Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, firm age, firm size on earnings quality. The independent variables used are liquidity, company age, company size. The dependent variable is earnings quality. Population p enelitian are p ompany that stands in Real Estate Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Period 2017-2019. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method with a total of 21 companies during the observation period of 3 consecutive years with 65 samples. Data analysis tools: classical assumption test method, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis of this study is liquidity , Age Company , and Company Size partial effect on k Quality of earnings in the Real Estate Property companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 . The results showed that the liquidity of the firm size had no effect on earnings quality, while firm age had an effect on earnings quality. H acyl R 2 coefficient determinant ( R 2 ) shows at 0.353 or 35.3%, meaning that the liquidity factor (X1), Age Company (X2), Company Size (X3) affects the quality of earnings (Y) on the company's property and real estate listed on the IDX in 2017-2019, the remaining 64.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as profitability, audit quality, capital structure and so on.

Abstract

This research has want to know and prove the effect of dividend payout, asset growth, asset size, liquidity, financial leverage, earning variability and accounting beta to beta of stock simultaneously and partially in manufacturing companies at Jakarta Stock Exchange. This research use secondary data which is collected based on time series data and cross section include 12 manufacturing company stocks as the sample. The data is collected from the online data of Jakarta Stock Exchange in YPKP, Indonesia Capital Market Directory, JSX Statistic, and Business News. The model of this research is estimated by Generalized Least Square (GLS) with Fixed Effect Model and Dummy Variable to estimate the effect of some financial variables specifically towards Beta of Stock. The result show that all of the variables in this research consistent with the theory as expected. The coefficient direction of asset growth, financial leverage, earning variability and accounting beta shows positive, while the coefficient direction of dividend payout, asset size, liquidity shows oppositely. Simultaneously all variables influence beta of stock, in the other side partially shows that asset growth, earning variability, asset size, and liquidity, have significant effect to beta, whereas dividend payout ratio, financial leverage and accounting beta do not have significant effect. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Liquidity Levels and Installment Loans on Profitability of Go Public Banking Companies in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a causative research with a population of banking companies that go public in the country. While the sample of this study was determined by the purposive sampling method, and processed as many as 84 samples from 42 banking companies in the observation period (2020-2021). The type of data used is secondary data obtained from financial statements published by banking companies at www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the level of liquidity partially affects the profitability of banking companies that go public in Indonesia, the loan installment allowance partially affects the profitability of banking companies that go public in Indonesia and the level of liquidity and installment allowances simultaneously affects the profitability of banking companies that go public. in Indonesia.

Abstract

Providing financing for entrepreneurs becomes an interesting topic to discuss in relation to the financial literature, especially in the financial literature of small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this study is to investigate the value of family and friendship ties in financing millennial entrepreneurs. This study will focus on analyzing the level of support and financial assistance millennial entrepreneurs receive from their family and friends. In addition, this study will examine the factors that influence family and friends' decision to finance millennial entrepreneurial ventures. The research will be conducted through surveys and in-depth interviews with millennial entrepreneurs and their funder family and friends. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the importance of human relationships in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and inform future support programs for young entrepreneurs. The data used in this study are the results of a questionnaire given to small and medium business actors in the ex-residency area of Surakarta. The method used in this research is the method of SEM-PLS. The finding of multiple regression analysis techniques reveals that e value of family ties and the value of friendship had a significant influence on providing funding for entrepreneurs. These findings suggest that young entrepreneurs should pay attention to and be able to build strong relationships with their family and friends in the hope that these relationships can play an important role in securing funding for their business. The next research is expected to be able to study more deeply about its effect on the surplus value obtained compared to unrelated third party financing

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program aims to prepare students to face social, cultural, world of work, and rapid technological advances. One important aspect of this competency is leadership character, which can be formed through the MBKM program. This study aims to analyze the effect of the MBKM program on the formation of student leadership character with the mediation of self-efficacy and social intelligence. The research was conducted using a survey method of 50 students. The data were analyzed using PLS. The results showed that the MBKM program had a positive effect on the formation of student leadership character with the mediation of self-efficacy and social intelligence. In addition, it was found that self-efficacy and social intelligence mediate the relationship between the MBKM program and the formation of student leadership character. This study provides important implications for universities to pay more attention to the development of student leadership character through the MBKM program. In addition, this study also provides a theoretical contribution to the development of a model of student leadership character building through the mediation of self-efficacy and social intelligence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Korean idol brand ambassadors in promoting products and thei impact on purchasing decisions and interests in Indonesia. Brand Ambassador is a person who is invited by the company to became an icon or “Face” of a brand or product. Brand Ambassador is usually a person from an influential circle that can have an impact oh the community. The method used using the Google Scholar database. Then obtained 8 articles to be analyzed and reviewed. The result of this research is that Brand Ambassador Idol Korea isa influential in promoting and also influences the interest anf purchashing decisions.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sumber merupakan salah satu kelurahandi Kecamatan Banjarsari di wilayah Kota Solo, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. di Kelurahan Sumber masih sedikit jumlah UMKM danmasih banyak ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki waktu yang tidak produktif. Sehingga hal ini yang menjadikan salah satu potensi yang baik untuk dikembangkan wirausaha UMKM. Pemberdayaan Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga Untuk Meningkatkan Ekonomi Keluarga di Kelurahan Sumber, Kecamatan Banjarsari Kota Solo. Pada dasarnya tujuan dari dilaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah dapat meberikan memberikan ide-ide baru tentang kewirausahaan bagi ibuibu rumah tangga dan memotivasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga agar mau berwirausaha. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat menjadi kreatif dan bisa membuat produk aneka ice cream dengan olahan berbahan dasar bubuk es krim sehat aneka rasa untuk dijadikan salah satu ide untuk dijadikan peluang untuk berwirausaha seehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan mampu menganalisis kelayakan berwirausaha dalam makanan ringan yaitu membuat ice cream sehat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pemberian pelatihan dan diskusi mengenai proses pembuatan ice cream. Sedangkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada semester gasal 2022/2023. Hasil dan Luaran yang ditargetkan oleh pengabdian adalah dengan adanya pelatihan membuat produk yag bernilai ekonomis berupa ice cream sehat maka masyarakat yang mengikuti pelatihan akan termotivasi untuk berwirausaha terutama membuat makanan ringan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai wirausaha membuat makanan ringan yaitu ice cream dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Dk. Sidowayah, Kedawung, Sragen bertujuan untuk melatih ibu rumah tangga menggunakan sistem hidroponik untuk pertanian dan hortikultura. Penyebabnya, masyarakat Dk. Sidowayah, Kedawung, Sragen mempunyai banyak waktu luang yang tidak produktif. Konsep hidroponik adalah menanam tanaman menggunakan air yang memiliki kandungan unsur hara sebagai sumber nutrisi bagi tanaman tersebut. Konsep sistem hidroponik ini memanfaatkan lahankecil dan bahan yang mudah didapat. Berbagai tahapan yang digunakan dalam melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi ini yaitu orientasi teknis, interaksi, dan workshop dimana warga melakukan kegiatan langsung terkait hidroponik. Warga dk. Sidowayah , Jenggrik, Kedawung juga mendapatkan pelatihan pengolahan hasil pertanian hidroponik, khususnya dalam produksi bawang goreng, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pendapatan rumah tangga. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) yang fokus pada penguatan dan pemahaman potensi dan tantangan peningkatan kualitas individu dan kelompok. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan penggunaan sistem hidroponik di kebun, pelatihan cara produksi bawang goreng, pendampingan menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang baik dan tepat, pembuatan brand produknya, pembuatan media sosial seperti akun instagram serta memberi mereka peluang menjadi wirausahawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether e-service quality and sales promotion have an impact on e-customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The precise sample size for this study is not available. However, it is comprised of residents of Indonesia's five biggest cities who have used the e-wallet app. Users of e-wallet applications who met the requirements of never using one and not utilizing the application for less than three months made up the study's sample. Purposeful sampling, a nonprobability sampling technique, was applied in this study. The study sample consisted of one hundred respondents in total. Papers, questionnaires, and a literature review gathered data for this study. This inquiry employed the path analysis method. Several inferences can be made in light of the study's findings and the following discussion, including the following: Sales promotions and online customer happiness are correlated. The caliber of e-services has some bearing on e-customer happiness. E-customer satisfaction is simultaneously influenced by sales marketing and the quality of service. Sales promotions have an impact on consumers' propensity to make further purchases. The caliber of the e-service partially influences repurchase intentions. E-customer satisfaction has some bearing on repurchase intentions. Repurchase intentions equally impact sales promotion, e-service quality, and e-customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of capital management, leverage policy, and liquidity on the financial performance of construction companies in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was utilized, involving 130 construction firms. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to assess the relationships between variables. Results indicate that effective capital management and prudent leverage policy significantly enhance financial performance, while liquidity demonstrates the strongest positive effect. This highlights the critical role of an integrated financial strategy, particularly in managing liquidity, to navigate cash flow uncertainties and improve profitability. The findings provide practical insights for construction firms in optimizing financial strategies to achieve resilience and sustainable growth.
