Abstract

Pertanian berkelanjutan telah menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya mengatasi tantangan global terkait kelestarian lingkungan dan ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis bibliometrik terhadap literatur yang membahas standar sertifikasi pertanian organik dan dampaknya terhadap praktik pertanian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kata kunci seperti "praktik pertanian berkelanjutan," "petani," dan "dampak lingkungan" mendominasi literatur, menunjukkan pentingnya peran petani dan dampak lingkungan dalam praktik pertanian. Selain itu, inovasi teknologi seperti nanoteknologi semakin mendapatkan perhatian sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi sumber daya. Kajian ini menyoroti perlunya dukungan kebijakan dan akses teknologi yang lebih luas bagi petani, terutama di negara berkembang, untuk memastikan keberlanjutan jangka panjang dalam sektor pertanian. Kesimpulannya, pertanian berkelanjutan memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan teknologi, kebijakan, dan praktik lokal.

Abstract

Organic farming plays an important role in supporting sustainable food security through improving soil fertility, conserving biodiversity, and reducing the use of synthetic chemicals. Studies indicate that this practice not only produces healthier food but also has the potential to improve farmers' economic welfare through job creation and higher selling prices. However, there are implementation challenges such as certification costs and the need for specialised knowledge. Support from the government and relevant institutions is needed to overcome these obstacles and maximise the benefits of organic farming for food security and a more sustainable environment.
