Abstract

E-Counseling merupakan salah satu media yang dikhususkan untuk menampung permasalahan pada siswa dengan media online. Dengan diaplikasikannya konseling dengan cara online ini diharapkan kegiatan bimbingan konseling dapat berjalan lebih efektif. Kegiatan konseling dengan cara manual menggunakan media kertas dirasa kurang efektif. Sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan memiliki banyak resiko kehilangan data. Kehilangan data dan pembuatan laporan masih dalam buku tersebut tentu menjadi suatu masalah karena pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan juga sulit karena membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengumpulkan data yang akan dijadikan sebagai laporan. Sistem e-counseling berbasis web merupakan sebuah sistem web yang dibangun menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall yang memiliki 6 tahapan diantaranya Analisis Kebutuhan, Desain Sistem, Penulisan kode program, Pengujian Program dan Penerapan Program. Mendesainsolusi yang berupa wireframe website sistem e-counseling, jika selesai selanjutnya masuk ke tahapan Coding atau membangun sistem dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Aplikasi ini mendapatkan hasil yang diharapkan. Fungsi-fungsinya berjalan dengan baik dan diterima dengan baik oleh user SMK TI Garuda Nusantara Cimahi. Skenario yang digunakan menggunakan Blackbox.

Abstract

Instagram is a photo and video sharing application that allows users to take photos, take videos, apply digital filters, and share them on various social networking services. Public figures, especially actors, actresses, influencers and Instagram celebrities, use Instagram as a platform to promote their various activities or works to their fans or followers. However, there are a lot of spam comments on these posts, both good and bad. This research obtained comment data from Instagram to be used as a dataset, namely from public figures, actresses and actors who have more than 5 million followers. By using preprocessing (data cleansing, tokenization, case folding and stopword removal) and TF-IDF for weighting, selecting the kernel you want to use and training the SVM model in the classification process. We need a system that can classify whether comment are spam or not spam. The method used is Support Vector Machine is a machine learning method that has the working principle of structural risk minimization aimed at finding hyperplanes or separators between two classes in an input space. From the test results it was found that the performance of the proposed an accuracy level of 96.82%, precision 94%, recall 92%, and f1-score 93%.

Abstract

Students' interest in reading at various levels of education has continued to decline in recent years. This decline in reading interest can have a negative impact on students' academic abilities and personal development. Therefore, increasing students' interest in reading is a major challenge in the world of education. To face this challenge, researchers developed a Literacy Information System Using the R&D Method at Gema Pelita Vocational School which aims to increase students' interest in reading through innovative technology-based approaches. The Literacy Information System that was built provides access to various reading materials according to students' reading interests. Apart from that, there is also a literacy event feature which aims to develop students' writing literacy skills. This Literacy Information System also provides a recapitulation of student reading, graphs of student reading literacy progress, and literacy progress statistics to see the literacy progress of each student. With this Literacy Information System, it is hoped that students will be able to increase their interest in reading and be able to develop their creativity through the works they create.
