Abstract

With the development of the current education curriculum, teachers and educators must use HOTS questions more in the learning and assessment process. Students do not just passively remember or understand information; these questions encourage them to apply, analyze, evaluate, and create based on the material they have learned It is anticipated that the intellectual capacities of students encompass not only extensive and profound analytical skills but also the capability to address emerging challenges in a continuously evolving world. This research delves into the competence of students to resolve questions categorized under HOTS at the C4, C5, and C6 levels, as outlined in Bloom’s taxonomy, utilizing a quantitative descriptive approach. Findings from this investigation reveal that fifth-grade students at UPT SDN Panyirapan demonstrate proficient problem-solving skills in science-related HOTS queries, achieving an average score of 71.55 across each HOTS level.

Abstract

The researcher wants to evaluate the use of the Merdeka Mengajar platform at SDN Petir 4, Tangerang City, which is useful for helping to improve the quality of learning. In this study, the data collection method will involve surveys of teachers and students, observations during learning practices using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), and analysis of student learning outcomes from assessments carried out before and after the implementation of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM). The results of the study consistently show that most teachers admit that PMM is very helpful for them in preparing innovative lesson plans, understanding the essence of the Merdeka Curriculum better, and ultimately improving the quality of learning in the classroom. This study concludes that the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) at SDN Petir 4 has shown a significant positive impact in several crucial aspects. However, identification of the remaining implementation challenges is also a major focus, which requires further attention for program optimization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai karakter religius peserta didik kelas III di SDN 3 Pulosari Tulungagung. Nilai karakter religius merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada lima indikator, yaitu: (1) meyakini adanya Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, (2) melaksanakan kewajiban beribadah sesuai agama masing-masing, (3) menghormati teman yang berbeda agama, (4) tepat waktu dalam melaksanakan ibadah, dan (5) menghindari perilaku tercela. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik kelas III di SDN 3 Pulosari Tulungagung telah menunjukkan penerapan nilai karakter religius yang cukup baik. Peserta didik terbiasa melaksanakan sholat Dhuha dan Dzuhur berjamaah di sekolah, melakukan dzikir dan doa setelah sholat, serta menunjukkan sikap toleransi kepada teman. Selain itu, peserta didik juga berperilaku sopan, ramah, saling menghormati, dan menghindari tindakan tercela seperti bertengkar atau berkata kasar. Keberhasilan pembentukan karakter religius ini tidak terlepas dari peran guru, budaya sekolah, serta dukungan dari lingkungan keluarga. Kesimpulannya, pembiasaan kegiatan religius di sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap penguatan karakter religius peserta didik. Diharapkan sekolah dan orang tua terus bersinergi dalam membimbing dan menanamkan nilai-nilai religius agar peserta didik tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan berkarakter baik.

Abstract

Folk or traditional arts such as Terbang Gembrung and Marawis contain noble values ​​of ancestral heritage which are relevant for the character education of the younger generation. This research aims to identify traditional values ​​in the two arts and formulate a model for their implementation in music learning in elementary schools by linking the art of Terbang Gembrung with the art of Marawis. Marawis art is also known as traditional art typical of the northern coastal areas of Java and Banten. Marawis art has its own characteristics both in terms of musical instruments and the regional songs that are sung. The research uses qualitative methods and a case study approach to the arts of Terbang Gembrung Kampung Naga and Marawis. The results of the study show that the main values ​​contained are religiosity, preservation of traditions, moral education, mutual cooperation, and love of nature. These values ​​are then formulated for implementation as alternative material in learning arts and culture, especially music, which is contextual and fun for elementary school students. Recommendations are given for the government and schools to strive to preserve folk arts and their values ​​through integration into the curriculum and arts and culture learning in schools.
