Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Work from Home (WFH) and creativity on teacher performance during the Covid pandemic in YPKPM Ambon Foundation. The population of this research is 130 people and the sample is 57 people. The test conducted through multiple linear analysis techniques. The hypothesis testing results obtained that WFH has a value of tcount > ttable that is 3.238 > 1.671 with a significant level of 0.002 <0.05, creativity has a value of tcount > ttable that is 2.485 > 1.671 with a significant level of 0.016 < 0.05. It means WFH and creativity have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance in YPKPM Ambon Foundation. The results of the simultaneous test showed that the value of Fcount> Ftable was 39.139 > 3.15 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, then it concluded that WFH and creativity had a significant and effect on the teacher’s performance at Ambon YPKPM Foundation. The coefficient of determination test obtained an adjusted r square value of 0.592 or 59.2%, which means that WFH and creativity only explain variations in teachers’ performance variables by 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia bertujuan untuk mengelola tenaga kerja secara efektif agar optimal dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik, disiplin kerja yang tinggi, serta motivasi yang kuat mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XIV di Liang Awaiya, Kecamatan Teluk Elpaputih, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XIV di Liang Awaiya yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data dianalisis dengan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kontribusi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja (R²) sebesar 94,3%, sedangkan 5,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Gaya kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan 2). Mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan 3). Mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 42 responden yang dipilih dan wawancara, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari pustaka-pustaka yang tersedia. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan 2). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan 3). Pengembangan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu variasi kinerja karyawan Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kairatu Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat dijelaskan oleh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan pengembangan SDM sebesar 76,0% sedangkan 24% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam model.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Laut Timur Utama, Durjela Village, Pulau-Pulau Aru District, Aru Islands Regency. This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Performance of PT. Laut Timur Utama, and (2) identify variables that have a dominant influence on Employee Performance. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 40 respondents. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, model testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the SPSS program. The results of the regression analysis produce the following equation: Y = 2.587 + 0.336X₁ + 0.411X₂ + e. The results of the study indicate that Occupational Safety and Health has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The Occupational Safety (X₁) and Occupational Health (X₂) variables together contribute 70.3% to Employee Performance (Y), while 29.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, compensation, and work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Modern Express Bank, Ambon Branch. High turnover intention can be detrimental to the company, especially in terms of human resource stability and recruitment costs. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey design. The research sample consisted of 40 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each independent variable on turnover intention. The results of the study indicate that work environment, compensation, and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, work environment variables have the most dominant influence on turnover intention, followed by work stress and compensation. The results of this study provide important insights for the management of PT. Bank Modern Express, Ambon Branch to improve work environment conditions, provide better compensation, and manage work stress to reduce employee turnover intention. Therefore, companies need to design policies that can improve the quality of the work environment, adjust compensation to employee expectations, and implement programs to reduce work stress in order to retain quality employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work-life balance, and work environment on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ambon City. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, and the entire population of 43 employees was sampled (total sampling). The results of the classical assumption test showed that the data were free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normally distributed. Regression analysis showed that the three independent variables partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (R² = 0.940). Work motivation had the largest influence, followed by work-life balance and work environment. These findings confirm that increasing motivation, work-life balance, and managing a conducive work environment are effective strategies for improving employee performance.

Abstract

At the Agency for National Unity and Politics of West Seram Regency, this study intends to examine the relationship between employee performance and human resource competency, using organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable.  37 employees participated in the quantitative study, which used Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze the data.  The results show that: (1) human resource competency considerably affects employee performance; and (2) human resource competency greatly affects OCB.; (3) OCB is significantly impacted by employee performance; and (4) OCB mediates the relationship between human resource competency and employee performance.  The R-squared values show that OCB can be described by human resource competence by 56.4%, while employee performance can be explained by both OCB and HR competency by 38.8%. These findings are consistent with the competency theory of Spencer & Spencer (1993) and Organ’s OCB theory (1988), and reinforce previous studies emphasizing the importance of competence and extra-role behavior in enhancing employee performance. The study recommends continuous development of human resource competence and the creation of a supportive work climate that encourages OCB as strategic efforts to improve employee performance in the public sector.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja memengaruhi hasil kerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai perantara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bank Panin Tbk, Kantor Cabang Utama (KCU) Ambon. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Jumlah seluruh karyawan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah 40 orang, dan semua dianggap sebagai sampel penelitian (total sampling). Untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala Likert serta dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS, melalui beberapa uji seperti uji model luar, uji model dalam, dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memberikan pengaruh berarti terhadap motivasi maupun kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun lewat jalur tidak langsung. Sebaliknya, faktor lingkungan kerja terbukti memiliki kontribusi positif yang kuat dalam mendorong motivasi serta meningkatkan kinerja, baik langsung maupun melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga terbukti berperan dalam memperkuat kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, kualitas lingkungan kerja memiliki peran yang lebih besar dibandingkan gaya kepemimpinan dalam memengaruhi kinerja. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, organisasi sebaiknya lebih memfokuskan upaya pada peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja serta membangun sistem penghargaan yang jelas dan adil agar motivasi dan kinerja karyawan dapat terus berkembang secara optimal.

Abstract

Agricultural development, as a component of national development, has an important role in the recovery of the national economy. This strategic function focuses on increasing regional income, providing food and industrial raw materials, increasing exports and foreign exchange, creating jobs and business opportunities, increasing farmers' income, and improving community welfare. One of the challenges farmers face is a lack of negotiating power. Consolidating farmers into one forum can strengthen negotiating power and integrate economic movements from pre-production to marketing. The activities carried out also experienced several business obstacles experienced by the business group, including climate and weather and Hurricane Lanina, which hit the Central Maluku region and its surroundings, causing disruption to organic vegetable production. DSA Telaga Kodok does not yet have a post-harvest packaging house, so it is difficult to obtain organic certification. The organic certificate has expired, so currently, farmer market partners have not received vegetables from DSA Telaga Kodok.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada kelompok tani petani kopi desa sejahtera astra tanah goyang salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan petani kopi desa sejahtera astra tanah goyang melalui edukasi pasca panen dan manajemen keuangan usaha yang masih tidak tertata dengan baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka tim pelaksana pelatihan mengangkat tema tentang edukasi pasca panen dan manajemen keuangan usaha guna pada kelompok tani kopi di desa sejahtera astra tanah goyang. Tim akan memberikan simulasi pembuatan proposal kelayakan usaha dan bisnis sayuran dan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan usaha sayuran. Dengan dilakukan beberapa program dalam pelatihan ini. Diharapkan petani dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh petani kopi.
