Abstract

Permasalah kesehatan yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia sekarang ini yaitu Gangguan siklus menstruasi akan memberikan dampak bagi remaja. Gangguan siklus menstruasi dapat menandakan adanya kehamilan, gangguan endokrin, kelainan siklus dan status gizi remaja tersebut kurang. Remaja yang mempunyai status gizi yang baik dan sebaliknya dapat dilihat dari berat badannya. Berat badan juga mempengaruhi keseimbangan hormon dan siklus menstruasi. Masalah gizi merupakan masalah mendasar karena secara langsung menentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia serta meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan gangguan menstruasi pada remaja putri di pondok pesantren dayah budi panton labu kabupaten aceh utara.Desain dalam penelitian ini analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross-sectional untuk melihat atau menganalisa hubungan variable. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh remaja putri yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Dayah Budi Panton Labu Kabupaten Aceh Utara yaitu 55 responden. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik Cara pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan status gizi dengan gangguan menstruasi pada remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren Dayah Budi Panton Labu Kabupaten Aceh Utarayang dibuktikan dengan nilai p- value yaitu 0,000<α 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulan Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi atau pedoman untuk penelitian selanjutnya tentang status gizi dengan gangguan menstruasi pada remaja putri.Saran agar responden dapat menerapkan asupan gizi yang seimbang sehingga tercapai indeks massa tubuh yang sesuai, tidak terjadi kelebihan atau kekurangan asupan nutrisi yang menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan menstruasi.

Abstract

Background Recently, the development of technology is also becoming more advanced. Today's technology is able to bring about a new era where everything becomes fast-paced practicality. The negative impacts of excessive gadget use include gadget addiction, sleep disturbances, eye fatigue, poor posture, impaired close vision, and decreased cognitive abilities. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling on the impact of gadget use on children at the reading house of the library framework in North Aceh district. Method The implementation of community service is face-to-face, using the counseling method. This activity was carried out on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 at the Rangkang Pustaka Reading House in Nisam village, North Aceh Regency. The counseling was conducted for children aged 7 to 11 years. who are at the elementary school,with a total of 37 participants. The results showed that from a total of 37 children, it was found that 13 already had sufficient understanding of the impact of gadget use, while 24 still did not have knowledge and understanding of the adverse effects that arise from the use of gadgets. In conclusion, gadgets can reduce the ability to think and analyze things, and can have long-term and permanent consequences if not addressed early on. This activity is very helpful for children to become independent and reduce smartphone addiction.

Abstract

Background: Prevention efforts and the impacts caused by drug abuse in the modern era and today's advanced technology remain a priority. This increase is indicated by the increasing number of drug users from various groups, especially students. The aim of community service is to provide counseling or education on the risks and prevention efforts of drug abuse to students at SMKN 7 Lhokseumawe city. Method:This activity uses the socratic method. Data based on the pre-test and post-test were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The activity was held on March 18 2024 at SMKN 7 Lhokseumawe City with a total of 35 male students ranging in age from 15 – 18 years. Results: the results obtained from pre-test data were low knowledge about types of drugs where 20% of students mentioned marijuana, 5% said crystal methamphetamine and 75% had heard of but did not understand drugs. Meanwhile, the post-test results showed that students were able to explain the meaning of drugs with a score of 93 and very low results were not able to explain the signs and symptoms of drug users with a score of 75. Conclusion: the conclusion was that there was an increase in students' knowledge about drugs. This is proven by the fact that 25% of students were able to explain the types of drugs when the pre-test increased to 90% compared to the post-test, with a maximum score of 100, an average score of 80 was obtained.

Abstract

Background: Children's social development affects how they socialize with their surrounding environment, where some children have difficulty socializing and adjusting to the environment. The purpose of this study was to compare the social development of preschool-age children in working mothers and non-working mothers.Methods: This study used analytical observations with a cross-sectional design conducted by 113 mothers with preschool children aged 4-6. Data was collected using the DDST II questionnaire sheet specifically for aspects of personal social development. Results: The respondents were 20-35 years old (79.6%), almost half of the children were four years old (40.7%), and also half of the children were female (64.6%). Next, half of the mothers were working (75.3%), the nuclear family type (61.9%), and the social development of preschool children were mostly in the caution category, as much as 47.8%. There was a difference in the social development of children in working mothers and non-working mothers (p-value<0.05). Conclusion: It is expected that working mothers can manage their time, guide and supervise the development of their children, and provide independent trust and freedom to children so that they are not dependent on their parents to carry out age-appropriate developmental tasks.
