Abstract

Smart Indonesia Card programme almost ten years after president’s instruction. The goal is for insurance Indonesia's student rights to study at school. Hence, through this research hopefully can be the solution of the programme’s problem. The method of this qualitative research is the approach from Cunningham (2016). Reason of declined drop out's number is the minimum of control in Smart Indonesia Card utilisation

Abstract

This study discusses the employees' perceptions of the organizational culture at PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Through a qualitative approach, this research highlights aspects such as the business environment, values, role models, rituals, and networking within the organization, as outlined by Deal and Kennedy (Bantam, Nugraha, & Sa’adah, 2016). The research method employed is phenomenology to understand employees' experiences related to work culture. The research findings indicate that collaboration, support, honesty, integrity, and discipline are important values applied within the company. Additionally, role models such as district business managers set motivating examples for employees. Company rituals and informal communication networks also play a role in strengthening the organizational culture. In conclusion, a positive organizational culture plays a key role in achieving common goals and maintaining a productive work environment.

Abstract

Korupsi di kalangan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius yang merusak integritas birokrasi dan menghambat pembangunan nasional. Dalam upaya pencegahan, pendekatan hukum positif sering kali belum cukup efektif tanpa penguatan nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran etika profesi dalam perspektif Islam sebagai strategi konseptual pencegahan korupsi di kalangan ASN. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif studi pustaka, penelitian ini menelaah prinsip-prinsip etika Islam seperti amanah, kejujuran (ṣidq), tanggung jawab (mas’uliyyah), dan ihsan sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter aparatur yang bersih dan profesional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai etika Islam dapat menjadi solusi preventif yang bersifat komplementer terhadap regulasi formal yang berlaku. Etika profesi dalam Islam bukan sekadar norma perilaku, melainkan juga manifestasi dari ketakwaan individu kepada Allah Swt., yang berdampak langsung pada akuntabilitas kerja dan pelayanan publik yang bersih dari praktik korupsi.
