Abstract

Smart Indonesia Card programme almost ten years after president’s instruction. The goal is for insurance Indonesia's student rights to study at school. Hence, through this research hopefully can be the solution of the programme’s problem. The method of this qualitative research is the approach from Cunningham (2016). Reason of declined drop out's number is the minimum of control in Smart Indonesia Card utilisation

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bureaucratic Reform in Indonesia almost ten years after announced. The one of aim is assurance Civil Servant give the service for public efficiently. Accrossingly, still found that some issues need to be improve. So, through this research can be one of implementation solution regard Law Number 20 Year 2023. Used qualitative method based on Bureaucratic Reform Grand Design 2010-2025. The result is this approach able to make the goal sukses. Key Words: Bureaucratic Reform; Law; Implementation

Abstract

Law Number 5 Year 2014 on State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is in the process of amendment in the House of Representatives. The discussion process has been conducted since the end of 2016 with the focus of discussion related to K-2 honorary staff, KASN existence and ASN management. Amendment of the law as a response of the House of Representatives to the wave of demonstrations conducted by K-2 honorary workers. The amendment law is intended to complement, improve or refine existing. Therefore, the amendment of law No. 5 of 2014 on ASN needs to be done carefully with various considerations in the goal that the law will be more able to provide an integral law for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

Abstract

Highways are public services provided by the government, as an important infrastructure for community mobility. This study aims to assess the level of public satisfaction with road services and identify complaints submitted by road users. This study used a quantitative approach with 196 respondents, using the Lemeshow formula (population unknown), and using purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected through a closed questionnaire and data was analyzed using the following methods: Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Complaint and Suggestion Analysis. The results of the IPA are that of the 33 statements, 2 items are in Quadrant I, 9 items are in Quadrant II, 15 items are in Quadrant III, and 7 items are in Quadrant IV. The CSI score was calculated at 69.00%, showing that road users in Serang Regency were quite satisfied. In addition, the analysis of complaints and suggestions from users, including the repair of potholes, damaged road shoulders and bridges, installation and maintenance of street lighting, procurement of drainage systems and culverts. These findings are important inputs in the preparation of work programs and budgeting in the road infrastructure sector and formulating policies based on the real needs of road users.
