Abstract

Guru perlu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik berbasis teknologi digital bagi siswa yang mencakup konsep dan visual dalam pembelajaran Tata Surya seperti game digital berbasis Android. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran game Tata Surya berbasis Android menggunakan aplikasi Gdevelop untuk siswa SMP yang valid dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap game tersebut. Tahapan pengembangan game Tata Surya dilakukan berdasarkan langkah-langkah desain ADDIE. Game divalidasi oleh 3 orang validator dan diujicobakan kepada 53 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Jember. Game Tata Surya yang dikembangkan telah dinyatakan “Valid” oleh para ahli dengan persentase kevalidan sebesar 74,22%. Hasil respon siswa terhadap Game Tata Surya menunjukkan bahwa 80,32% siswa menyatakan setuju terhadap setiap pernyataan dalam angket. Berdasarkan hasil tanggapan siswa dan validasi oleh para ahli, pengembangan game Android dengan materi Tata Surya mendapat penilaian “Layak/Baik”. Solar system Android game creation: Engaging, valid, and liked by junior high school students Abstract: Teachers need to create more interesting learning experiences based on digital technology for students that cover concepts and visuals in learning about the Solar System such as Android-based digital games. The aim of this research is to develop an Android-based learning media for the Solar System game using the Gdevelop application for valid junior high school students and to determine students' responses to the game. The Solar System game development stages were carried out based on the ADDIE design steps. The game was validated by 3 validators and tested on 53 class VII students at SMP Negeri 7 Jember. The Solar System game developed has been declared "Valid" by experts with a validity percentage of 74.22%. The results of students' responses to the Solar System Game show that 80.32% of students agree with each statement in the questionnaire. Based on the results of student responses and validation by experts, the development of the Android game with Solar System material received an "Acceptable/Good" rating.
