Abstract

This study aims at the effect of implementing e-performance and performance allowances on performance in the mediation of work motivation in employees at the Agricultural Technology Assessment Center (BPTP) Papua. Research Objectives: 1. Effect of e-performance on work motivation, 2. Effect of performance allowances on employee motivation, 3. Effect of work motivation on employee performance, 4. Direct and indirect effects of e-performance through intervening work motivation on employee performance, 5. The direct and indirect effects of performance allowances through intervening work motivation on the performance of employees of the Papua Agricultural Technology Study Center. The number of samples is 41 people, the sampling technique uses saturated samples. Test the direct effect hypothesis and the Sobel test with SPSS 23. The results of the study: 1. E-performance has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at AIAT Papua. 2 Performance Allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at BPTP Papua. 3 Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4 E-Performance directly has no significant positive effect on employee performance, while indirectly e-Performance through Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at AIAT Papua. 5 Performance Allowances directly have a significant positive effect on BPTP Papua employee performance, while indirectly Performance Allowances through work motivation have a significant effect on BPTP Papua employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of internal supervision and compensation on employee performance, to examine and analyze the influence of internal supervision and compensation on work discipline, to examine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of internal supervision and compensation on employee performance through work discipline, and to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The research was conducted at Bhayangkara Hospital Jayapura with a sample size of 161. The data were tested using validity, reliability, normality, and multicollinearity tests, direct hypothesis testing, and indirect hypothesis testing. Data analysis was carried out using inferential statistics, specifically path analysis. The results show that internal supervision directly and indirectly through work discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Compensation, both directly and indirectly through work discipline, also has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Internal supervision has a significant and positive effect on work discipline. Compensation has a significant and positive effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee work discipline, mediated by work motivation, as well as examine the relationships among these variables. This research employs a quantitative method with a population consisting of employees working in the Bureau of General Affairs and Leadership Administration of Papua Province. The sample consists of 158 employees selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods include observation, literature review, and questionnaire distribution. Data analysis is conducted using path analysis with the aid of SPSS version 3.0 software. The results indicate that leadership has a significant influence on work motivation, whereas job satisfaction does not significantly affect work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation has a significant impact on work discipline. Leadership also significantly affects work discipline through work motivation, while job satisfaction does not significantly influence work discipline through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Jayapura Branch. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed with a total population of 110 employees, all of whom were included as the research sample (census sampling). Data were collected through questionnaires and observations, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that leadership, work environment, and motivation each have a significant partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 56.8% to employee performance, with work motivation emerging as the dominant factor. The results highlight the importance of implementing effective leadership, improving the work environment, and strengthening employee motivation as key strategies for enhancing organizational performance.
