Abstract

An obstetric emergency is an emergency for mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. In obstetric emergencies not treated immediately, this can lead to the death of the mother and fetus. The clinical symptoms of obstetric emergencies are very difficult to recognize, so the knowledge, thinking, analytical skills and experience of midwives as helpers are very important. In health service institutions, midwives are one of the health workers who have important competency standards as a characteristic of professional quality standards in their work. Midwives provide services throughout the mother's life cycle and treat obstetric emergencies, this is inseparable from the knowledge and attitude of midwives towards referrals. Obstetric emergency referral is a timely referral. Successful timely referrals are supported by conditions that can prevent the occurrence of four delays (4T) in the management of obstetric emergencies. A good referral system requires health workers, especially midwives, to be at the forefront of emergency obstetric services. Knowledge and attitude are very important for medical personnel, especially midwives. These advanced skills shape the worker's abilities. This is an initiative to accelerate the reduction of maternal mortality rates in obstetric emergencies. The data analysis in this study was used the SPSS 20 statistical processing program and the test used was the Chi-Square test

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan suatu proses fisiologis, pada masa kehamilan terjadi perubahan atau adaptasi fisiologis dan psikologis pada ibu hamil. Perubahan tersebut dapat menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman, seperti mual dan muntah. Mual dan muntah biasanya terjadi pada kehamilan trimester pertama (usia kehamilan 0-12 minggu) dengan prevalensi hampir 80%. Ibu hamil dengan gejala mual dan muntah dapat mengalami hiperemesis gravidarum sehingga asupan nutrisinya terganggu. Salah satu cara untuk mengantisipasi dan mengatasi mual muntah adalah melalui terapi akupunktur, namun terapi ini sering ditakuti karena memerlukan penusukan jarum suntik. Maka digunakanlah terapi akupresur yang merupakan terapi komplementer yang dapat diterapkan pada ibu hamil dengan memberikan tekanan pada titik-titik akupunktur untuk merangsang sistem saraf pusat melalui hipotalamus dan sistem limbik sehingga menyeimbangkan hormon

Abstract

Penyuluhan akan pentingnya terapi yoga dalam menangani masalah dismenore yang dialami para remaja pada masa pandemic sangat dibutuhkan karena banyak remaja di SMAN 1 TELAGASARI yang meremehkan gangguan menstruasi tersebut. Program ini diharapkan untuk memberikan informasi dan pemahaman mengenai gangguan menstruasi seperti dismenore yang seringkali dialami oleh para remaja di SMAN 1 TELAGASARI dan seringkali dianggap remeh padahal hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan dampak yang serius apabila tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan para remaja di SMAN 1 TELAGASARI dapat mengatasi gangguan tersebut dengan terapi non farmakologi seperti terapi yoga. Target dan luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah Dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan reproduksi khususnya remaja. Luaran yang diharapkan adanya publikasi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan metode partisipatif dengan melakukan pendekatan terhadap para remaja terutama pada remaja yang sering kali mengalami dismenore

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Lumpia Beef Nagih, sebuah UMKM di Bandar Lampung, yang menawarkan produk unik berupa lumpia beef dan burger. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas penggunaan influencer dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan popularitas produk melalui media sosial Instagram. Influencer dipilih berdasarkan relevansi audiens dengan target pasar, menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan autentik untuk mempromosikan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran melalui influencer berdampak signifikan pada peningkatan kunjungan outlet, interaksi media sosial, dan keputusan pembelian pelanggan. Namun, keberhasilan strategi ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas konten serta pemilihan influencer yang tepat agar sesuai dengan nilai dan citra merek. Strategi ini terbukti efektif, khususnya dalam menjangkau generasi muda yang aktif di media sosial, meskipun tantangan dalam seleksi influencer menjadi perhatian utama untuk keberlanjutan pemasaran. Kata Kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Pemasaran Digital, Kewirausahaan, UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job promotion and compensation fairness on employee job satisfaction at Hana Electronics Store. Using the census method, the entire population of 35 employees was sampled. A quantitative approach was applied with data analysis through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 30. The results of the analysis showed that partially, job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, compensation equity has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, job promotion and compensation equity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This finding indicates that job promotion is the dominant factor in increasing employee job satisfaction, while compensation equity requires more attention to maximize its impact.
