Abstract

Bisnis perhotelan menjadi salah satu bagian yang ikut berperan dalam sektor jasa. Untuk menarik minat wisatawan, Amaia Hotel Lombok berkolaborasi dengan tempat-tempat rekreasi, hiburan, dan destinasi wisata lainnya, serta menonjolkan keunggulan yang dimiliki agar dapat menciptakan karakteristik yang unik serta memanfaatkan harga yang sesuai. Terjadinya penurunan di Amaia Hotel Lombok periode 2021-2023 bukan hanya pada rata-rata harga kamar d namun juga diikuti pada inquiry online travel agent (OTA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga minat beli tamu di Amaia Hotel Lombok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi yaitu wisatawan memiliki minat menginap di Amaia Hotel Lombok. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji t dan Koefisien Determinasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel = 23.499 >1,973 dan nilai signifikansi < α = 0,00 <0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga terbukti adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga dan minat beli tamu di Amaia Hotel Lombok. Harga memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap variabel terikat yaitu minat beli tamu. Ketika hargamemiliki pengaruh yang kuat maka minat beli tamu di Amaia Hotel Lombok akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on purchase intention. This type of research is quantitative with a population of foreign and domestic tourists who know Aloft Bali Seminyak. The sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 29 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that Price (X) has a significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y) with a calculated t value> t table = 17.580> 1.984 and a significance value <???? = 0.001 <0.05. It can be concluded from the results of this study that Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention at Aloft Bali Seminyak.

Abstract

The high level of competition in the hospitality industry inevitably makes companies have to follow consumer tastes by understanding, and increasing buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of location, price on buying interest in Villa Kubu, Seminyak. The population in this study were adult men and women over 18 years of age, who knew about Kubu Seminyak villa and had never stayed at kubu seminyak villa. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t test and F test using SPSS. Based on the results of the study where the count value is 75.469> 3.09 and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicates that location and price simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, information was obtained that R Square was 0.609 or 60.9%. This value indicates that the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable as much as 60.9%, while the remaining 39.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of location and price on buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to test and determine the effect of price and promotion through Instagram social media partially and simultaneously on the purchasing interest of Generation Y tourists at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. The research conducted is a quantitative research with a population of Generation Y tourists who know Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. The sample used was 100 respondents. In conducting data analysis, the techniques used were Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, f-test, and Determination Coefficient using SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the calculated f value> f table = 143.734> 3.09 and the significance value <α = 0.00 <0.05 and it can be concluded that price and promotion through Instagram social media have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the purchasing interest of Generation Y tourists at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak.

Abstract

Industri perhotelan terus mengalami perkembangan pesat, yang mendorong persaingan ketat antar hotel untuk menarik lebih banyak wisatawan. Dalam menghadapi persaingan ini, hotel perlu mengadopsi strategi efektif yang mampu meningkatkan minat beli calon tamu. Salah satu strategi yang kerap digunakan adalah penetapan harga dan promosi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli kamar di Hotel X. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pengikut aktif media sosial Instagram Hotel X. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Kuesioner akan disebarkan menggunakan google form dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 23 item pernyataan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows version 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan antara harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli kamar di Hotel X. Harga dan promosi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 64,4% terhadap minat beli kamar, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,6% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.
