At CV. Marina Agro is buying and selling activities Still in manual form and not yet computerized. Customers come to the store sometimes the product is sold out. This can create a negative impression to quality service from CV. Marina Agro, as well as cases when buyers are busy, here because of a short age of personnel sometimes there are customers who are not served optimally. Therefore, an Information System was implemented Customer Relationship Management in order to help improve and maximize the quality of service and sales at CV. Marina Agro. By using System Information Customer Relationship Management can speed up and make it easier for customers to place orders without come directly to Shop. That way all the needs and desires of new and old customers will be fulfilled.

Pada PSAK 8 peristiwa setelah periode pelaporan, dalam hal ini pihak perusahaan bisa melakukan penyesuaian atau dikenal dengan, adjusting events yaitu kejadian sebagai adanya keadaan pada periode akhir terhadap pelaporan, non-adjusting events atau dikenal dengar peristiwa. non penyesuaian yaitu menelaan kejadiaan setelah periode pelaporan. Kasus pertama COVID-19 di Indonesia pertama kali dijumpai pada 2 Maret 2020, Sehingga pada kasus ini tidak bisa digunakan untuk laporan keuangan perusahaan periode 31 Desember 2019, namun hal ini memungkinkan pada pelaporan Q1. Maka dari itu, laporan keuangan pada 31 Desember 2019 , pihak perusahaan tidak dapat melakukan laporan penyesuaian terhadap Pandemi. Tetapi Pihak perusahaan dapat menimbang kembali data yang relevan seta reliable dari keadaan yang ada diperusahaan. Jadi ketika force major terjadi dan berlangsung disuatu negara atau wilayah maka memiliki dampak terhadap kegiatan keuangan entitas. Para penggerak bisnis sebaiknya dapat menggambar strategi atau cara agar perusahaan tetap mengudara. Kalangan pengusaha tentu saja harus tahu tentang bagaimana kondisi kuangan perusahaan dan bagaimana pelaporan keuangan tersebut. Tentu saja hal ini diperlukan kebijakan dalam menyesuaikan standar pelaporan akuntansi keuangan yang berlaku.

Puberty is a very important stage for all teenagers, both boys and girls. The puberty period will change from childhood to adulthood. These changes include hormonal changes, physical changes, psychological and social changes. Puberty is the process of changing physical and sexual immaturity towards physical and sexual maturity. The physical and sexual maturity phase can enable a teenager's reproductive organs to function for reproduction. The aim of this community service activity carried out for young men and young women at SMAIT Abdurrab is to provide education, knowledge, and insight to young men about what puberty is, the characteristics of puberty, etiquette in dressing, and how to respond to pubertal changes that occur or is experiencing. The targets for this activity are all young men and young women in grades 10, 11 and 12 of SMAIT Abdurrab. The activities were carried out at SMAIT Abdurrab. The implementation of the activity began by distributing questionnaires about the meaning of puberty and the characteristics of a teenager entering puberty. This questionnaire was distributed to find out how many teenagers already understand the meaning of puberty and the signs or characteristics of puberty. Then the core activities continued with providing lecture material by the extension team. A question and answer session was opened at the end of the event. Next, there is an evaluation questionnaire which is distributed to all students and filled in to assess the success of the activities that have been carried out. The success of this activity is that it is hoped that all young men will be able to understand puberty and the characteristics of entering puberty, and can understand and be calm without worry in facing the changes that occur when entering puberty.

Workplace fraud is the largest and most costly financial crime in the world. A recent ACFE report revealed that companies suffered a 5% loss due to fraud, with an average loss per case of 1.7 million USD. Not only financial losses, fraud can also provide non-financial losses. Therefore, companies need fraud mitigation (FM). FM is one of the mechanisms to overcome fraud. Some literature on FM emphasizes the importance of internal audit activities (AAI) and risk management (MR) to prevent, detect and mitigate fraud. This study aims to determine how MR, AAI affect FM and whether AAI mediates MR with FM. The sample of this study amounted to 384 people. The analysis method used is SEM analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS). This study has proved that statistically Risk management (MR), internal audit activity (AAI), and fraud mitigation (FM) have a close relationship and support each other in creating effective organizational governance.

To improve the well-being of the community, the government has various national development programs, one of the sources of funding is taxes. It takes the awareness of taxpayers to pay taxes. However, due to differences in views with the government, tax evasion has occurred. Tax evasion committed by taxpayers aims to minimize the amount of tax payable by violating applicable regulations. Perceptions of tax evasion are influenced by various factors, including gender, religiosity, and understanding of taxation. This study aims to determine the effect of gender, understanding of taxation, and religiosity on the perception of tax evasion. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru. The sample determination used an accidental sampling approach which made anyone who met the researcher determined as a respondent on the condition that they met the criteria as an individual taxpayer who had an NPWP. Respondents totaled 50 people. The analysis technique used uses multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS version 27 application. The results of the study prove that statistically understanding taxation and religiosity has a significant effect on the perception of tax evasion.
