Abstract

The rapid growth of the creative economy is often hampered by a mismatch between the quality of human resources and the digital literacy of younger generations. This study implements a Digital Literacy Assistance Program for Mahasantri at Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) in Metro City, aiming to empower them as drivers of the creative economy. Utilizing the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, the program leverages various assets, including individual skills, natural resources, and existing infrastructure. The results show that participants acquired critical digital knowledge and skills, enabling them to effectively use e-commerce platforms, expand their market reach, and enhance sales performance. Notably, the program led to a 20% increase in market reach and improvements in product branding strategies. It also raised awareness among Mahasantri about the potential of the creative economy, helping them recognize their own creative capacities and the opportunities available. This study highlights the importance of targeted digital literacy training in fostering economic empowerment and underscores the need for continued support in this area

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of gender relations in household economics in the digital era and their implications for family economic resilience from the perspective of Islamic economics. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a socio-historical approach, using interviews, observations, and documentation conducted in Raman Aji Village, East Lampung. The theoretical framework includes gender relations, household bargaining, informal digital economy, and contemporary maqashid sharia analysis from Jasser Auda's perspective. The findings indicate that women's involvement as e-commerce affiliates contributes to increasing household income and reflects efforts to preserve wealth (hifz al-mal). However, the increased economic contribution of women has not been accompanied by equal gender relations, as indicated by the double burden, limited recognition of women's economic contributions, and the dominance of husbands in decision-making. In addition, the fluctuating nature of income creates long-term economic vulnerability. Therefore, household-based digital economic practices have not fully aligned with the principles of justice, deliberation, and sustainability in maqashid sharia, highlighting the need to strengthen equitable gender relations and adopt a more integrative approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at Pelangi Nusantara Food Bakery Factory in Margodadi, South Metro, motivated by fluctuations in performance achievement and employee absenteeism rates throughout 2025. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed using saturated sampling involving 40 employees. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that partially and simultaneously the three variables significantly affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.885 indicates that 88.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. Work discipline proved to be the most dominant variable with a regression coefficient of 0.324. These findings indicate that compliance with regulations, punctuality, and job responsibility are important factors in improving performance within labor-intensive food manufacturing industries.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mechanism of additional payments in debt agreements, examine the basis for determining such additional payments, and assess their conformity with the principles of civil law at the Activity Management Unit (UPK) of Sidodadi Village, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. The findings indicate that the debt agreement mechanism is implemented through a group-based lending system accompanied by an additional payment of 20% of the principal loan amount. This additional payment consists of 13% managed by the UPK to support the sustainability of the revolving fund and 7% allocated for group operational expenses based on inter-village deliberations. From a civil law perspective, the practice has a legal basis because it fulfills the validity requirements of an agreement as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code and is consistent with Article 1765, which permits the inclusion of additional payments in loan agreements. Nevertheless, several issues remain, particularly concerning the transparency of fund management, the clarity of contractual provisions, and the protection of the parties’ interests. Therefore, strengthening transparency and legal certainty is necessary to establish a more equitable and balanced contractual relationship.
