Abstract

This research based on the problem regard English especially vocabulary mastery of the students. Students are most likely could not say something because they are lack of vocabulary and then students put in their mindset if English is one of the most difficult subject in this case. Applying quantum teaching model in module to improve the vocabulary mastery is suggested to solve the problem. The objectives of the research is to find out and analyze whether or not the Applying of quantum teaching model in module improve or not the students vocabulary mastery of the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 3 SIDRAP. The researcher applied quasi-experimental design. The sample of the research was 38 students from two classes which taken from the population of the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 3 SIDRAP. The researcher gave treatment based on the material that already formulated into some module and the test of the research was vocabulary test. The resulting of the data analysis shows that t-test value in post-test was 2.081 and the t-table value 2.028. Therefore, the students who taught trough Quantum Teaching Model in Module were better than the students who taught Contextual Learning Model.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation and optimization strategies of Land and Building Tax (PBB) revenue in enhancing Local Government Revenue (PAD) in Kabupaten Manokwari. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive-analytical approach through literature studies and analysis of secondary data related to PBB revenue. The results show that PBB revenue in Kabupaten Manokwari has increased from 2022 to 2024, yet there remains a gap between the target and actual revenue in various regions. Factors causing low PBB collection include lack of socialization, economic capability of the community, inaccurate taxpayer data, and low taxpayer awareness. This study finds that the implementation of various policies and PBB optimization strategies, including data updates, service quality improvement, and modernization of tax administration, can significantly increase PBB revenue, which impacts the enhancement of PAD. This research recommends strengthening coordination among related institutions, improving human resource capacity, and developing integrated tax information systems to optimize PBB revenue.

Abstract

This study examines the role of social capital in improving the work effectiveness of tempeh and tofu home industry employees in North Sinjai District. The research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and questionnaire tools involving 30 business actors and 30 employees. The results showed that social capital, including social networks, trust, and cooperation norms, improved work effectiveness.  The results revealed that social capital, including social networks (kinship), trust, and the value of cooperation, is essential in encouraging work productivity and efficiency. 25 tofu and tempeh home industries (83%) apply family-based social networks to facilitate labor recruitment and raw material distribution, while trust (73%) between business owners and employees can reduce formal supervision. In addition, the tradition of gotong royong (70%) is applied to accelerate work completion and strengthen solidarity among workers.

Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Hibrida adalah pembangkit listrik yang jarang di temui dengan menggunakan sumber tenaga turbin angin dan surya yang saling melengkapi menyesuaikan keadaan cuaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna membuat alat untuk mengetahui efisiensi apabila PLTB dan PLTS digabungkan atau yang biasa disebut dengan Pembangkit Hibrida. Pada bidang militer dalam menjalankan tugas banyak menghadapi hambatan yaitu pada daerah penugasan yang berada di pulau terluar. Dimana pada beberapa wilayah daerah perbatasan khususnya daerah Natuna ada beberapa daerah yang belum tersupply saluran listrik Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Peneliti bermaksud untuk membuat sebuah alat (rancang bangun) tentang sumber energi listrik terbarukan yang bersumber dari perpaduan (Hibrida) tenaga turbin angin dan surya yang dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh (PLTH berbasis IoT) dengan harapan menghasilkan efisiensi yang lebih baik dibanding dengan penggunaan PLTB maupun PLTS yang digunakan secara terpisah. Dalam hal ini tenaga angin akan sangat mendukung disaat intensitas cahaya berkurang bahkan dimusim penghujan tenaga turbin angin cenderung mendominasi terhadap tenaga matahari. Dengan dilakukannya penggabungan dua sumber yang berbeda (Hibrida) maka akan di dapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal dan efisien dengan harga investasi yang lebih murah.
