Abstract

The integration of machine learning (ML) in financial planning offers transformative potential for young entrepreneurs navigating the dynamic digital economy in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, analyzing data from interviews with five informants, including entrepreneurs, financial advisors, and technology experts, to explore the benefits, challenges, and contextual factors influencing ML adoption. The findings highlight that ML enhances decision-making, improves efficiency, and provides personalized recommendations for financial planning. However, challenges such as limited technical expertise, high costs, cultural resistance, and the digital divide hinder widespread adoption. The study concludes that a multi-stakeholder approach involving government support, education, and infrastructure development is essential to bridge gaps and enable young entrepreneurs to leverage ML effectively. These insights contribute to understanding the interplay between technology and entrepreneurship, offering actionable recommendations for policymakers and practitioners.

Abstract

This study examines green finance management as a strategic approach to addressing sustainable finance challenges in Indonesia. As the country faces pressing environmental and social issues, financial institutions are under increasing pressure to align their practices with sustainability principles. Despite policy initiatives such as the OJK Sustainable Finance Roadmap, challenges remain in regulatory enforcement, institutional capacity, and public awareness. Using a qualitative design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with three key informants representing a financial institution, a regulatory body, and a sustainability practitioner. The findings highlight five central themes: the importance of strengthening regulatory frameworks, enhancing institutional capacity, promoting stakeholder collaboration, overcoming awareness and cultural barriers, and fostering green financial innovation. These results suggest that green finance management serves as both a policy instrument and a practical tool for aligning economic growth with environmental protection. The study contributes to the literature on sustainable finance in Indonesia and offers practical insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and stakeholders in advancing sustainability through finance.

Abstract

Agricultural development, as a component of national development, has an important role in the recovery of the national economy. This strategic function focuses on increasing regional income, providing food and industrial raw materials, increasing exports and foreign exchange, creating jobs and business opportunities, increasing farmers' income, and improving community welfare. One of the challenges farmers face is a lack of negotiating power. Consolidating farmers into one forum can strengthen negotiating power and integrate economic movements from pre-production to marketing. The activities carried out also experienced several business obstacles experienced by the business group, including climate and weather and Hurricane Lanina, which hit the Central Maluku region and its surroundings, causing disruption to organic vegetable production. DSA Telaga Kodok does not yet have a post-harvest packaging house, so it is difficult to obtain organic certification. The organic certificate has expired, so currently, farmer market partners have not received vegetables from DSA Telaga Kodok.
