Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah dengan melalui metode ekspositori dengan pemberian kuis dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polut Takalar.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika  dengan metode ekspositori dengan pemberian kuis pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Kecamatan Polombangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian meliputi: 1). Perencanaan, 2). Pelaksanaan tindakan, 3). Observasi, dan 4). Refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Kecamatan Polombangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah menggunakan metode ekspositori dengan pemberian kuis pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 54,60 dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sebesar 40% ini berarti masih berada pada kategori rendah. Sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 73,80 dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sebesar  80% ini berarti telah memenuhi standar KKM atau berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polut Takalar melalui metode ekspositori dengan pemberian kuis mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, metode ekspositori, pemberian kuisThe main problem in this study it’s whether through ekspository method depends on your delivery quiz can improve the results studied physics at learners class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polut Takalar.This research aims to improve the results of learning physics with expository methods with the granting of a quiz on learners class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polut Takalar district of north polombangkeng district takalar. This type of research this is a class action research which consisted of two cycles where each cycle is carried out as many as four times. Research procedures include: (1) Planning, (2) Action, (3) Tahap observasi dan evaluasi, (4) Reflection. The subject in this study are students class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polombangkeng north takalar county as many as twenty people. The results of this study showed that after using the expository method by administering a quiz on the average value of the cycle I learning results students achive comma fifty-four sixty with a minimum criterion (KKM) of forty percent, this means are still at a low category. While on cycle II the average value of learning results students achieve seventy three comma eighty, with a minimum criteria (KKM) of eighty percent it means that fulfills the KKM or are on a high category. Based on the results of the above research, can be summed up the results of learning physics in learners classXI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polur takalar through expository methods with the awarding of the quiz are on  the increase Key Word: learning outcomes, methods expository, awarding of the quiz

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis seberapa besar kontribusi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan 3x1 factor design. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi regresi. Hasil penelitian: (1) Kontribusi kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 6,9%, (2) Ada kontribusi kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 30,23%. (3) Ada kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 7,8%. (4) Ada kontribusi positif antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional dengan kontribusi sebesar 13,9%. (5) Ada kontribusi positif antara kompetensi Pedagogik dan motivasi kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 11,3%. (7) Ada kontribusi antara kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,4%. Simpulan penelitian: Kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja berkontribusi terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Pati.The research to analyze the contribution of pedagogic competence, professional competence and motivation to work on teacher performance of of Physical Education and Health Teachers Junior High School in Pati regency. Quantitative research using 3x1 factor design. Analysis of data using regression correlation. Results of the study: (1) Contribution of pedagogical competence of the teacher's performance by 6.9%. (2) There is the contribution of professional competence on teachers performance of 30.23%. (3) There is a contribution of work motivation on teachers performance of 7.8%., (4) There is a positive contribution between pedagogical competence and professional competence with a contribution of 13.9%. (5) There is a positive contribution between Pedagogic competencies and motivation to work with a contribution of 11.3%. (6) There is a contribution between professional competence and motivation to work with a contribution of 12.5%. (7) There is a contribution between pedagogical, professional competence and motivation to work together on teachers performance with a contribution of 15.4% . The conclusions of the study: pedagogical competence, professional competence and motivation to contribute to teachers performance of Physical Education and Health Teachers Junior High School in Pati regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the activities and learning outcomes of the Islamic creed on the beauty of al-asmaa al-husna through the type of make a match cooperative learning model class IV MIN 10 Aceh Besar in the academic year 2018/2019. The learning model used in this classroom action research is a make a match type of cooperative learning model. The subjects of this classroom action research were students in class IV MIN Aceh Besar. The number of students is 25 students with 13 male students and 12 female students. This class action research was conducted in the 2018/2019 school year. This class action research was conducted in a period of 3 months, from July 2018 to September 2018 in odd semester. The methodology of this research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. In each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observa-tion and reflection. The research procedure consisted of pre-research, planning cycle one, implementing cycle one, observing cycle one, reflection cycle one, planning cycle two, implementing cycle action two, observing cycle two and reflection cycle two. Data collection techniques were performed using tests, observation of teacher skills, observation of student activities and student questionnaire responses. Test scores are carried out at the end of each lesson in each cycle using the question instrument (written test). Observation data is done by looking at student activity and teacher skills in the learning process. Student response data obtained through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage descriptive statis-tics. The results showed that: 1) an increase in completeness of student learning outcomes from 52% in pre-study increased to 68% in the first cycle and increased to 92% in the second cycle. 2) Teacher skills have increased from 76% and increased to 88% 3) Student learning activities have increased from 76.67% and increased to 93.33%, 4) Positive student responses to teaching and learning activities using the make type cooperative learning model a match. Then it can be concluded that through the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model increases the activities and learning outcomes of the Morals of the fourth grade students of MIN 10 Aceh Besar in the year

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa mengenai peran guru BK dalam menangani masalah kedisiplinan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kontunaga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas XII dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai angket dengan skala Likert sedangkan analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan indikator cara berpikir siswa mengenai peran guru BK dalam menangani masalah kedisiplinan 48% untuk butir pernyataan “Guru BK berwenang penghukum siswa”. Indikator apa yang dirasakan siswa 48% setuju untuk butir pernyataan Guru BK adil dalam menerapkan peraturan sehingga membuat siswa tidak kecewa. Indikator pengalaman siswa baik dengan persentase 64% untuk butir pernyataan Guru BK selalu melaksanakan layanan informasi tentang  kedisiplinan. Persepsi siswa mengenai peran guru BK dalam menangani masalah kedisiplinan keseluruhan indikator adalah baik dengan siswa memilih setuju yakni sebanyak 37,17%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pesepsi siswa mengenai peran guru BK dalam menangani masalah kedisiplinan siswa adalah baik. Kata Kunci: Persepsi siswa; Peran Guru BK,  Masalah Kedisiplinan Siswa.

Abstract

This research aims at describing IPS (Social Science) learning program at SDN Regional IV in Donri-Donri subdistrict of Soppeng district based on the aspects of context, input, process, and product. This research is evaluation research which uses CIPP model (Context, Input, Process and Product). The subjects of the research were teacher and students at SDN Regional IV in Donri-Donri subdistrict in Soppeng district. Data was collected by using quessionaries, observation, and document analysis. Data was analyzed quantitatively by conducting data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclution. This result of the research reveals that IPS Program planning is in poor category, social learning fasilities is in exelent category, teacher’ performances and class condition in IPS learning process is already in exelent category, and OPS learning outcomes at SDN regional IV in Donri-Donri subdistrict of Soppeng district is in good category.

Abstract

Speaking of corruption is not just how we understand about state losses. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between the use of the school environment as a learning resource and students' cognitive science learning outcomes. This research used an exploratory approach with a quantitative methodology of ex post facto, with a simple association design. The population was all class VII students at SMPN 4 Polewali, totaling 215 people for the academic year 2022–2023. Sampling used a probability sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling method of the Slovin formula. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical methods and inferential statistics. In the analysis of the research data, the Sig value of the decision-making data was obtained (0.00) < 0.05, with the level of relationship being in the low category with a value of 0.320. The correlation coefficient value (r = 0.320) interpreted that the contribution of the school environment utilization variable is only 10.24%, while the remaining 89.76% is contributed by other variables outside of school environment utilization.

Abstract

Berdasarkan supervisi akademik yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah pada bulan Agustus 2021, terhadap 8 (delapan) orang guru di SD Negeri 24 Lubuklinggau ditemukan beberapa guru yang mengalami kesulitan terkait dengan penyusunan RPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tidakan (action research), karena penelitian dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran di sekolah. Didalam pelaksanaan ini mengacu kepada rancangan beberapa siklus I dan II meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran bagi guru di SD Negeri 24 Lubuklinggau. Pada pra siklus dari 8 guru yang ada, terjadi peningkatan guru mendapatkan nilai Baik, sedang 7 guru telah mendapatkan cukup. Setelah mendapat tindakan supervisi dari peneliti maka terjadi perubahan kompetensi Guru dalam menyusun RPP dari 8 guru yang ada, terjadi peningkatan 2 guru mendapatkan nilai baik, sedang 6 guru telah mendapatkan amat baik. Hal ini untuk siklus I berarti 75% guru telah mampu menyusun RPP dengan benar. Supersisi kelompok pada siklus II telah menghasilkan perubahan dari 8 orang guru yang ada semuanya telah mencapai nilai dalam kategori amat baik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the role of the community in seaweed cultivation in Arar Village, Sorong Regency. Using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the people of Arar village play an important role in the seaweed cultivation process, starting from land preparation, planting, care, to harvesting. However, there are still several factors that influence the community's role in seaweed cultivation, such as lack of knowledge and skills, access to markets, and support from the government. The community can determine strategies for developing seaweed cultivation, and as a communication medium for resolving disputes or problems within seaweed cultivation farmer groups in Arar village. By increasing the role of the community in seaweed cultivation, it is hoped that seaweed production can increase and local communities can improve their welfare.

Abstract

Community participation is very necessary in encouraging accelerated development. Development will not run optimally without community participation, namely active participation from the community. This research aims to describe and analyze the problems that occur in community participation in development in Kalitoko Village, Teluk Mayalibit District, Raja Ampat Regency. This research was conducted in Kalitoko village, Teluk Mayalibit District, Raja Ampat Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the level of community participation in development in Kalitoko village, factors that influence community participation in development, what work programs are being implemented in Kalitoko village. . This research method uses a qualitative approach with a field research type, namely data collection, using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the form of community participation in development in Kalitoko village has improved quite a lot, because the community provides assistance in the form of energy and ideas. This shows that community participation in Kalitoko village is active in a series of activities, namely that the community is always present in the development process, always present at deliberations and always present at meetings.
