Abstract

Background: Innovation is a critical success factor of digital transformation (DX). Previous research has shown that open innovation (OI) can help companies accelerate DX and improve their business performance. Objective: This study develops a conceptual OI framework to support DX (OIDX) and provides an overview of the dimensions. OI in this study refers to Open Innovation 2.0.  Methods: We review previous research on OI dimensions, identify the activities, and map them along with the challenges that lead to failure. With this, we develop a framework to meet the needs and solve problems of OI implementation. Results: The OIDX framework has a comprehensive dimensional scope consisting of three perspectives, eight dimensions, and 26 sub-dimensions. The perspectives are enablers, activities, and output, and the dimensions are OI governance, external environment, internal climate, digital technology, importing mechanisms, collaboration, protection mechanisms, and export mechanisms. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of defining dimensions to establish General System Theory. The practical application of this framework is to build an OI ecosystem that can increase the internal and external values of an organisation. The OI framework provides OI success parameters and criteria for building the OI maturity framework in future research. Keywords: DX, Innovation, Open Innovation, Open Innovation Framework

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam memberikan layanan informasi yang berupa data akademik. Sebagian besar penerima informasi sudah menggunakan smartphone, akan tetapi sistem informasi akademik yang saat ini disediakan kurang informatif, khususnya pada penyampaian informasinya tidak bersifat real time. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Mobile ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu pengguna lebih mudah dalam menerima informasi akademik serta memberikan kemudahan dalam pengunaannya secara real time. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Mobile ini juga memberikan alternatif bagi pengguna untuk mengakses sistem informasi akademik yang sudah ada saat ini dan meningkatkan mobilitas pengguna untuk mengakses sistem informasi akademik.

Abstract

Maksiplus Utama Indonesia is an MLM based company that produces and sells fertilizers. Maksiplus has many products spread in Indonesia. From some of these products sometimes there are some whose sales results are not as expected, and cause a lack of company profits. Management sometimes feels difficulty in determining whether product sales will rise or not. To help predict sales, a method that is able to provide alternative solutions is needed. The method used in this sales prediction is K-Nearest Neighbor. The system output is presented in the form of the calculation results from the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The results to be achieved in this study are companies can be helped in making decisions. From the output of the system in the form of numbers, it is expected to be easily understood and used as material for consideration by management in determining whether a product's sales will rise or not. Abstract

One indicator of higher education that is able to compete can be seen from the success of students from these universities in taking their studies. The success of a student can be seen from the achievement index he achieve.Many factors are a barrier for students to achieve and maintain a high achievement index that reflects their overall efforts during college. These factors can be targeted by universities as an action to develop strategies to improve student achievement and improve academic performance by monitoring the progress of their performance.In this study a system has been developed that can function to classify student academic performance to facilitate the study program section in monitoring student grades.Clustering is one of the most important research fields in the field of data mining. Clustering is the process of classifying or classifying objects based on information obtained from data that explains the relationship between objects with the principle of maximizing similarity between members of one cluster and minimizing similarities between clusters. This introduces the concept of the K-Means Algorithm and describes how this concept can be applied by academic actors to evaluate student academic performance

Abstract

One of the most important stages in the software development process is the testing phase. Tests on the software are performed with the aim of ensuring the functions of the software are working properly. PT. Solmit Bangun Indonesia as a company engaged in information technology services has obligations to it is clients to provide the best service by producing a software product that suits the needs. One effort made to ensure the software product has been running properly and as needed is the implementation of a system that can manage and monitor bugs in the software. Internal testing result management system is a system that helps the management and monitoring of data resolving issues (bugs) on software both in development stage and that have been implemented. The methodology used in this study is the method of by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling language. For the development of the system using the prototype method. The programming language used in the design of this system is PHP Hypertext Preprocessor which is built using the framework code igniter (CI) with MySQL database. The thing that has been achieved in this research is has made a system that assist in management and monitoring of solution of issues (bugs) in software at PT. Solmit Bangun Indonesia. Abstract

SMK Taruna Bangsa is a private school that has several departments, namely: NetworkCommunication Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, Nursing,Pharmacy, and Office Automation and Governance. Web-based Student Value DataProcessing Information System is a system that provides information on student activenessreports online in the form of report values and information related to the student based on theweb, thus helping speed and quality in delivering information.The problem of this study is that there is often a delay in informing students of grades, thedelay in knowing the increase in students in each year, and the difficulty of printing examcards quickly. Abstract

This study aims to build a management information system for the Cooperative of Syariah Benteng Mikro Indonesia. Cooperative located in Kab. Tangerang is experiencing several obstacles in carrying out its transactions. So it is expected that an application can handle the problem. Such problems require a quick and precise solution with technology that is easy to operate and understood as a solution. With the programming language PHP (Personal Home Page) and MySQL will create a Web-based application. PHP is a script language that can be embedded or inserted into HTML. PHP can be used to build Web applications. MySQL is a SQL database management system or DBMS (Database Management System) software. With PHP and MySQL, Dynamic Duo will be a solution in building an information management system for goods and web-based transactions. Abstract

Employees are those who work specifically for businesses or companies both government and government and provide employee benefits in accordance with the regulations that apply both daily, weekly and monthly Acceptance of new employees or recruitment is important for the company to get new recruits in a position. Recruitment is essentially the process of determining and attracting applicants who are able to work within a company. This process begins for applicants who are sought and end by combining their applications or collected. Obtained a group of applicants for prospective new employees to be selected and selected In some companies, the process of receiving new employees is still done manually. This happens because there is no systematic standard method to assess the feasibility of prospective new employees. With the application of a decision support system for new employee recruitment that was built using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is chosen because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative in question is the one who has the right to be accepted as a new employee based on the specified criteria. Abstract

The development of technology is growing rapidly, so that the use of information system technology becomes very useful for companies that need accurate, fast, and detailed information. PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia which is engaged in footwear (shoes). This company in inventory management still uses Microsoft Excel and is still a single user so that performance is a bit hampered because the incoming and outgoing goods process only uses records as evidence of taking goods and receiving goods, so that in checking the stock of goods it is still manual and allows there to be data that does not match. So that it can cause slow in the search for goods and slow down in making reports. So to overcome this, a computerized system is needed. This system is designed using the UML (Unified Method Language) method. Programming language using HTML, PHP, and MySQL database. Based on the analysis of the problem, the results obtained are that this inventory system can provide information that is accessed by the admin and head of the warehouse. Admin can add, change, and delete and print goods data reports, incoming and outgoing goods. Meanwhile, periodic checks and print reports can be done by the head of the warehouse. This inventory system was created to make it easier for companies to manage stock of goods and provide information more quickly. This application can perform data searches automatically, record incoming goods and outgoing goods, and can make reports of incoming goods and outgoing goods.

Abstract

E-Counseling is one of the media that is devoted to accommodate problems in students with online media. With the application of online counseling, it is hoped that counseling guidance activities can run more effectively. Counseling activities by manual method using paper media are considered less effective. So it takes a long time and has a lot of risk of losing data. Loss of data and making reports still in the book is certainly a problem because finding data and making reports is also difficult because it takes a long time to collect data that will be used as reports. The web-based e-counseling system is a web system built using the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which has 6 stages including Requirements Analysis, System Design, Program Code Writing, Program Testing and Program Implementation. Designing a solution in the form of a wireframe website for an e- counseling system, if it is finished then it goes to the Coding stage or builds a system using the PHP and MySQL programming languages.This application get the expected result. Its functions run well and are well received by users of SMK TI Garuda Nusantara Cimahi. The scenario used uses Blackbox
