sample. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire method and to test the validity of the data was carried out by testing the validity and reliability. The next data analysis technique was carried out by using the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test and F Test, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of the partial significant test from the analysis of research discussion show that 1) Work Ethics, with a tcount of 14.039 > ttable of 2.042, and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it means that work ethics have a significant influence on employee performance partially. 2) Work Ability, with a tcount value of 16.875 > ttable 2.042 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it means that work ability has a significant influence on employee performance partially. 3) Work Motivation, with a tcount of 6.769 > ttable of 2.042 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it means that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance partially. 4) Work ethics, work ability and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the value of Fcount 196.749 > Ftable 8.62.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang terdiri dari pengetahuan dan lokasi terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner pada masyarakat Dusun Sukarara Desa Sukarara dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 82 orang yang seluruhnya merupakan masyarakat yang tidak menabung di bank syariah. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analaisis linear berganda, diperoleh hasil penelitian dari dua variabel yaitu menunjukkan variabel pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan memperoleh hasil uji t dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,030 < 0,05. Sedangkan untuk uji t pada variabel lokasi memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,027 < 0,05 yang berarti variabel lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung masyarakat Dusun Sukarara di bank syariah. Adapun untuk hasil analisis secara simultan memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pengetahuan dan lokasi terhadap minat menabung Masyarakat Dusun Sukarara di bank syariah.Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, lokasi, minat menabung

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price and promotions on customer interest in using pawn products at PT. Pegadaian UPC Kabar in East Lombok District. There is a fact that the number of customers using pawn products is decreasing. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The number of samples used in this research was 96 respondents from customers PT. Pegadaian UPC Kabar. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data obtained was processed using SPSS 26 with data analysis techniques used, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research conducted show that price have no partial effect on customers' interest in using pawn products and promotions have a partial effect on customers' interest in using pawn products. Simultaneously, price and promotions influence customer interest in using pawn products at PT. Pegadaian UPC Kabar in East Lombok Regency with an influence level of 15.5% and 84.5% is influenced by factors other than price and promotions as seen from the R-Square test results.

Abstract

Competitive competition in maintaining customer loyalty is crucial for business sustainability. Differentiation strategies are carried out by companies to create competitive advantages through differences in products and services offered, while entrepreneurial spirit includes the spirit of innovation, creativity, and adaptation to market changes. This study aims to analyze the effect of differentiation strategy and entrepreneurial spirit on consumer loyalty in the bakery industry in Babakan Village. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach through distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who were selected incidentally. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables (differentiation strategy and entrepreneurial spirit) on the dependent variable (consumer loyalty). The results showed that both differentiation strategy and entrepreneurial spirit have a significant influence on customer loyalty. The differentiation strategy with a coefficient value of 0.5017 and the entrepreneurial spirit with a coefficient value of 0.5762 contribute positively to increasing customer loyalty. The F test conducted also indicates that simultaneously, the two independent variables significantly affect customer loyalty.
